I worked with Alicia at Victoria’s Floral Design and had the best experience! We got married in Traverse City but my dad had used Victoria’s so we knew we wanted to work with them. The communication was always prompt and professional. I changed my vision a few times and Alicia always rolled with it and helped it come to life. My flowers were BEAUTIFUL, the other vendors even commented on them! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.

Victoria's Floral Design provided the florals for our wedding in August and did a great job. They brought our vision to life seamlessly and we were able to do so virtually from our home, which helped reduce the big load that wedding planning can be! We payed for setup of the florals on wedding day but I felt that Victoria's Floral Design went out of their way to even deliver our bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres to the air bnb where the wedding party was staying!

Victoria’s florals brought my vision to life for our wedding and it was even better than I ever imagined. The flowers were absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments, they truly did a wonderful job. We also utilized their day of coordinating services and this was amazing. Alicia, our coordinator set everything up the day of and I was so stress free. She really made everything go smoothly and it was beautiful. Honestly the day would not have been as wonderful as it was without them. I will relive this day forever and it was so amazing because of Victorias florals. We are so thankful!

Despite the name "Victoria's Florals," they do it ALL. We hired Victoria's (specifically Alicia) for day-of coordinating, florals, and assistance with set-up of our welcome party. In other words - they said "yes" to every curveball we threw them along the way. Beyond that, Alicia did it all skillfully and gracefully. Beyond that, she was an absolute delight to have around. Couldn't recommend them more!

Victoria's did all of the floral for our wedding as well as day of coordination at Crystal Mountain. Alisa and team were amazing!! The flowers were stunning and even better than I could have envisioned. Alisa really listened to what we were looking for and wanted and exceeded our expectations. The bouquets and flowers inside the tent, the arch, and ceremony, etc were all so beautiful. Having Alisa as a day of coordinator was also so helpful and allowed us to fully enjoy the day without any stress. I cried when my flowers showed up at the venue the morning of my wedding... they were so beautiful!!! Victoria's Floral Design delivered above and beyond my expectations when it came to my air plant bouquet, wildflower table arrangements in vases I made by hand (I am a ceramic artist), and the swags for our wedding arch. Our guests greatly appreciated the unique beauty of the arrangements as well with little gasps and exclamations though out the evening and they were so excited when they heard they could take one home with them. Alisa's communication skills, patience, and punctuality made working with Victoria's Floral Design easy and as stress-free as possible. I can't thank her enough.

Working with Alisa and her team for our wedding in September was a really great experience! From the beginning, they were helpful and accommodating while we were creating our floral plan and working out exactly what our vision was. On the wedding day, they delivered and set up all of the florals and even arranged our arch drape for us. All of the floral arrangements looked beautiful and reflected exactly what we had discussed in our planning session. We would definitely recommend Victoria's Floral Design not only because of their high quality products, but also because of their overall professionalism and friendliness.

Victoria's Floral Design was absolutely amazing. They accommodated an unusual request, as I eloped and had to order my flowers while living almost 5 hours away. Amazing service, beautiful flowers! We had our wedding recently on 9/17/22 and had Victoria's Floral Design provide flowers for our wedding arbor, centerpieces and bouquets. They were very easy to contact, helped tremendously in the design planning meeting and provided the most beautiful flowers, which completed our color scheme perfectly. True professionals.

An exceptional vendor! We used Victoria’s as both the florist and coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. Alisa worked with my daughter and me, taking our floral vision and idea photos and providing suggestions and creativity to bring that to life. The result was classy, elegant and just what we hoped. While we weren’t sure about hiring a wedding coordinator, I am so glad we did! Alisa worked tirelessly to keep my daughter and fiancé on track and on time with decisions, found vendors for us, took care of all the details that didn’t require our personal input all with a professional, caring and happy attitude. Chelsea was our amazing Day of Coordinator. Not only did she take us through the rehearsal and set up and break down the reception, she also made sure everything ran smoothly and on time, brought the wedding party drinks, fixed boutonnières, answered questions, and, in an heroic effort started our fire pit for us. Even with having to take care of all of that she always seemed happy to be there and was a lovely presence.

