Words don't describe how amazing Xavier and his team are at Vier Photo and Video. Xavier was professional and thorough from day one and right through to the finish. He worked with us when we had to reschedule the wedding due to the pandemic and he remained committed to our special day. His prices are extremely reasonable for what he provides. You do NOT want to sacrifice when it comes to Photo and video. We had the pleasure of getting to watch our finished video and we were transported in time. Xavier knocked it so far outta the park it went past the moon. We were crying and laughing and re-living every moment. I can't stress enough how he captured everything all with just himself and an assistant. I don't know how he did it!! We can relive those moments in full HD splendor for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank Vier Photo and Video enough for the work they have done. If you could feel what we felt watching our video, you would not hesitate to book. Our friends and family are blown away too. We had a wonderful experience with Xavier for our November 2019 wedding. We decided late in the game that we wanted a videographer after first dismissing it as too expensive. The price was right with Vier, so we took a chance. Xavier communicated with us in a timely manner and was very professional. We were thrilled with the quality of our wedding video and teaser trailer, including drone footage of the church. He worked with our photographer so that the taping happened naturally and seamlessly. If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer for your wedding --just go with Xavier. You won't be disappointed!

Outstanding quality, extremely professional and great value! If you are thinking of hiring a videographer and are reading various reviews to try to decide which one to pick, save your time and effort - just HIRE XAVIER! We live in Hong Kong and had to plan our wedding in LA remotely, so hiring vendors was a huge endeavor as you can imagine. We did a copious amount of research on various wedding websites and Xavier really stood out with his cinematic style videos, along with many many great reviews - all true! From our first phone call (which was late at night for Xavier due to the time difference) to the finished product, he has been nothing but an absolute gem to deal with. He is a solid professional with a low key and easygoing nature, and he is extremely adaptable to our preferences. He captured all the specific aerial footage and detailed shots we asked for and more. Xavier is absolutely amazing! He was our videographer for our wedding on 9/6/19 and I am so happy that I found him! He was very professional, kind, and easy to work with. He worked very well with our photographer as well. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a videographer!

I can't even believe that I almost didn't hire a videographer...🤦 After a lot of contemplating on cost of another vendor, I just knew that I would regret not getting our day captured by a professional. So after A LOT of research, reaching out to multiple vendors, I chose Xavier and his staff. His professionalism from the get go won me over and he is so reasonably priced for the services he offers. His Instagram page BLEW ME AWAY with the material I saw and I was also won over by that alone. I would have paid double for what I saw (but am so glad I didn't have to 😂). I haven't seen our teaser yet but I know that our wedding video is going to be so amazing. Another thing to mention was that he was never in the way during the day (no matter what our best man says, Xavier - sorry about that! 😂) Would recommend this videographer 100x over. We just had our daughter's wedding on June 8. Xavier was simply wonderful. He was unobtrusive, but always there to capture everything. What a nice person. I recommend him over and over. Can't wait to see the video. So glad that we found him.

Xavier is a ROCKSTAR!!! I loved working with him during the wedding process. He is very polite and sweet. Although my wedding turned out amazing :) I had moments where I felt overwhelmed and felt like I needed to be everywhere at once. Xavier's calm demeanor and professionalism helped calm my nerves. I won't forget that, and trust me, that will matter during your wedding day, too! Plus, the video turned out AMAZING!!! Such great quality and every moment was captured perfectly. And the DVDs were shipped to us in a very timely manner! We love watching it and plan to watch it every anniversary <3 At first, I thought we would be fine without a videographer. My dad insisted that I will regret if I don't do it and he was right. As much as you want to be, you can't be everywhere at once and I was able to watch the portions I wasn't available for. Xavier is very reasonably priced for his professional work. There is no reason you should not hire this man!

I was referred to Xavier by a friend of mine who's wedding he filmed in March and he came highly recommended. I am not one to write reviews typically but Xavier and his team went way above my expectations. As many here have said already, Xavier is a genuine person and he gave us a lot of extras that were not originally in our contract such as an free instagram video and extra points of view at our ceremony and reception. Do not skip on video (we almost did) and go with Xavier! He is the best in the business at an affordable price!

Xavier is a bargain! He was really nice to work with through the whole process and collaborated well with our photographer. He captured our full Catholic mass and all of the speeches and dances for a really reasonable price. Plus he included drone footage and some beautiful artistic shots! He delivered the final video package about 4 months after the wedding.

