About this vendor
Set at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Villa Royale is a 3.5-acre free-spirited, adults-only hideaway amidst the desert palms of the Coachella Valley.
Opened in 1947, the hotel’s rich history included being a getaway spot for the Hollywood elite. Now, a secluded stomping ground re-imagined, where Spanish influence and architectural nuances of the Post-War period stand side-by-side with modern design appeal for which Palm Springs is known today.
Within the Mission Revival Style villas and geometric tiled courtyards, Villa Royale channels the eccentric history of the destination and mesmerism of the landscape that has long lured wild, free-thinking and creative spirits to the Southern California desert. Studded with flowering desert flora and imbued with mid-century decor and vintage furnishings, Villa Royale beckons travelers to the desert for raw beauty and escape.

Due to reasons outside of our control (covid, parental concerns), we were unfortunately unable to host our wedding at the Villa Royale. With that being said, their service was so a...
mazing I had to write a raving review.
The pictures of Villa Royale speak for themselves. The ambiance, and tasteful use of mid century modern decor is perfection. It is the best combination of an intimate boutique hotel with enough space to host a large lawn wedding.
Even mores impeccable than the gorgeous aesthetics is the dedication of the team at Villa Royale. Special shout out to Lauren the Sales & Events Consultant who went above and beyond in answering our myriad of questions and concerns about hosting a wedding at the beautiful Villa Royale property during unprecedented covid times. After visiting 30+ venues for our wedding day - I can say without a doubt that her incredible professionalism and customer service is unmatched.
We look forward to enjoying many vacations at the property and hopefully future friends weddings!
