Villa Siena was constructed in 2004, inspired by the buildings and monuments throughout the central region of Tuscany, Italy. The framework of this villa represents the design elements of the Gothic and Renaissance periods in Italy, setting an enchanting atmosphere. Reminiscent of these eras, the villa features classic columns, groin vaults, acanthus leaves, and more.
Couples can choose from a selection of wedding venue options depending on their specific requirements. The Piazza Toscana is an outdoor garden setting for ceremonies, with a total capacity of 250 guests. This enclosed space features white wooden chairs, a red carpet, and a picturesque fireplace. Couples may use the fireplace or the vine-covered arch as a romantic backdrop, depending on their desired aesthetic. La Stanza Chianciano is a gorgeous indoor venue which is 2,100 square feet in size. This indoor setting accommodates up to 150 guests and also features an adjacent outdoor space to kick off your celebration. Couples also have the opportunity to avail of the indoor cocktail area known as the La Stanza Pisa. ry venue we’ve reached out too:) Villa Sienna’s website advertises 250 guests which was one reason we wanted to book with them. Furthermore, I was unaware that asking questions about outside vendors could significantly influence whether a venue allows us to book:) it was also impossible to speak to any employee as anytime I called I was ignored. My emails were always responded to right before Jenna had to leave for at least a week and this happened multiple times, which led to a lot of confusion on booking. Lastly, I arrived about ten minutes after the tour time was scheduled to start due to traffic, which I actively communicated for which I apologized profusely. I did have to reschedule our initial tour day because of a family emergency that required attention which was completely out of my control:) Villa Sienna informed me, in a manner I found unprofessional and completely unnecessary, that I should seek another venue after I simply asked some questions for clarity. Very unfortunate as it is a beautiful venue but they are not willing to provide guidance and assistance for brides with questions to help their wedding move smoothly!

Jenna was very rude during our initial tour; she had attitude when we asked questions and was not accommodating at all. My fiancé and I had picked Villa Sienna and were looking to ...
book them for our wedding but emails would take days to be answered. Jenna also lied to us and said we can do our guest count of 250 people but then she said they only have 230 chairs. When we asked if it’s possible to rent more and bring them in, she immediately told us to go find another venue. I emailed and told her I was willing to drop my guest count, which took her over a week to respond to, and she then again said to go find another venue. I’m very disappointed in how Villa Sienna was impossible to communicate with and how unwilling they were to help us with our wedding plan.

We would like to respectfully provide a bit of context, not as an excuse, but as part of understanding how your visit may have unfolded. Your group arrived later than the scheduled appointment time, and the initial guest count of 275 mentioned exceeded what we currently advertise and are able to accommodate. Additionally, several questions regarding outside catering, outside florist, and outside DJ services did not align with the guidelines and sample information that had been shared prior to your tour.
While none of these factors justify a negative or unwelcoming impression, they may have contributed to some misalignment during the visit, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and ensure each guest feels respected and supported. While we understand this was disappointing, our goal is always to be upfront so couples can move forward with a venue that fully supports their vision.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it as an opportunity to improve our communication and service. We also understand that every event has unique needs, and we truly hope you find a venue that is the perfect fit for your vision.

Our coordinator, Katie, and her assistant were absolutely amazing. They kept everything running smoothly, handled the details behind the scenes, and made the entire day feel effortless for us. Knowing they were in charge allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding.
The space itself is gorgeous and created the most beautiful setting for our day. Everything came together perfectly, and we received so many compliments from our guests about the venue.

We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate.
The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job.
Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn’t anticipated being extra.
Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.

We also appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the coordinator assignment. We’d like to clarify for future couples that our contract specifies that the on-site, day-of coordinator is assigned at the time of the layout meeting, which typically takes place approximately 30–60 days prior to the wedding. While Villa Siena does not experience high staff turnover, there are occasional scheduling adjustments that may require reassignment. We understand that continuity is important during the planning process and appreciate your patience navigating those changes.
Regarding pricing expectations, we value transparency very highly. To our knowledge, Villa Siena is one of the few venues that provides a detailed quote upfront that includes tax, gratuity, and all items outlined in the contract. Any optional additions are charged at the rates published in our marketing materials, but we understand how unexpected fees—especially close to the wedding date—can feel frustrating, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective with us.

