lled the V.P., Chris, technician, Gabby, and the emergency number for Vincent Lighting, but no one answered their phones or called back in a timely manner. We understand that certain technical difficulties are unavoidable, however, there was absolutely no contingency plan in place. Had someone responded to the wedding coordinator's calls, a technician could have come out immediately to fix the problem. It was very dark throughout the entire room, and hard to see the beautiful flowers. It was also difficult to see the band and the people giving speeches. I have never written an online review before, but we are so dissatisfied with this company and so sorry that we used them.
