From the enchanting garden, to the gorgeous bar space, to the lovely dining rooms w/ stunning views, it’s truly an unforgettable venue. Our guests loved it! We dearly appreciated the thought and care put into the guest experience, such as toiletry baskets set up in the restrooms with a variety of convenient items.
Working with the Milestone Events team was also lovely. They are promptly responsive, very professional, and clearly take great pride in the events they host at this beautiful venue. Everything was made incredibly easy and convenient for us, to the point that we were able to feel relaxed on our wedding day. The large kitchen with a separate loading dock area, ample parking, indoor + outdoor spaces, and excellent vendor coordination all contributed to our wedding feeling like a breeze. Most of our vendors had already worked events at the Villa in the past, and they were not only familiar with it, but fond of it as well.
My husband and I also loved our getting-ready rooms! They are absolutely lovely and comfortable; we were happy to have AC on our hot summer day. We were so grateful that the team stocked our rooms with water bottles and other small goods like gum, floss, etc. It’s little things like that that make such a difference. Additionally, we appreciated the table setting package the Villa offers (linens, dinnerware, etc). It was one less thing to think about, and it all ended up looking great.
You really can’t go wrong with Villa Chanticleer. It’s a gorgeous place managed by people who know event coordination inside and out. We feel lucky to have found such an ideal venue, and will forever cherish the memories we made with our loved ones there.

ng was going fine. The moment Milestone took over, the problems started. They tried multiple times to not honor my contract and tried to get even more money out of us on at least 3 separate occasions. They made planning extremely stressful for both myself and my coordinator. There was little to no communication except when they wanted more money. Even on the day of my wedding, they fell through on things that were promised- like coffee and tea during dessert (It was part of my bar package, but was no where to be found so my dad had to run to starbuck to get coffee for everyone), they had my vendors SIT ON THE FLOOR to eat dinner because they couldn't 'find chairs', and the 'site manager' who was supposed to be my main point of contact, changed at least 3 times and it was like starting over every time- half of the time people I spoke to had no one I had already booked my event! Their properties are stunning but I will never work with Milestone again.

We work with Leilani for 2 years, rescheduling 4 times due to COVID, and she made everything so simple for us. We so appreciate how flexible she was with the amount of rescheduling, county restrictions and the unknowns involved with the pandemic.

When COVID restrictions caused us to have to change our plans, Leilani and Villa Chanticleer were so accommodating and understanding, they were one small piece of relief in a ton of stress.