ater Switched to Paige’m, both very nice to work with. However, there were many things that did not go as we discussed, see list below. We brought these items up to the owner, Sabrina, who was very sympathetic & assisted in making us whole. In summary, the venue is beautiful but be forewarned about miscommunication & disorganization.
-Nuts were served with salads when we had multiple guests who were severely allergic. We previously discussed having these on the side & even day of when discussing with Paige and they still were incorrectly served. Fortunately there were no allergic reactions. Additionally, when the mother of the bride mentioned this to one of the servers they were extremely unprofessional and did not take accountability.
-We discussed and bought items, including 25 bottles, for a champagne table for our guests after the ceremony. It was not set up and Paige acted unaware of what it was supposed to look like despite sending us photos of where it would be in cocktail hour. Upon talking to the owner, they noted that the venue didn’t even prohibit any champagne table or walls.
-The venue didn’t return everything that we originally brought & had to stop by the next day to get it.
-There was no champagne in suites as promised and we had to ask for it.
-There were not enough chairs at the ceremony and our guests were helping set up despite locking in our guests count earlier in the week.
-We perviously provided Paige with a curated Spotify playlist for cocktail hour that she was acknowledged would be played. More the half way through it music was not playing and we had to find her to put it on.

We are very sorry for the moments that did not meet expectations. While weddings are complex events with many moving parts, our goal is always to provide a smooth, safe, and memorable experience for our couples and their guests.
Regarding your specific concerns, we would like to clarify a few items while also acknowledging where improvements were needed. The request to serve nuts on the side was communicated verbally (not in writing) during one of the electronic appointments and was executed on event day. It was only on the day of the event that it was communicated that this request was due to a severe allergy of 2 of the guests. The provided time limited the catering team’s ability to fully modify the plated salads; however, guest safety is always taken seriously, and we are thankful no allergic reactions occurred. We have since reinforced communication protocols regarding late-stage dietary requests.
For safety reasons, champagne towers as well as alcohol service in bridal and groom suites are not permitted at Villa Siena. All alcohol must be served by our insured liquor service in designated areas. Your Villa Siena coordinator had agreed that the post ceremony champagne would be included in bar hours, and a bartender would be available to pass out the flutes. The agreement was that you would provide the champagne and the flutes. The champagne arrived at the rehearsal on the day before as agreed and was stored in the fridge. Unfortunately, the flutes arrived at Villa Siena on wedding day at the ceremony start time and were boxed and not assembled. Your coordinator did not have time to assemble the flutes and get them displayed in time, which is why they were not out during cocktail hour. The bartenders did have the client provided champagne available at the bar during cocktail hour and reception for those who wanted it. We regret any confusion or miscommunication around these policies and are reviewing how they are communicated during planning.
We apologize for any inconvenience related to personal items that were not immediately returned after the event and are glad everything was recovered the following day.
Chair counts are carefully planned with a buffer to accommodate guest movement and reserved seating, and our team remains available to adjust setups as needed prior to ceremonies.
We also apologize for the lapse in cocktail hour music and have implemented updated procedures to ensure playlists are properly started and monitored when requested.
We appreciated the opportunity to speak with you directly after the event and to address your concerns at that time. Your feedback has helped us make additional improvements, and we wish you both all the best as you begin this next chapter together. Thank you again for celebrating at Villa Siena.

We had the pleasure of working with Kayla for the majority of our wedding planning, and I have to give a special shoutout to her because she was a rockstar! Super prompt at answering all of my many questions, and she’s truly a pro at what she does. On the day of the wedding, she made everything run so smoothly and we got to enjoy our day without worrying about a thing!
On top of it all, so many of our guests came up to us after the wedding and expressed how much they loved Villa Siena. They thought it was beautiful and they had such a fun time!

Not only was the venue beautiful, but that staff who work for Villa Siena are truly the best. I had the pleasure of working with Paige, and she was phenomenal. She was quick to get back to me with any questions I had, supportive of my ideas, reassuring with all of my anxiety and wedding woes, and truly helped see out my vision up until the last few minutes of our day. The wedding planning process was incredibly easy with Villa Siena. We had worked with Jenna at first and she was truly so helpful with the beginning planning and booking. So patient with us too as we made our decision on the date and package. After booking, Kayla helped see us through to the end. She was willing to work with our schedule to make the wedding planning go as smoothly as possible. Kayla was always quick to answer emails when we had questions and allowed us to come in when we wanted for the layout meeting. The staff at Villa Siena did an absolutely incredible job executing exactly how we envisioned our wedding. I was blown away at how stunning the venue looked when I walked in on my wedding day. The ceremony area, the landscaping, the reception hall, everything was incredible. Not only is the staff at Villa Siena amazing, the caterer they use makes some of the best food we've ever had at a wedding. Our guests ranted and raved about it all night. I could truly go on and on about how great Villa Siena was. I HIGHLY recommend booking with them. They pick the vendors they work with very carefully and for a reason. My husband and I can't thank Villa Siena enough for making our day so incredibly special.

