We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and the incredible people who made our wedding weekend so special. From the moment we arrived, we were met with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They welcomed us with open arms and truly treated us like family, which meant more to us than we could ever put into words. We had the opportunity to stay at the venue for the entire wedding weekend, which made the experience even more meaningful. Having a beautiful place to gather, celebrate, and spend time with our loved ones throughout the weekend made so many special memories possible. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our 130 guests. The views were spectacular and created the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding day. Every part of the property felt so special and made our celebration even more unforgettable. What we appreciated most was how willing they were to help with anything we needed. Whether it was helping us navigate the setup, answering our endless questions, helping us coordinate details, or simply being available when we needed an extra hand, they went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. Even the little things made such a huge difference and took so much stress off of our shoulders during an incredibly busy weekend. Having their support allowed us to step back, be present, and actually enjoy our wedding and the time we had with our family and friends. Their kindness and generosity made us feel genuinely cared for. Not just like clients, but like family! We will forever be grateful that we got to begin this new chapter of our lives in such a beautiful place, surrounded by the people we love and the kindness of people who made us feel so at home. This venue will always hold such a special place in our hearts. If you are looking for a wedding venue, we could not recommend this place more highly. From the moment we visited Villa Rosa for the first time almost two years ago, we were absolutely stunned. The views are breathtaking, the property is beautiful, and it truly feels like a hidden getaway. Pictures simply do not do it justice, words can’t fully describe how special it feels to be there. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning scenery, and overall beauty of the property made us fall in love with it immediately. The house itself is incredible! Super clean, comfortable, spacious, and filled with so many thoughtful amenities that make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. Every detail has been carefully considered, making it the perfect place for a wedding, event, or simply a relaxing getaway. Jeremiah and his entire team, especially Tiffany, our wedding coordinator, went above and beyond from the very beginning of our wedding journey all the way through our wedding day. They were always helpful, communicative, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our experience the best it could be. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire planning process feel easy and enjoyable. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and since the day we got married, we have heard nothing but wonderful things from our family and friends about the venue. e were blown away. Everything just felt right, and we ended up booking it on the spot. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Tiff and Jeremiah were the best to work with, so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. They really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life exactly how I imagined. You can tell they truly care about making your day special, and at this point, we honestly feel like family. They also helped us so much along the way, even connecting us with an amazing DJ and cake vendor, which made everything way easier. We’re so happy we chose this place and would 100% recommend it!”

hat’s what I would rate. I rented this property to host my wedding rehearsal dinner as well as a spot to hang out after our wedding was over. It was absolutely perfect for both events. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all new appliances and fully stocked kitchen ware, and a giant wine fridge! The downstairs outdoor area is beyond beautiful. The Backdrop and pool area was simply perfect, and display a beautiful scene of the Fallbrook mountains. Villa Rosa was perfect for my events, but any event hosted here would be great.. Throughout the entire process the property managers Tiffany and Jeremiah were wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to establish communication and make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay and event the best it could be. They gave us the opportunity to tour the property multiple times to help with our planning. I could not be more satisfied with our stay and experience at Villa Rosa and working with Tiffany and Jeremiah. They even left us a little gift the first night of our stay. I appreciate them for being so accommodating for my events. I definitely am looking forward to another reason to stay at Villa Rosa again.

of the very first couples to book with Jeremiah after he had just taken over the property, and watching this place transform from dirt into a breathtaking hidden oasis has been nothing short of inspiring. We booked back in July of 2024 and at that point had no idea what was to come of Villa Rosa for our wedding weekend of July 11th 2025. We were BLOWN AWAY! Through all the growing pains that naturally come with a construction process, Jeremiah and the team kept us informed every step of the way. And when something didn’t go exactly as planned—because let’s be honest, that’s just part of building something beautiful—they always showed up with a solution. They compensated for any inconvenience, provided thoughtful alternatives, and never once fell short on their promises. That level of integrity and follow-through is so rare, and it made all the difference in our planning experience. The owners are the kind of people who roll up their sleeves and make things happen from the moment you book to the time of your stay. They’re ALWAYS all hands on deck, incredibly understanding, and committed to making every detail right. No request was too small, no challenge too big—they genuinely care about their couples and it shows in everything they do. What started out as dirt—literally—was transformed into the most beautiful hidden gem we could’ve ever imagined. Every time we visited, it was more breathtaking than the last. eduled for May 2025. but in March—just five weeks before my wedding day-they canceled my contract due to denied permits and "simply not equipped to support weddings" I was forced to find a new venue last-minute, rework all my plans, and spend significantly more money. When confronted, they backtracked and claimed to be just a "private estate"and not a wedding venue, despite actively marketing themselves as a wedding venue on major platform & targeting brides! The experience was incredibly stressful and misleading. I absolutely would not recommend.

As soon as we became aware of the situation, we communicated this to you promptly and issued a full refund, allowing you the flexibility to make the best decision for your special day. As a private estate, we are transparent about our status and continue to promote our space on platforms that allow estate-style venues. We also remain selective about the events we host, to ensure a high level of care and attention to each one.
