At Vine Event Experts we combine deep knowledge of Central Coast wineries / country wedding locations with decades of high-end event planning experience to bring you Wedding planning services that fit YOUR specific needs. Our services cover Wedding events in wineries and country venue settings within the region of San Luis Obispo County -- specializing in Paso Robles, Templeton, San Miguel, San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande, California Packages: Wedding Location Selection Package ($249): You want a winery or country wedding, and we know the venues! We’ll save you weeks of research and provide a succinct list of recommended locations based on your wedding vision. Inclusions: discovery call, research and develop list of 4-8 recommended locations, venue review meeting with couple, revised list and a post-site visit meeting to assist with final decision. Site Visit Planning Package ($349): Leverage our contacts and local knowledge, and allow us to create a personalized site visit day itinerary, schedule/reconfirm all venue tours and give you access to our custom venue checklists ensuring you don’t miss a thing during your inspection visits! Site Visit Escort Package ($499): Includes all of the planning and coordination above plus a personal escort by one of our experienced wedding event coordinators to lead you through a day of winery and/or country wedding venue site visits. We’ll also send you a detailed post-site visit report with a venue comparison summary and conduct a decision review meeting to help you confirm your choice! Wedding Day On-site Coordinator ($650 for the day): You’ve done it all, the planning is complete, and you’re ready to release the details to our wedding coordinator so you can enjoy your day! Inclusions: a 1 week out “turnover” session and then one in-person lead contact for all of the on-site details the day of your event. Up to 11 hours, additional costs apply if your event requires a longer on-site time commitment.
