Glad to find this nice place after a very long search.

nant to place our patio and green space under constant surveillance—photographing, recording, and monitoring me and my children without consent.
This same individual has repeatedly harassed my children, yelled at them unprovoked, and even accosted other children from the building. They have screamed at us to "Shut up, quiet down" in not so polite terms, during reasonable daytime hours and continue to make us feel unsafe in our own home. While this Tennant purposely opens their curtians and windows when my family comes outside.
What’s worse, instead of addressing this hostile behavior, management has either encouraged or condoned it—allegedly telling this tenant to continue recording us and to contact law enforcement against my family. This is an unacceptable way to treat residents who simply want to enjoy their home in peace.
No one should have to live under surveillance or in fear of being targeted for simply using their outdoor space or having children who play outside respectly and laugh during the day. I strongly urge potential renters to consider how management handles any serious tenant conflicts before moving here.