Paige was our coordinator and was wonderful throughout the process. She was always prompt to respond to any questions we had throughout the process and really helped everything come to life. The few times we did not work with Paige we worked with Jenna who was also wonderful. We are so happy we chose this venue!

In the middle of dinner at our reception, someone got sick and the staff handled it so quickly and professionally that we did not noticed until the guest came to apologize. Working with Villa Siena was a relief because of the connections they have. We booked our florist, dj, bar and catering all through them…very convenient and takes half the stress away. All night and many days after, we got compliments about how beautiful and elegant the space was. I would recommend this venue over and over again!!! (Also ask for Kayla because she’s amazing)

We are so grateful for everyone at Villa Sienna as we did not use a wedding planner. We were lucky enough to meet Aspen. The first day we went and toured and any and all questions I ever asked, Aspen was always on top of it giving us answers or helping to structure the whole experience. We were lucky enough to have Aspen on the day of our wedding as well and everything ran so smoothly. If anything went wrong behind the scenes I wouldn’t have known I think that she did a wonderful job. I’m lucky that we were able to have her from start to finish.

I am non-binary and was uncomfortable with the terms bride and groom on the paperwork, so they changed it all to betrothed to ease my discomfort! Paige was our coordinator and she was absolutely brilliant. She worked with me to surprise my mom during our rehearsal which was incredibly special. ited for us to find the perfect venue, which ended up being Villa Siena. Once we booked the venue, our coordinator was Paige Pezzelle; she helped us with any and all questions we had while planning between the time we booked our date up until about 3 months out from our big day. She was also very responsive, knowledgeable and gave great advice. Our day of coordinator was Kayla LaLone. Kayla was exceptional! Very nice, prompt and organized. Our wedding day was a breeze thanks to her. I was surprised at how calm and relaxing the morning of my wedding was but it was partly because I could feel that we were in good hands with the Villa Siena team. Our guests even complimented how great Kayla was the day of our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team!

down with Hope, we realized that we could afford it with our flexibility on date. Villa was one of the only venues I came across with all inside options, so a wedding in AZ heat was no sweat (pun intended). Our coordinator was Paige and she was so sweet and helpful the whole time. Through planning, she answered and accommodated all of my ideas and thoughts that would pop up the entire year…. and did so without delay. She and all of the Villa staff and vendors we came across were such a joy to work with. Our night went off without a hitch and they took care of everything for us so that we could just enjoy our day and not worry about the last minute details or tasks, we got to just show up, get married, and enjoy the day with one another and our loved ones! Thank you so much to everyone at Villa for giving us an amazing day to remember forever!!! This venue is gorgeous and their staff/vendors are top notch!

e property matched perfectly with our wedding colors. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was the perfect place for us.
Our wedding coordinator, Kayla was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. She was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure every detail was perfect. The staff was very professional and accommodating, throughout the process and they made sure that everything ran smoothly. The team also made it so easy for us to secure vendors with their list of excellent DJs, florists, catering and cake bakery. I am still getting so many compliments from my family and friends on the food, wedding cake, and music.
Thank you so much to the Villa Siena team for making sure that our wedding exceeded all of our expectations, it was truly dream come true! I highly recommend Villa Siena to anyone who is still looking for a wedding venue.

She answered all of my questions so quickly. The day finally came and it was perfect. Kayla and the team are so professional. ll, I read them myself! But none of those prepared me for how amazing this venue TRULY was to book with.
From the moment we took our tour I cried from its beauty and knew it was our venue. And every step of the way was so simple and stress free. We decided to take their list of vendors and use them for convenience, but they have the most amazing list of vendors who all work together and made our lives so much easier so we could enjoy the process!
Their communication with any questions or concerns was always so efficient and they let us come walk the venue as many times as we needed!
Then the big day came, we were fortunate enough to have Kayla as our coordinator who was BEYOND amazing for words. She was so on top of everything being perfect and handled all the vendors and set up. She made me feel so relaxed knowing everything was in her hands. She had literally thought of everything! She even gave us some food to bring home before our send off because she knew we would probably be hungry again in an hour!
I can not say enough kind words about Kayla or this venue as a whole. If you are considering it at all, and somehow aren’t convinced, let this be your sign to pick it!! Because we are SOO thankful we did.