I can’t recommend Victoria’s Floral Design enough! We had a small wedding with two bouquets and two floral arrangements for our arch, so we picked up the flowers ourselves instead of them being delivered. Alisa made the process so easy for us to pick everything up and attach the florals to the arch ourselves. They looked absolutely stunning — even better than all the inspiration photos I sent her. Couldn’t be happier!

I'm so glad my son and new daughter in law chose Victoria's Floral Design. We worked with Alisa, who was amazing! She understood what the bride and groom had envisioned and she made it happen. Victoria's Floral Design is beyond amazing! Victoria and her team created gorgeous floral displays for our wedding. Everywhere you looked there were bright blooms decorating the space. We had so many guests commenting on how breathtaking the flowers were. They were absolutely perfect. Victoria took my vision and made it a reality that was incredibly beautiful. We had a stunning arbor on the edge of a lake. The color of the flowers against the blue water backdrop was spectacular. It could easily be on the cover of a magazine. My bouquet was exactly what I imagined as well as my girls' bouquets-again stunning! The boutonnieres and corsages were perfect. The table arrangements filled the room with color. We ordered tablecloths and napkins from Victoria's as well. Everything came together so perfectly and made the reception area striking. We hired Alisa, a coordinator through Victoria's. She was exactly what you would want in a coordinator! Very professional, not only in appearance, but all other aspects as well. She was very easy to communicate with and thought of all the small details that made everything run with precision. She directed our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew their roles and where they needed to be and all the do's and don't s for a wedding party so we were all on the same page. She conducted everything the day of and it ran like clockwork. She handled everything calmly but firmly. She had all the answers to the questions and had a great understanding of our vision as well. I had 100% confidence in Alisa. It made our day stress-free knowing she was at the helm! As stressful as weddings can be beforehand, on the actual wedding day it ran so smoothly and it was all so perfect. I truly believe it was due to the incredible talent and professionalism of Alisa and Victoria. The team at Victoria's Floral Design is incredible. I highly recommend entrusting them with your special day. They will not disappoint!

We worked with Alisa for the flowers for our wedding. From the first email she was so easy to communicate with, answering all of our questions, and putting together a proposal based on the very vague ideas I had and a few inspiration photos. The day of she arrived exactly when she said she would, she set up everything for the ceremony and reception and sent photos over to me so we could focus on other things the day of. We didn't have a wedding planner, and the bulk of our decorations were the floral arrangements, so had we not had someone as experienced as Alisa putting everything together the day would have been a lot more stressful. Highly recommend!

Alisa at Victoria's designed the bouquets, boutonnieres, bride and flower girl flower crows, and altar decor for our COVID-elopement recommitment ceremony in October, as well as coordinating tux rentals for the groom and ring bearers. The flowers were simply AMAZING. We've heard from several people who saw the photos that it was the most unique and memorable bride's bouquet they've ever seen. Moreover, we unexpectedly slipped our event out a day due to cruddy weather, so the flowers all had to look perfect two whole days after pickup -- and they were still flawless. Victoria's Floral Design went above and beyond to provide us with gorgeous wedding florals at a reasonable price! The team at Victoria's was easy to communicate with and were able to help me identify exactly what I wanted for my boquet with a few guiding questions. They created a flower crown for me that exceeded all my expectations. They also created a small flower wand for my niece and tiny boutonnieres that clipped to my nephew's shirts with magnets instead of a pin so they didn't get poked! You can tell they have done this before. To top it all off, when we decided two weeks before our intimate wedding to have our wedding dinner catered at our Airbnb in place of going to a restaurant, Victoria's had no problem arranging beautiful greenery, candles, and a cake topped with florals to decorate the table. 10/10 would recommend Victoria's.

Stopped in this adorable store and ice cream shop by chance while visiting Benzonia. I purchased 7 planting containers and seven plants to put in them. Victoria (I’m assuming that’s who it was) planted them for me and made great recommendations on what would grow and how to take care of them. They turned out cuter than I even expected all at a reasonable price. She added moss and rocks for a finished touch. I can’t wait to display them in my house. Would definitely return if visiting the area again. Definitely a fun place to shop if you are looking for unique home decor items. Thank you!

