Holland was AMAZING!! She listened to everything I had to say and helped me find the perfect dress. I visited a couple other bridal shops, and they did not compare to Holland and Vieira Luxe.

A bit disappointed. I was told that a dress that clearly did not fit in the bust, would be an easy fix with any seamstress by taking off the train and adding to the bust. Fast forward, 7 fittings later, a miracle of finding a second garment by the same designer, tears, and discouragement, my dress is now what it should be. Perhaps I misunderstood what they meant, they were all really friendly and nice and made me feel comfortable, but make sure the dress actually fits you.

I went dress shopping here and Dina was so delightful to work with. She was really kind, very professional, and despite helping me in and out of dresses still gave lots of privacy and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She was no pressure and helpful in finding dresses I liked. I really enjoyed visiting her shop!

My fiancee and I had such a lovely time at Vieira Luxe! We went to select a veil and accessories to match our vintage wedding dresses, and Dina was such a gem - super warm, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful in helping us find the perfect pieces. Can't recommend enough!

Couldn't recommend more!!! Dina is so wonderful and was so helpful. She was the one who found my dream dress! I was so unbelievably happy with my experience there and really hope that every bride can have the same type of experience I did! The prices are very reasonable, the dress selection is amazing and the store itself is so elegant! Dina deserves 8 stars out of 5!

Diana and Anna both helped to make my dress shopping experience everything I wanted and needed it to be! We were able to get an entire outfit (dress, veil, earrings, belt) for under $1,000. Diana and Anna both helped me to pick out a quality dress that was perfect for me and were such a great hype squad. They were also completely transparent about what the dress needed (it was preowned so there was a button missing and it needed some cleaning) which was great. I am so thankful I visited them and got my dress there!!

My experience here was great! The shop had so many unique and hard to find gowns in all different styles. It was so nice to shop somewhere that had so many unique styles in plus sizes. Dina was great and so helpful. Dina was able to pick up on my likes and dislikes even when I wasn't sure what I liked. You can really tell how much she loves what she does by the way she's able to offer suggestions and changes to help you visualize what your dress could be, this makes all the difference when picking a dress for your special day.

Never did I expect such a fun, easy, comfortable and successful visit to try on wedding gowns for the first time ever. Dina's helpful email confirmation explained exactly what I needed to know before coming and exactly where to go upon arrival. She made the entire experience great for me, my friend and the following day (when I came back to buy 'the dress') my family members who joined me! Not only did I find a beautiful dress for myself to wear for my Labor Day weekend wedding, she also helped my mother find a lovely, flattering pants suit that she will confidently sparkle in! We are thrilled with all this place had to offer (customer service, selections and prices) and I'll be back in a few more months to pick up my veil (on order) and likely bring another family member in search of the perfect dress. I had an amazing experience at Preowned Gowns! Dina was so friendly and helpful and I absolutely love my dress. She had lots of variety of styles and everything I tried on was a great price and in excellent condition, they didn’t have that shopworn look like some other off the rack dresses I have seen. Definitely worth a trip!

Dina is amazing! I do not have enough wonderful things to say about Preowned Gowns and the owner Dina! The entire process was amazing, she’s in constant communication, she has incredible inventory for every price range! You would never know that the dresses came from other bridal shops before hers. There’s nothing preowned about them they’ve just been tried on other places. I put on my dress and I finally had the moment of oh my God I’m getting married this is the dress this is amazing. Dina was right there to share it with me and I couldn’t be more thankful. She had wonderful information about alterations and how to incorporate some thing old from my mothers veil onto mine. I cannot believe how beautiful my dress is for how “inexpensive“ it was compared to big box shops. Anyone I know getting married in the area this is my recommendation! It’s worth the drive from Massachusetts Vermont or Maine I promise

