Whether it be a misplaced fork, a timeline that needs adjusting, or a bride needing a moment of calm on her biggest day, I aim to give the highest level of service I can to my couple. I started my wedding journey in 2015 as a receptionist in Delray Beach, FL which led me to earn my certification in 2018 for coordination and planning, and I have been planning weddings ever since. Wedding planner by day, mom of 3 also by day?? I have three young boys and they sure do keep me busy! We're a very active family and you can always catch us doing some family activity that I've roped everyone into. Can't forget about my obsession with audiobooks. And it wouldn't be wedding day without my yellow Redbull in tow, I think I should be sponsored by now! It's true, I am OCD - but my couples find it very comforting knowing the smallest of details will be thought of and managed before they even have the chance to become a challenge! But I'm not all numbers and angles and details..I am your biggest cheerleader in the process, a friend and most importantly - honest to your vision. I can't wait to work with you!

Tracy Fink, owner of Villa Magnolias Event Center, brings over 25 years of experience in luxury wedding planning and hospitality management. Known for her timeless style and attention to detail, she creates elegant, personalized celebrations through her venue and planning company, Blush & Grace Events. Tracy’s background includes leadership roles with major hotel brands, event venues, and contributions to industry education and mentorship.

I began my wedding planning journey with Tracy in March 2021, after an unexpected spark of inspiration while watching a beach-front wedding come to life in my hometown of New Jersey. Though I once dreamed of being an elementary school teacher, that moment in 2017 changed everything. After graduating from High Point University in 2020 and relocating to North Carolina, I found my calling in creating unforgettable wedding experiences. I’m passionate about the intimate, emotional moments that make each wedding unique—from a father-daughter first look to a couple’s private vow reading. And I’ll never tire of giving the bridal gown that perfect final fluff before the walk down the aisle. When I’m not planning weddings, I enjoy Hot Pilates, the gym, exploring local breweries, or curling up with a good book.