I don't even know where to begin! I found Xavier through Wedding Wire and so happy I hired him for my wedding! From the very beginning, he was professional and answered all my questions. It is nearly impossible to find someone with his quality of work at such affordable and reasonable prices. The minute he got to our wedding venue he started setting up and was so nice and professional. He made the time to get all of the detail shots I was hoping for as well as artistic shots of everyone. He also got the most amazing drone shots of my wedding venue that I absolutely love! The entire day he was so professional and on top of everything. I got my wedding video back in a timely manner and it was everything I hoped it would be and more! You can really see the amount of time he puts into his work, the quality is just outstanding. We hired Xavier for our wedding day videography and from our first call, we were so happy with our decision to book. He spent half an hour going over every single detail, timeline, and question we had before the big day. He was in contact with us via email and was very easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. We were absolutely blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail and awesome attitudes Xavier and his team had all day long! He showed up to the venue early and stayed long into the night for our special sparkler exit. We appreciated him taking the time to get cool shots and he spoke up when he didn't quite get the shot he wanted so we could do it again. I worked as a video journalist for several years, so it's safe to say I was pretty picky when it came down to choosing a videographer for our wedding. It only took a few minutes of browsing through Xavier's work to know he was the one! I didn't want your average, run-of-the-mill wedding video, I wanted something cinematic and beautiful and Xavier delivers that. His gorgeous close-ups coupled with innovative drone footage make for a truly extraordinary product. His editing is also flawless and lends itself to storytelling that will take you back to all of the perfect details from your special day! His prices are incredibly reasonable too. You can't go wrong!

My husband and I booked with Xavier for our wedding. From the start Xavier was responsive and answered all my million questions without hesitation and always got back to me in a timely matter. The day of the wedding he brought an extra shooter at no extra cost and was extremely friendly and made me and my husband feel comfortable in front of the camera. Xavier did a great job of not only capturing our special day and all the details at the venue but he did a great job at capturing our love and happiness on that day. My husband and I who aren’t very emotional both cried not only for a short cinematic video but also for our full video. The quality of the video was amazing and the colors looked so bright and high definition. He did such a great job editing our film and making the transition between shots smooth and seamless. We used Xavier and his team for our wedding, and they were awesome! From our initial meeting through the wedding day, it was clear they were total professionals, and knew exactly what they doing. They accommodated all of our requests, and made sure to take cute videos of my husband and I right before the ceremony, which we loved! We even got a drone shot of the venue!! Xavier is great AFFORDABLE! My husband and I hired Vier photo & video for our wedding in January of this year. I was recently showing some family the highlight video and I couldn't be happier with the product! I was skeptical hiring a videographer at first because of horror stories I've heard but Xavier is so professional and friendly! I love that I get to relive such a beautiful day (can't believe it's almost been a year.) To anyone having doubts, I HIGHLY recommend Xavier!

Very slow to respond to emails. When we finally met with him, he was very organized and prepared, his work looked beautiful. My fiance and I were excited that he offered so much production value at an affordable price. After our meeting he said he will leave our wedding date open and will notify us if another couple is interested in our date. A few days later, I emailed him to reserve our wedding date. I did not hear back from him for 4 days, only for him to notify me that his assistant already booked him for our wedding date. His excuse was that he was filming over the weekend, which is fine, and that he does not handle incoming clients on the days that he films. If that was the case, why did he not tell us that if we want to book him, that we needed to contact his assistant? Who gets priority when booking? He needs to have better communication with his assistant and his potential clients. Utter lack of communication. ***UPDATE 11/30/2015 to 4 STARS: Vier Photography finally did refer us to a replacement videographer that he trusts, however, we decided to go with our original videographer that we first interviewed. Vier was nice enough to offer us a gift card to Regal Cinema as consolation.

Xavier showed up early, was professional the entire time and worked well with our photographer. Although I've yet to see the final product (married less than a month ago), I'm sure it will be amazing! There's no beating his prices either. My now husband and father in law are videographers and we know all too well how much they charge (usually very overpriced). Xavier has the best equipment and gets the best shots. He is definitely underpriced for what you get! Highly recommend him.

