issue with the airlines that was completely AA's fault and Kim contacted me immediately and we were about to change the dates and times of our trip because AA changes their flights. About a week later everything worked itself out. Kim was very prompt at returning my calls and emails to figure things out and also to make planning a honeymoon to St. Lucia extremely stress free and easy!!