We also were able to rent our table runners through Victorias floral design which made planning everything so easy. They are definitely a one stop shop with everything you need for your wedding. Jenna was so easy to work with, she really has an eye for design, paired with Victoria's experience they made my elopement unforgettable. When I consulted I mentioned a couple flowers I liked & left the rest to them, they chose the colors, the flowers, & designed an arrangement & bouquet that was as unique & perfect as my ceremony. They included beautiful greenery wreaths that adorned my dogs as well. They had no problems staying within my budget & they were very quick to respond & keep me up to date on any changes that may have came about or new ideas they had. I love this floral shop so much I used it for my wedding, my brother's wedding, & go back often to browse their gorgeous array of unique gifts.

First, the flowers - SO BEAUTIFUL. Jenna took my vision and made it into real life. She was so easy and responsive to communicate with via email and phone, she kept my budget in mind, and she delivered the most gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, arbor arrangement, and table garlands one could imagine. As for coordination, she is the definition of ON TOP OF IT. I used Victoria's floral for my wedding and I received so many compliments. They truely were the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. Jenna is amazing to work with, living four hours away. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

My wedding flowers were incorrect and I cannot express how disappointed I was. I had sent many emails back and forth with the wedding consultant and we had a plan in place, I paid extra for dahlias, I explained that I did not like roses, and I felt we were on the same page with with the mood and my vision of romantic cascading bouquets. I arrived at my wedding and found that tight round bouquets of roses with 1 or 2 dahlias total had been delivered. The flowers on the cake were already turning brown. I was so disappointed. I expressed this to Victoria's and they were apologetic but admitted that they hadn't written down most of the details I discussed with the consultant, and that she was not even involved in making my bouquets. They also admitted their shipment of dahlias was not a fresh one and this is why there weren't really any in my order. A good business would have notified the bride of this when that shipment arrived instead of letting her find out on the day of her wedding. I was so shocked when we reviewed my emails over the phone and she admitted that she had missed most of my requests. I just couldn't believe it. They refunded me a small percentage of the cost after a couple weeks but this really means nothing to me. My wedding is over and there is no fixing this, the pictures have been taken. There was only one chance and it makes me sad still to think about it. If you use Victoria's be wary and confirm every single detail in writing. Maybe even call the day before and go over it again.

enna, at Victoria's Floral Design, was a joy to work with in planning our daughter's and new son-in-law's wedding. She provided many ideas for both the ceremony, and reception and dinning venues. She worked well with the given color palette of the wedding, and was able pull together the appropriate seasonal flowers that would stay fresh for the entire day, and beyond. She was, also, very patient and flexible with changes we made during the planning process. The flowers for the entire event were absolutely beautiful. We would definitely use Victoria's Floral Design for any of our future needs, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who might need their services.

Victoria's listened to all of my ideas and brought them to life transforming a dull conference room into the reception hall of our dreams. Victoria's brought my floral vision to life, within my budget, and on a tight timeline. I had one vision in mind for my centerpieces, but 10 days before my wedding, my shipment of other centerpiece items just... disappeared. I had to start from scratch. I sat down with Jenna a second time and she was so helpful and reassuring and completely understood the look I was going for. When the bouquets showed up on the day of I was floored. They were absolutely perfect, everything I had been hoping for. The centerpieces were magnificent. Victoria's Floral was AWESOME! My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Victoria's, and especially about Jenna who was incredibly kind and helpful. We not only had absolutely stunning floral arrangements at our wedding, but we also had great communication from Jenna in the days and weeks leading up to it. We also used Victoria's for our formalwear rentals for the groomsmen, and we weren't sure to expect since everyone lived far away and we were picking the suits up the week of the wedding, but with a few minor changes to the fittings that needed to happen, Jenna made sure that everything was sent out and returned with adjustments impressively quickly so that we would have them in time. I was so excited that we had GORGEOUS dahlias (locally-sourced!) at the peak of their season and in so many beautiful shades of pink. Everyone who communicated with us about our detailed quote was willing to help us make sure to get the most mileage out of our arrangements by planning to reuse them indoors and outdoors on the wedding day. When our hopefully-outdoor wedding turned out to be on a stormy raining morning, Victoria's Floral helped our venue set everything up so beautifully in our indoor back-up location that you never would have guessed that it wasn't the plan all along! Every arrangement from the big ceremony pieces at the altar to the littlest boutonniere was so beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. Thank you Victoria's Floral/Jenna!!