My husband and I (& our families) LOVED both the highlight video as well as the full length video :) Xavier did such an awesome job & really captured all the big and little things about our wedding day! it really makes a huge difference having such a great wedding video as a keepsake of a day that went by so fast!!! My husband was really on the fence about hiring a videographer. In fact, he didn’t want one at all. With some convincing, he agreed to it and luckily so because he was very pleased with the results! I cannot say enough good things about working with Xavier (Vier Photo & Video)! He did my wedding on 8/2/14 and was extremely professional, kind and helpful. He met with us and explained everything that he provides very clearly and precisely. He gave us a great deal even when we were on a tight budget and was always easy to contact through text or email throughout our wedding planning process. We did our "Love Story" with him as well, which was a really fun day! He had tons of creative ideas, made the video look natural funny and even helped prepare us by sending us the questions we were going to answer about each other in advance. When the big day came, we barely even knew he was there (which was a good thing!). He and his crew were dressed professionally, arrived early to scope out good scenes for filming, and cameras weren't in my face constantly, but somehow they caught every single moment! He did our highlight video which you can see, titled "Chad & Elizabeth" which was so great to put on Facebook and share with friends and family. I just got the full length DVD in the mail and oh. my. gosh!!! WE LOVEEEEEEE IT!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you Xavier!! He captured the most important day of our lives in such a fun, romantic, sentimental and loving way. It's just spectacular to watch! I am SO glad we hired him and he were able do our wedding video, love story and highlight!!! I love how he incorporated our love story video in our wedding video a little bit :) so sweet!!! I was worried trying to find a videographer. one, because of cost..and two, because I've heard horror stories of all the footage being lost. But when I met Xavier I felt so much more comfortable! My now husband and I knew right away we wanted him as our videographer. We were on a budget and for what we paid for we got so much! dvd copies for family (christmas gift for my in-Laws! and mom) and raw footage of the whole day…extended hours if needed. And if your day ran a little past he would stay with his assistant! (loved all the different angles) and mae sure to get every bit of your day. He's a great guy and I highly recommend him if you want to remember your day like you were re-living it! which means so much to a bride like I was because I just remember the first kiss and dancing haha! so use him! he's so sweet and my husband and I are so thankful we found him!

I met Xavier at a bridal show in Orange County. I loved the videos that were playing at his booth. When I looked at the package options his pricing was very reasonable. I had shopped around at multiple bridal shows and online for the best prices and packages. His was the best! We had a budget and I feel we most DEFINITELY got our money's worth! His packages included so much more than others I had priced out. He was extremely easy to work with from start to finish. He communicated through phone and email, and was always very prompt and professional. I seriously cannot thank him enough for capturing the day so perfectly. On the day of the wedding he was so professional, kind and supportive. He captured more than we could have ever dreamed of! Our video is absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much Xavier!

My husband and I weren't sure if we really wanted to piece out some of our budget to the videographer but we decided to bite the bullet and I'm so happy we did. We had already spent a good portion of our budget and didn't have very much money to allocate to a videographer. Xavier is very personable and SO reasonable. I called and called around to try and find a videographer for less than $1500 and it was a miracle to find Vier. While we haven't received our video yet (we just got married 3 weeks ago) I know it will be amazing. I really recommend opting for a videographer, one day you will be happy you can show your kids the video of your wedding.

Xavier was our videographer for our wedding this past June. He was amazing! He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I never had to leave a voicemail and any e-mail I sent was responded to within a few hours. The day of he showed up early to get prep shots and stayed until the very end. We needed our video a little earlier than his normal turn around time and Xavier hand delivered the video so we would get it on time! Talk about service! And the video was amazing. You would never be able to tell that only one person recorded the wedding. He included different angles and transitions along with songs that we were able to select. Overall we are incredibly happy with Xavier and his work.

Xavier Morales, owner and videographer, was almost invisible at our wedding. He did his job without getting into anyone's way. The wedding highlight videos I've in Vimeo are amazing. I can't wait to watch ours!

I so so happy with Xavier and his work! He was so nice and professional and easy to work with. My husband and I were amazed when we got our video (which had awesome turnaround time btw!). It was so beautiful. The quality was great and Xavier has an amazing, artistic and heart-felt eye. I couldn't be happier.

Overall, the quality and value of his service was great. While his price was a steal his quality did not only match his price but exceeded the price we paid. Xavier was very professional and went out of his way to make sure that everything was to our liking. When we first worked out out our contract he even met us at a location convenient for me and my husband. He made sure that our contract was clear and sent us e-mailed copies so everything was clear. On our wedding day he was prompt and ready to go on time. He got great footage of the entire event.He even got some interviews from guests. The quality of the video was amazing. His work on our highlight video was great and he was able to post it for us on vimeo.com. We got the highlight video 1st before our actual video. My only complaint would be that the video took a while to be completed but then again the contract did say 2.5 months for all the editing (which by the way was well worth the wait!). Xavier had us pick all the songs for the videos ahead of time so they would be to our liking. He was even kind enough to go back and change the processional and recessional songs although the DVD's were finished and delivered (the songs we played at our wedding weren't clear/staticky in the video so he used our music to voice over in the video).

Xaiver is a really nice guy. He is new into the business and it shows but he has a great attitude and he did bring a helper at no extra charge that was really great. I have yet to receive my photos so I can't review on that yet but it has only been 4 weeks and I know it takes a while.

Videography was the one part of our wedding that we did not have a referral for.
