Vigilante Makeup + Hair Artistry

I haven’t ever had my hair and makeup done and it being such a big day I was nervous. But when I met Andi and Viviana at my trial they were so kind, answered all of my questions, and had such great energy. On my wedding day my mother in law, mother, and 3 bridesmaids also got their hair and makeup done and felt so beautiful they were talking about it all night. I felt gorgeous and I even changed up a lot of things on them the day of and both artists handled the changes easily and brought my vision to life. I LOVED working with them. Thank you vigilante cosmetics :)

Lauren, Julia, Bobbie, and Kristen did the best job making me and my bridesmaids feel so beautiful. I am not a fan of glam on myself, and Lauren really gave me a natural, glowy look that made me feel like myself but elevated. Both hair and makeup lasted all day for all of us and everyone was so happy with their look. The whole Vigilante team was excellent from booking, to trial, to wedding day and I can't recommend them enough!

ironment to work out what you’re looking for and play around with different looks if necessary. Lauren was our makeup artist, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She was kind, personable, and patient. At my trial I wasn’t sure what I wanted, as I did want an elevated bridal look but wanted something natural that looked like me, since I don’t usually wear much makeup. Lauren was kind enough to try a few different looks with me, and she gave me plenty of time and space to consider my options and decide what I wanted. She made my skin glow and elevated my natural look into a soft glam that still very much looked and felt like me. On the big day, she went above and beyond with my bridal party, which included the mothers of the bride and groom. She provided custom lip colors based on the dresses people were wearing and gave us touchup kits for later in the night (including a lip color change for me if I wanted to swap to a darker lip at the reception, which was so sweet). She worked with a variety of skin types and tones, and everyone looked absolutely stunning! I wish I had more fancy events coming up so I could hire her again. I highly recommend her! Teresas was our hair artist, and she did a magnificent job with me and with my bridal party. I knew pretty clearly what I wanted for my hair going into the trial, and when we put in my veil at the trial, it was the moment it really hit me that I was getting married! Teresas did amazing work with my slippery hair, which has a lot of trouble holding anything (clips, combs, curls). Because my hair really doesn’t hold a curl long, she adjusted for tighter curls on wedding day, and I was over-the-moon delighted that my hair held all the way through the sendoff. I don’t know how she managed it! She did a great job with different hair types, textures, and lengths with my full bridal party, including the “dapper” hair service for two bridal party members with short hair—they looked absolutely stunning. Teresas also had a very calm energy that contributed well to what can easily become a hectic day. I’m so glad to have had her for our hair artist! I would definitely recommend Vigilante, especially Lauren and Teresas. Thank you to them both for contributing to such a wonderful day!
