About this vendor
Based out of Nokesville, VA, Victoria's Mobile Events is a business that offers mobile bar services for weddings and other special occasions. Victoria and David are partners who comprise this team, pouring their time and effort into this venture. These friendly professionals hope to help make your wedding vision come to life.
Victoria's Mobile Events began as Victoria's dream of making a vintage horse trailer into a mobile bar. Her love of design and prettifying old things blended perfectly with David's carpentry skills and ability to realize plans. Since converting their first red trailer, this pair has expanded their fleet of mobile bars, ready for remarkable festivities.
Victoria's Mobile Events offers vintage trailers for your wedding bar services, carefully designed with rustic details. Victoria and David offer services in a range of packages. These start with a four-hour rental, event decor, bartending supplies, wine barrels, and the services of a bartender and an on-site event manager.

This mobile bar was quite honestly a huge hit at our wedding. Vickie decorated it so on point to match all of our wedding decorations that it truly just fit in with everything at o...
ur barn wedding. We are five days out from the wedding and I’m still getting text messages and emails from guests telling me how cute it was. Vickie has been so easy to work with since we first met to talk about our plans for the wedding. She recommended great drink choices and our guests were thrilled with the options provided. Working with Vicki and team has been truly seamless since day one. I’m so glad I chose them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add something unique Eanes affordable to their wedding venue. Now I’m trying to find another excuse to use her! Thanks so much Vickie and team!
We hired Victoria for our first wedding and couldn’t have been happier with her service. Mobile bars closer to my venue refused to travel outside of a 40 mile radius, but Victoria ...
and her team were willing to make the trip. Victoria had excellent communication throughout the planning period and was extremely professional and responsive. The mobile bar is very stylish and I loved how it looked at our wedding. All of our guests loved the drinks and mentioned how friendly Victoria and her staff were. We would definitely recommend hiring this team if you’re looking for an adorable mobile bar that comes with amazing staff!

I reached out to Victoria in hopes of having her unique mobile bar at the rehearsal dinner and welcome party for my son's barn wedding at Rockhill Farms. She and her staff were wo...
nderful! She met with me & my daughter in law and helped us create 2 fabulous signature drinks, the 'Riley 'Rita' (named for the couple's dog) and the 'Stoy Sangria' for the groom. She helped us find a wonderful harvest sangria recipe. It was made in advance and displayed in a beautiful glass dispenser on the bar top with fruit and cinnamon sticks. It was perfect for the fall wedding. She decorated the trailer with eucalyptus, white flowers and lanterns to match my table decorations and she also had whiskey barrels and lantern displays that went along with our theme. She arrived on time with her bartenders, they set up and started serving. Everyone loved the bar! It was unique and added a little extra something to the party. Her staff was professional and fun. I can't wait to have another party so I can have an excuse to hire her team again. 5/5 would definitely recommend!

ts kept talking about how great the mobile bar was. It made our wedding unique, and added a beautiful touch to the whole day. It was truly one of the best parts of our wedding reception. Our guests were at the bar all night, but they kept the line under control all night long. We cannot wait to have Vickie come to future events and cannot recommend her enough to future brides & grooms.

We hired Victoria's Mobile Events for our corporate event after seeing her advertise on a local FB page. I immediately knew I had to hire her for our customer appreciation day. We...
invited 200+ guests. She and her staff knocked it out of the park. They made this event. The horse trailer she and David made into a bar was absolutely over the top in workmanship. The pictures I saw on FB did not do it justice. I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism and how nice their staff was. Our customers had nothing but amazing things to say about their bar services. They were courteous, clean and went over and above to make our event a huge success. Our company will definitely be using them in the near future.