we had questions, she was always there to put our minds at ease and provide insight (even about the questions we didn't even know we needed to ask). The day of the wedding was absolutely flawless from the decor, the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness, to being able to actually eat at our own wedding, all the way down to Jenna seeming to be everywhere at once! We couldn't have asked for a better experience from the day we stopped in to take a tour, all the way to our last dance. My wedding day at Villa Siena could have not gone more perfectly. Not only does Villa Siena offer the most beautiful backdrop for wedding photos, but they are a well-oiled machine....
While Villa Siena is mostly all-inclusive, we opted to also add in their DJ and florist. They made everything so easy and seamless for us. Their food is also incredible and so visually pleasing. The people who work for Villa Siena are truly top notch. I first want to speak to our venue coordinator Jenna Conklin - She is AMAZING. I could rave about her all day long. She was so attentive to us throughout our 14 months of planning, but also managed our entire wedding day and made sure everything ran perfectly. She did everything from coordinating with our vendors the day of the wedding to bustling my dress , pinning boutineers on the groomsman, and honoring any in-the-moment requests. I could go on and on, but Villa Siena has found a gem in Jenna. Now for our florist that was paired to us through Villa Siena, Blume Events - they made our floral dreams come true. In fact, they surpassed any expectations we had and made truly gorgeous floral centerpieces. Our DJ, also paired to us through Villa Siena, was Marcus from the company RayTheDJ. Marcus is one of the sweetest and most positive people we had met through our wedding process. We gave him creative control of music since he’s the pro (gave him little reception guidance and just asked him to feel the vibe of the crowd), and he absolutely killed it. He checked in on us throughout the night, and was prompt with all special request songs. Finally for our photographer Matthew Wheeler. Matthew wasn’t vended through Villa Siena, but he has experience there. He has an unmatched talent in photography and an amazing eye for the most spectacular shots. If you’re getting married here, contact him for your photography! You won’t regret it. Thank you Villa Siena for the best day of my life.

We booked our venue back in September of 2020 for our wedding in 2022. The moment we walked in the door we were amazing at how gorgeous it was inside. We met with Hope who answered...
all of our questions and was so accommodating in the initial signing process. She actually answered questions we didn't even think about. We looked at a few other venues and nothing blew us away quite like Villa Siena did.
For the next 18 months, they were quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful when booking other vendors and customizing our event.
Meeting Paige, our coordinator, at our final planning meeting was such a pleasure. She was so sweet and so excited about our wedding that it made us ever more excited about our big day. She handled our rehearsal with ease and was so supportive. I had asked a family friend to iron our tablecloths that we were providing and at rehearsal, she told me that she didn't want to spend the extensive amount of time ironing them. I told Paige about this and without any hesitation she offered to take care of them for me. Any issue that arose, she took it head on and was just an amazing support for me and my groom. Our day was as close to perfection as a wedding can be and I owe all of that to Paige.

Kayla, and she could not have been more helpful. We at one point asked to see a table arrangement live with our guest count, and she remembered months later when a wedding similar to ours came up. We were able to go take a look the morning after the wedding and it really helped us decide if we wanted the reception inside or outside. Kayla was also on-site the day of our wedding and made what could have been a really hectic day run so smoothly! She even brought us drinks throughout the night as we were busy mingling and taking pictures Lastly, our guests have not stopped talking about how great the food was. Normally wedding food is eh, but ours tasted seriously gourmet. As the bride and groom we didn’t get to eat much at the wedding, but Villa Siena packed up a meal for us to take home and enjoy the next day! There are so many more little details they did for us that I can’t fit into one review – so let me just say it was THE BEST WEDDING WE COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.

r friend in a time of uncertainty and stress. Our wedding was postponed 3 times due to Covid outbreaks and spikes in our area and it was an easy situation to get overwhelmed by and lose hope. But Jenna kept us together, never let us get discouraged, and turned our special day into an absolute fairytale. From planning to postponing to re-planning to set up to tear down, Jenna and the Villa Siena staff were there to support us, guide us, and make sure that what we needed to happen could happen. The facility is beautiful and allowed us to make payments on an easy-to-understand payment plan, always keeping us updated and staying in communication with us. When we first visited the facility, we knew it was the one for us but we had no idea that it would be a place that would also take such good care of us and help us to achieve our dreams despite the hurdles we were facing as a couple and a country. They were extremely understanding with all of our covid concerns and took every precaution we asked. If you've ever wanted to feel like a real-life fairytale love story, don't look any further than this GORGEOUS VENUE (Arthur's Round table is included)!
