If you like that European Italy vibe then this Venue is for you. It truly feels like you’re in another place when you step into this property. My wedding was on Friday, 6.19.26 and everything came out exactly how I wanted it to be. My guest faces when they arrived was priceless . They couldn’t believe how beautiful the Venue is and how magical my wedding day was.
Daniela was caring and worked very well with my other planners. She was always checking up on William and I making sure that anything we needed to let her know. Communication was very great and felt very supported from the Villa Toscana team.
William and I provided fans to our guest during the ceremony and as we were taking pictures; she gave us an extra fan to make sure we were cooled down as well because that day was hot.
When it was going to start raining , Dani was able to help us move everyone inside , she was helping out with the chairs and sitting up the table to make sure the wedding continued. She was great throughout our whole wedding day.

From helping coordinate vendors, DJs, photographers, videographers, officiants, florists, and everything in between, they were there for us every step of the way. From our first conversation with Levi to being paired with the most incredible wedding planner, Laura, every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. I genuinely could not have done this without her.
Planning a wedding from another state can feel overwhelming, but Laura constantly reassured us and truly handled everything. She coordinated with vendors, kept everything organized, and brought our vision to life in a way that felt effortless for us. She made our dream wedding become a true fairytale.
And trust me when I say this — trust the vendors Villa Toscana recommends. They do this every weekend, and they have perfected the process. Nothing gets missed, and every expectation is exceeded.
Molmar Catering was phenomenal — from helping us choose our menu and theme to hosting one of the best food tastings we’ve ever experienced. The food was served hot and freshly prepared for each guest, which elevated the entire experience.
Our florist, Jireh Flowers & Events, created absolute magic. DJ Atomic from Xpress Entertainment kept the energy incredible all night long. Our photographer and videographer, Carrillo Films & Ilse Marie Wedding, captured every special moment beautifully. Our cake designer, Baked with Love by Maria, created not only a gorgeous cake but also the most stunning dessert table. We also added Giselle’s Coffee Station, and it was worth every penny — such a unique and memorable touch for our guests.

Let me tell you.. none of those things happened at Villa Toscana! Villa Toscana went above and beyond!!! Especially Julieta (our planner who was included) she was an absolute ROCKSTAR! Last minute we needed to DIY florals and Julieta placed candles and everything for us beautifully at no charge! Every vendor that was in their preferred vendors list was amazing and I can say everything ran so smooth and was so incredible! DJ Pheniks had the dance floor packed the entire night! Their in house catering was amazing and the food was incredible we got so many compliments! And of course the venue is GORGEOUS!!!! And little slice of Europe in Florida. Have nothing but amazing things to say about this place!

nd October. Even with the short time frame from October to January, Alexandra was crucial in pulling everything together. She was so helpful and accommodating. Always available to answer questions and help in any way. She made the process much smoother and took a lot of pressure off of us. The day of was perfect. Alexandra and all Villa Toscana staff were so supportive and we cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend the venue and Alexandra as a coordinator!!!

justice. It’s truly the most gorgeous wedding venue I’ve ever been to. Almost all of our guests went out of their way to tell us that Villa Toscana is by far the most beautiful venue they’ve ever seen. And even now, a month later, I still have guests calling me to tell me they cannot believe how stunning the venue was. Something that stood out to us was the fact that the venue was HUGE, but it was so controlled all night. No guests went off wandering around when they weren’t supposed to. My only small complaint was that they were hard to get in contact with during the planning process. But even so, I cannot recommend this venue enough!

I had my ceremony in the secret gardens and it was breathtaking, and once the sun set and the lights started glowing over the reception it was even more breathtaking. Their included vendors (bartenders, DJ, floral, catering) were so familiar with the venue which made everything seamless. I loved that we could get ready at the venue the day of, it made it so easy for my bridal party and family, and we were able to get so many getting ready pictures!! ve been managed better. For example, my sisters had to help set up due to what I perceived as inadequate staffing. I observed only three staff members: my wedding coordinator, a bathroom attendant, and a security person who also drove me around in the provided carriage.
There was ongoing construction at the venue, which I was not informed about in advance. The construction was visible to guests and appeared in our drone footage, which was disappointing and disheartening. When I inquired, management indicated it was not an emergency situation but part of efforts to improve the grounds. I requested what I thought was a reasonable 50% refund, which the manager verbally acknowledged as fair. However, the process took two months without resolution, and there was no written acknowledgment of this agreement, which felt unprofessional and frustrating to me. This experience has made me more cautious about how business interactions are documented. The venue differed from the tour; there was visible construction, dirt, and yellow caution tape. Promised features, like fireworks, were not provided, and instead, we were offered sparklers as an alternative. This was disappointing, as the fireworks were a key reason I chose the venue early on. Additionally, my DJ was not allowed to use his own equipment, which led to what I felt was subpar audio quality. The DJ company apologized, noting that neither of us was informed of this restriction until the day of the wedding. I also learned that the venue’s preferred caterers, which we did not use, acknowledged using powdered Parmesan cheese and boxed mashed potatoes. This detail was concerning to me and something future couples might want to consider. This experience has been very stressful and upsetting. I hope to help other brides avoid similar issues. Key advice for future couples: 1. Download and keep the original contract to prevent any changes. 2. Get written confirmation that the venue will appear as it does during the tour on the day of your event. 3. Carefully consider your choice of venue to avoid potential issues.4. Make sure to get everything discussed in writing and not only spoken over the phone. It is best to avoid phone calls and stick to emails so you have proof in case anything happens. I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision and avoid similar disappointments.

y that it was going to be the one. We toured two other venues after but we just kept comparing everything to Villa Toscana and nothing could compare. The staff at are the nicest people you will ever meet. We toured the venue with Jenny and she was so nice and welcoming. Our wedding planner was Thelma and she was fantastic! She answered every email/call/text promptly and kept us organized through the whole process. They do everything for you which makes having a wedding so less stressful. She also made the whole wedding day run smooth and made sure everyone was always where they needed to be. Our package included so much which also made planning super easy. The DJ, bar tenders, wedding planner, tables, chairs, linens, and so much more was all included with the venue even fireworks. The house is so incredibly beautiful and it was open for us on our wedding day to get ready. We had our ceremony at the center fountain and reception in the grassy yard and it was so beautiful. So many guests told us how amazing the venue was. I could go on and on about how perfect our wedding and the rest of their team. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a stress free, beautiful wedding.

ot seen the property already I urge you to go and see for yourself. From the beginning the property owners and their vendors were very helpful in accommodating all of our needs and budgets. We stay'd on the property overnight, the house was clean and fit everyone in our wedding party.