Victoria's Floral Design was amazing! Like many brides, I soon found myself on Pinterest looking at all types of floral designs. Victoria's Floral Design was able to view my Pinterest board and create a bridal bouquet of my dreams. At the time of delivery, they had called me when they arrived on location. My dad was going to meet them in the lobby, but they offered to bring the flowers straight to our condo! The whole experience was stress-free!

Nothing bad to report about Victoria's Floral Design! They made it extremely easy to communicate with them even though we were planning our wedding from 4 hours away! Their team was always quick to respond to our messages, prepared very specific spreadsheets for us to follow, gave us suggestions, and provided us with a lot of ideas in order to stick with our budget. Not to mention, the flowers the we received from Victoria's Floral Design were INCREDIBLE! Our flowers and arrangements were so beautiful and held up throughout the night. I used Victoria's Floral for my wedding last summer and they were amazing! Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to work with and was always so helpful! I planned our entire wedding from across the country. I never had an opportunity to meet with Victoria's in person or see my flowers before our actual wedding day. I could not have been more pleased! We loved out flowers! Victoria's was so easy to work with. I loved all their ideas and that they followed my Wedding Ideas board on Pinterest to know what I liked. The flowers were exactly what we wanted. It was easy to communicate and place our order, as well as make any changes.

Beautiful flowers & very easy to work with despite some last minute changes. The only issue was that a flower we had selected from the groom's boutonniere wilted the night before the wedding once it was constructed; however, they came prepared with another beautiful option that was a great plan B. I would highly recommend :)

Flowers turned out beautiful! Chelsea was great to work with and listened to exactly what we wanted.

We worked with Chelsea Chapin, the wedding planner at Victoria's Floral, for a wedding with 200 guests and 14 attendants. Besides flowers for the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and centerpieces, they provided outdoor lighting and the table linens. Chelsea was excellent at communicating promptly through Pinter-est,phone calls, texts, e-mails and we went to the store when we visited the area. She graciously accommodated last minute requests. Her ideas were innovative and, after she set up the dining room and patio, the results were magnificent. I appreciated that our flowers were grown by a local supplier. They were very fresh, some lasting nearly two weeks after the wedding.

Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect and it’s because of the amazing help we received from the lovely ladies of Victoria’s Floral Design. We had hired Chelsea to help plan above the “day of coordination” duties and I cannot thank her enough. She was incredibly friendly and resourceful and helped with everything from the invitations to the dessert bar. Victoria put together the most beautiful bridal bouquets and boutonnieres. All we had to do was pick which flowers we’d like, and allow her to work her magic. And even their bakery made our delicious wedding cake! The shop has a small town charm where you can find anything and everything you’d need to rent for whatever style wedding you choose. I am so thankful we stumbled upon them at a bridal expo last winter, and so is our wedding. I would highly recommend their services to any future brides getting married in northern Michigan! You won’t be disappointed.

Definitely recommend Victorias! They did my daughters wedding and the flowers were beautiful! Chelsea is great to work with. My daughter had a vision and Chelsea worked patiently with us to create it. The bouquets were stunning! Got lots of compliments! We had an outdoor top of the mountain wedding. We rented their new arch and had them decorate it. Looked amazing! They also took care of some other details for us. They get a 5 rating!

I did not have a lot of time to plan my wedding, as I was finishing up school. Neither my husband nor I currently lived in the area, either. Chelsea at Victoria's was so available, flexible and so easy to work with. She was really quick with her responses via phone and email, willing to be passed around to whichever person was handling the flower arrangements at which moment. She even came over to our venue, helped us measure, and offered some consultation on lighting. We picked out flowers pretty late in the game and so we had most other stuff set, but I know they offer lots of other services as well. Everything went really smoothly on the day of- the deliveries arrived on time and they were gorgeous.
