The team behind Videography by Matt has several Emmys to their name. Matthew himself has been part of Newsday’s Multimedia Department since 2010. Through this position, he created a New York Emmy-nominated feature that focuses on the special bond between a pair of twin brothers. This work shows Matthew’s talent for capturing the unique beauty of love in every form. As well as filming private events, he also produces music videos and assists with movies.
Matthew and his dedicated staff cherish every opportunity they get to be involved in such a special day. They can use more than one camera, depending on what your wedding needs. In the past, they have used up to five cameras to make sure nothing goes unnoticed. This videographer’s professional editing skills result in a polished, meaningful film. He can represent your one-of-a-kind relationship in a highlight reel, as well as a full-length video.
I started working weddings as a teenager and eventually took classes to hone my digital editing and shooting skills. I did so well at the school that they hired me after I graduated and I taught there for almost 10 years. In my career, I've worked at a major sports website in NYC and at a major news organization on Long Island. I've won multiple Emmy awards, and local and regional awards, all while consistently working weddings and special events.
