Villa Tuscany at WinterClub

Michelle and the whole Winterclub team were fantastic and so so helpful!!!! The venue space is gorgeous as well and matched exactly what we were hoping for in terms of our theme, and of course the catering and gelato was delicious!! They communicated with us each step of the way, We are so so happy with the services that were provided and highly recommended them!!!

Our medieval-themed wedding reception at WinterClub was perfect! Michelle and Mary were very helpful throughout the planning process: quick to respond, knowledgeable, happy to have us stop by and visit, open about pricing, and flexible about design and creativity. They even provided a floor plan with the room dimensions on it to assist with layout planning. The recent re-paint of the outside of the building looks great and the improvements they made to the garden/courtyard area were wonderful. Michelle in particular seems to have a green thumb herself, and told us about how the updates were chosen based on scent profiles, the effects they'd have on the available shade, and the sound ambiance they'd create (ex. bamboo swaying and clacking together when there's a breeze). We expected venues to care about how they looked and how practical they were, but having a place that goes into sound and scent is above and beyond what we anticipated. And the built-in market lights and colored uplighting on the bar are a great thing to have included by default, no up-charge. Not only did WinterClub have the right look and feel (European, but not so upscale that it would feel intimidating or "snooty"), it was a comfortable size for our 80-90 guests, handicap accessible, and they provided amazing service. Everyone was polite and professional. They worked seamlessly with our vendors, the gelato was a big hit, and when we realized at the last moment that we'd forgotten to bring our cake stands they jumped into action. I didn't even know there'd been a problem until I saw the displays, realized they weren't ours, and asked where they'd come from. There was some uncertainty about when we'd be able to start decorating the space, due to another potential event scheduled the day before ours, but WinterClub was quick to provide updates as the situation continued to change and was very flexible and accomodating. We received numerous compliments from the guests, and even the other vendors, throughout the day about how wonderful everything was. Some even asked, "When are we doing this again?" That wouldn't have been possible without WinterClub. My husband and I absolutely recommend working with them.

This venue is so beautiful! We had our daughters wedding there last night and it was so pretty! The flowers outside and the inside decor are amazing! Michelle did a fantastic job working with all vendors and ensured a successful night! She was helpful in every way and worked tirelessly with us on all of our changes and needs. The staff was professional and prompt. I strongly recommend this venue!

This venue is beyond beautiful. This place is aesthetically designed and does not need much decor to make your wedding day look magical. the staff at WinterClub Venue was very attentive in every way. We decided to go with the venues prefered caterer Maggiano's Little Italy and it was delightful. we had the option to have dinner served but buffet is the way to go. Thank you to the staff at WinterClub venue you guys made my wedding day extra special.

Love the venue. A little hidden gem in Winter Park, Florida. They redid all of their landscaping and it’s just outstanding. It rained on our wedding day and Michelle and her team we so reassuring and did a great last minute switch to an inside ceremony. Everything was beautiful. Thank you!

Location is gorgeous, outside and inside but very disorganized. They ran out of beer at my wedding and I payed for open bar.. That was disappointing.

My now husband and I booked the WinterClub after our last venue closed down and we were scrambling to find another venue with our date available. The interiors and exteriors were beautiful- Go see them in person and try their amazing gelato that's also available for guests!! We fell in love with the wood paneling and the market lights. It is truly a hidden gem in Winter Park and was extremely affordable! It was the perfect place to have an intimate wedding that fit mine and my husband's styles. Everyone at the WinterClub was wonderful to work with and very accommodating especially Mary and Michelle. All of our guests had a great time and loved the venue! The only feedback we heard was that the bartenders were a little inexperienced. We had to hire the bar through the WinterClub. It put a small delay on our guests receiving their beverages in a timely manner. Other than that small hiccup that could be remedied with a little more experience, my Husband and I were ecstatic and couldn't recommend the WinterClub enough!

Cannot say enough good things about WinterClub!! A month before my wedding, our original venue went out of business and I did what most brides would do...had a complete meltdown. Luckily, I found WinterClub. Within no time, my wedding was back on track. From planning the decor to layout design, catering suggestions, and designing our drink menu, WinterClub team were a huge help. What started out as a nightmare with our other venue, resulted in the happiest of endings. I am convinced that everything happens for a reason and eternally grateful we hosted our reception at WinterClub! Our guests loved the atmosphere and the garden and had nothing but good things to say about our reception. If you're looking for a venue that is absolutely beautiful with professional friendly staff, this place is for you!

The site was exactly what we were looking for. It was beautiful for an outdoor wedding. However, when it comes to communication that was the issue. Most of the people we talked to were nice but in the end one of the managers was very rude and we noticed they overbook leaving little room for the next event. Even though there was a miscommunication in the time of the event and an easy fix they were rude and unwilling to accommodate which some of our guests were late or could not make it. The unwillingness to accommodate because of overbooking rushed our party out even though by the time we had left the next event's guests hadn't arrived. Beautiful place, poor service.
