All of the pricing was incredibly fair and great for our budget as well as the staff from Erica, who helped us plan our big day, to the bartenders, and the servers. All of our guests were extremely pleased here and so were we! Not to mention the great food! Seriously, look no further than here for any wedding needs!

st said they stopped eating their food because after a few bites noticed their food wasn't fully cooked.. When I went in the following Monday to get my decorations, I told one of the ladies there. She then proceeded to go ballistic on me. Stating that's unacceptable, that it would never be her food, and then continued to blame me!! She said I gave my guests heat stroke by making them sit outside in the heat for 20 minutes and that's why they had stomach issues.. But ..some of the guests that complained about stomach issues didn't even go to the ceremony. So yea. I would've given 5 stars but since I was so disrespected i gave a 2. I will never step foot in there again.

starts at 38.50 but after we had our add-on's like seat covers and 8 at each table instead of 10 it was more like 41.00 a plate. The food was wonderful, many comments were made by guest. We had the tender pot roast, roasted potatoes, glazed carrots, polish sauerkraut (people who live in the area will know its good because the hall gets it from Micsh's in Calumet City), fried chicken, Salad, and Chicken and dumpling soup. We tried to take some pictures outside with the pretty pond and sunset, but the mosquitos were terrible (wish they would spray). The Restrooms look like they are from an 80's high school movie (pink and very outdated). Really would have liked a bridal suite, they let my wedding party and I use a janitorial closet to store my bridal bag in. However, the Foyer of the Hall and outdoor gazebo made for some very beautiful pictures. There also was a very large delay between the salad and the main course. It ultimately delayed the dancing portion (we had to also remind the hall to turn down the lights and take the cake away). But despite those few things, our guests were very happy. I think guest really just remember the food when they judge the venue anyway. That was important to me. Too often I have gone to weddings and yeah they have a nice bathroom but the food is terrible. This is not the case for Villa Cesare. You get delicious wedding food for a good price (the catering is done by Popalano's in Lansing).

married (in the back under the gazebo) was beautiful. However, the manager(s) at the hall were VERY rude. After we booked and I sent out our invitations, she calls us and tells us that she booked another ceremony at 5:30, when ours was scheduled for 5!! Now, there is only 1 gazebo and 1 area to take pictures. I wanted to take pictures outside and not be rushed during our ceremony. And, I also didn't want to intrude on the other couples ceremony, that's not fair to them either. So, I went in the next day with my mother in law to just ask some questions of how they planned for it to work. Well, I barely got any answers. But, the next day I get a phone call from the manager, Kim (who was not there the day I came in) and she spoke to me like I was a child. She said that she should NOT have been BOTHERED at home with something as silly as that! She just told me that, "Everything will be fine, I already told you that. I have been doing this for 25 years." She was SO RUDE! It made me feel like I can't have any questions or concerns. I am paying GOOD money for your services, you should be able to answer my questions. I truly believe it's not the manager or the hall itself that keeps people coming, but it's the chef, Jack, that keeps Villa going! He is an excellent chef and took very good care of us on our wedding night. He was polite and worked with us! We went there for a mother's day brunch and he came and introduced himself to us and showed great enthusiasm for our upcoming wedding! I was very happy with the night of the wedding. And, the wedding night did turn out wonderfully. It turned out the other couple got married inside instead, so we didn't intrude on them and vice versa. I just wanted both of us couples to have a memorable experience.
