She did such a wonderful and professional job executing our big day. My fiancé was serving overseas at the time which I must say, can be difficult for a coordinator only having half of the party there during the planning but Victoria made me feel as if he were still apart of each step as my mother and I planned the wedding with her. As many people know, planning a wedding can be difficult, especially if you have no idea what you’re doing. I am one that likes to plan and organize things on my own but after careful consideration and being realistic about the challenges of planning a wedding we found that hiring a coordinator was under our best interest. My mother and I planned to visit multiple coordinators, Victoria being our first. Needless to say she was the only one we spoke with. She exceeded our expectations with our very first meeting. Through the entire process she has been tentative and patient and we can’t leave out that she is the absolute sweetest person to work with. She answered all our texts and panicking phone calls and made sure that if something wasn’t right, she was handling instead of us. While working with her to plan the wedding she contacted all of our vendors, provided rehearsal and day of schedules, organized meetings, helped plan and set up the venue for the wedding, picked up lunch for the bridal party on the wedding day, was able to orchestrate the quartet so that I was walking down the aisle at the exact part of the song I was imagining for so many years, and kept all of the events on schedule day of. There are so many more great things I could say about Victoria and her crew, but needless to say, BOOK HER!! She will make every wedding dream you’ve ever had come true, even if it seems unobtainable (she literally knows everyone)! She will be one of the best wedding decisions you will make and I promise it is definitely money well spent! She will be your Saving Grace!

had an issue with the band for our reception and she handled it with finesse. I also witnessed her take a couple tongue lashings that she handled in a professional but stern way. We were happy to have her as our wedding planner. Thanks again!!!

She's so personable and just an all around great person. She's extremely organized which totally put my mind at rest. I had never looked at prices before I talked to her, but I would say for everything she did it was worth every penny I spent! Victoria is amazing!!

Victoria was a pleasure to work with in the weeks leading up to our wedding day. She is kind, assertive when necessary, responsive, knowledgeable, and best of all she will look out for her bride and groom’s best interest! We decided to have our ceremony and reception at the same venue which was a convenience for our guests, however it posed a logistical challenge for herself. The main room had to undergo a complete flip while guests temporarily relocated to the mezzanine area for cocktail hour, giving them a full visual of the hustle and bustle below (no pressure!). I gave her detailed notes of my vision, leaving everything in her hands on the big day. Victoria was confident in her abilities and worked her magic along with the aid of Micaela, her day of assistant. With a wonderful sense of awareness, Victoria was able to recognize when to come to me for a decision or input and when she should use her own discretion. Thanks to VSI Events I was able to soak up every moment of our special day, worry-free.

made was to hire Victoria to help me organize my BIG day. She was the point of contact for all my vendors and reviewed all of my contracts to understand exactly who was doing what and when. She also created a day-of timeline, which was very beneficial for all of the vendors, bridal party, and parents. Another big stress relief was the fact that Victoria came with me to visit both of my wedding venues and discuss all of the details I had planned, to get an idea of how I envisioned the space on my wedding day. She left no stone unturned which gave me piece of mind! The day before the wedding, she ran the rehearsal, and on my wedding day, she was there at both my ceremony and reception venues to setup and run the show. At the end of the reception she packed up all of our goodies (food, alcohol, cake knives, flutes and gifts) in our parents vehicles so it would be one less thing we had to stress about.

She was extremely professional, kind, had great ideas and her excitement to be part of our wedding was truly genuine. Victoria kept me on task in the months prior to our wedding to make sure no details were overlooked and she went above and beyond to make our big day flow as seamlessly as possible. I honestly do not know how we could have pulled it off without her! I call her my "wedding angel" and I mean it! She is the BEST!!

For example, Victoria realized my signing table had no paint markers and somehow found a marker at this venue for my guests to use to sign my bourbon barrel head. If she hadn't been so observant and involved I wouldn't have a special momento to remember the day. It was like magic seeing everything come together how I had envisioned it on my wedding day. Victoria and her team allowed me to enjoy the moment by taking care of all of the big and little things on the big day. Victoria was present throughout the entire evening and orchestrated a sparkler send-off at the perfect time. Her organization allowed me to enjoy interacting with my friends and family on my special day without concern for a schedule because I knew it was in her capable hands. Victoria made my big day amazing and I highly recommend her to do the same for yours!

Victoria pulled a few very long days and nights making sure everything was organized and smooth. Her smile and attitude are contagious and never looked like she was at all stressed.