I had an incredible experience with Dina at Preowned Gowns! I'd made appointments with one other preowned/consignment dress vendor and one other new dress vendor. My hope was to save on the cost by going the preowned route. The first preowned vendor I went to was kind and attentive enough, but they didn't have a varied selection - which I understand is part of the "risk" of doing preowned. Preowned Gowns was my next appointment, and I'm ecstatic to say that I found my dress there and canceled my appointment with the new dress vendor! Here is what made Preowned Gowns so wonderful: -First, let's start with Dina, the owner. AN ABSOLUTE GEM OF A HUMAN! She welcomed us right away with a big smile, and radiated excitement! Honestly, it felt like I was shopping with a friend while benefitting from their professional experience and opinion. Not only was she friendly and positive, she was knowledgable and discerning! What I mean is, I was able to give her some gown buzz-words and she knew exactly how to interpret them and select gowns that fit what I was looking for. I was feeling stressed, looking for a gown with just over 3 months until my wedding, but she made me feel relaxed and helped me have fun! -Where the other vendor's space felt like a warehouse, Dina's space is a gorgeous, warm, inviting space! The gowns are on a few long dress racks instead of clustered on 20 tiny round racks. I was able to catch a lot more detail that drew me in that way. -Her selection is awesome with varied styles and varied pricing. At the beginning of the appointment, we agreed that I wouldn't even try on dresses that were over budget. I'm grateful that the dress I love and bought was by luck, waaaaay under budget, but there were definitely a couple of over-budget gowns that caught my eye that I might have loved just as much. I say that to emphasize that her selection really does cater to a vast array of styles and budgets. -Something to think about: Since these are, in fact, preowned gowns, most have been altered to fit the previous owner. While that could be seen as a stressor, it actually worked out really well for me! I am very close to the same size as the previous owner. You know what that means! Minimal alterations! I'd encourage you to see "already altered" as more of a plus than a stressor. It means the gown was already formed to fit a real body, and chances are you'll only need to make small alterations yourself. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Dina at Preowned Gowns. If you're not sure whether you want to go totally new or try preowned, I strongly recommend making an appointment here! You will not regret it!

Dina is amazing! She is so so sweet and instantly made me feel comfortable. She really listened to what I was looking for and made sure to stay within my budget. She didn’t try to push me to buy a dress even after I told her I had another appt at different shop later that day. Her store is beautiful. She has a good selection of dresses at a wide range of prices. I was able to get an awesome deal on my dress and found a lovely veil too! I could not recommend this store or Dina more!

Dina, the owner, is the best when it comes to helping you pick out your wedding dress! She is attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and all around a genuine person. She makes you feel at ease when searching for a dress. The selection of dresses is amazing and she will help you find your one of a kind dream dress! I had an absolutely wonderful appointment with Dina! Really nice to have a private appointment. I’ve been to a few other salons where there were many associates and brides running around and it was chaotic and overwhelming. Dina made me feel so at ease. I browsed the selection and pulled what caught my eye, and Dina pulled some based on my preferences. She has a beautiful and rapidly changing selection of gowns, veils, belts, and more. I highly recommend making an appointment with Dina in your dress search!

For brides in the New England area I would 100% recommend making your FIRST stop in looking for wedding dresses to be at Prowned Gowns. Dina at the shop provides the best customer experience and the store is beautiful and so fun to browse and try dresses on there. It will set your standards high for expectations if you start here, which they should be. The dresses at the shop have never actually been worn before so the name "preowned" was a little misleading to me. I am so glad I included this shop in my dress shop and will be back to look for accessories and other items there!

Wow this place has beautiful designer gowns (most straight from stores and not actually even worn to a wedding yet). They allow you to buy off the rack which is especially helpful in this time of shipping delays. Dina was so honest and helpful to work with. I felt like my budget and fit requests were really respected and didn’t feel pressured at all to walk o with a dress. The shop itself is beautiful. Sometimes it looks closed because it shares a store front with businesses with different store hours, but if you call the store, someone will come let you in. I would highly recommend this store. The ones that I saw were 50% off the original price and great quality.

Dina was so helpful from the first step to the last. My daughter's veil looks amazing with her dress. Dina was so kind to go the extra mile in making sure it would work with her gown. We live in Florida so she wanted to make the purchase as easy as possible. In fact she was so nice I'm getting my Mother-of-the-Bride gown from her. I highly recommend them to you they will make sure you also have an amazing experience.

Typically I am pretty skeptical of online dress shopping, but the virtual appointments and personalized services made this experience much better than any other online shopping I have done. Dina is a seasoned stylist, and she was very helpful throughout the entirety of the process. The prices were very fair, the dress shipment was smooth, and it arrived in a timely fashion. Working with PreOwned Gowns was the best decision I made for my wedding. Getting married in the middle of a pandemic was stressful in so many ways. But not with PreOwned Gowns. The professionalism and customer service was beyond many companies I looked in to when shopping for a dress. Dina was such a breath of fresh air and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone going to PreOwned.

It is worth mentioning that I don't really write reviews, so my skills in that department are lacking. However, the experience that I had with Dina made me want to try doing one, because she deserves the recognition. Dina was such a helpful and genuine soul. She professionally and skillfully helped me narrow down what I wanted for my dream dress by taking into consideration the theme I had envisioned for my wedding.
