I would highly recommend Vinella Events! My husband and I hired Janella for her Day-of Coordination services, and she was an invaluable resource on our wedding day. Having Janella there to coordinate the details and keep everything on track allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the day. From our very first consultation, Janella took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our vision, priorities, and where we felt we needed the most support. As our wedding approached, we met again to review our timeline, and she provided valuable recommendations to ensure everything flowed seamlessly. She also gathered all of our vendor information in advance and proactively reached out to each vendor before the wedding, making communication effortless on the big day. On our wedding day, Janella was punctual, incredibly organized, and always one step ahead. She came prepared with printed timelines and handled countless behind-the-scenes details that allowed us to truly enjoy the day. Whether it was moving my dress between rooms, pinning the groomsmen's boutonnieres when the florist wasn't available, coordinating with our trolley driver, or even carrying my lipstick for touch-ups during portraits, she was always there anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. When the weather was forecasting some rain on our day, she also offered to let us use her clear umbrellas if we needed them during our portraits (luckily the weather cleared up, but Janella brought them just in case!). Knowing Janella was taking care of all the details meant I could relax and be fully present, without relying on my bridal party to manage logistics. She also captured some behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day and created a highlight reel that was such a fun surprise to watch afterward. We are so grateful we found Janella. Where do we even begin with Janella?! She was truly one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was there for us every step of the way — answering questions, calming our nerves, reassuring us when we needed it, and somehow always making us feel like everything was completely under control. Her attention to detail and organization are incredible, and her experience shows in absolutely everything she does. She anticipated things before we even knew to think about them and made the entire planning process feel so much easier. But beyond how amazing she is at her job, Janella became so much more than our wedding planner. By the end of it all, she genuinely felt like a friend, and that made the experience even more special. And then came the wedding day… she absolutely blew us away. Her execution was flawless and truly above and beyond anything we could have expected. We were able to be completely present, enjoy every moment, and soak in our day because we knew Janella had everything handled behind the scenes. We will forever be grateful for the time, care, energy, and heart she put into making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. Saying goodbye at the end honestly felt bittersweet after having her be such a huge part of this chapter of our lives. We could not recommend Janella more; if you are lucky enough to have her as your wedding planner, you are in the absolute best hands.

We could NOT have done our wedding without Janella at Vinella Events. We were looking for a day-of coordinator because we thought it would help us enjoy our day and focus on celeb...

rating with each other and our guests. We had that and more in working with Janella, and I am so thankful she made our wedding day as successful as it was. Janella came recommended to us by our venue, and we first met with her about 4 months before our wedding and went with her 6-week coordination package. We originally just wanted someone to help only for the day of the wedding, but this absolutely was a better deal because she came with us to our venue meetings, helped coordinate our timeline, asked insightful questions for things we never would have even thought of, went through our ceremony with me, and helped me feel SO much more prepared before the wedding through meetings and just being a resource. She helped us run an efficient rehearsal prior to the wedding and coordinated with me so that we would have all of the set-up and items how I wanted them for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond in her role. She set up all of our decor, helped facilitate transportation of items, executed the timeline and adapted when things went off time (and importantly, did all of this seamlessly so that myself and the guests didn’t notice), created back-up plans when there were issues with other vendors, coordinated set-up with other vendors, ran to get my lipstick from another room for photos, and too many other things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to know about because I was able to trust her to tackle them. I had multiple compliments from family members and friends about how organized she was and how kind she was, and she made a 270-person wedding flow seamlessly. She ultimately gave us the ability to just ENJOY the day without having to answer questions or worry about things going on that day. I am so thankful for Janella and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Janella!

From the beginning, Janella was exactly what we were looking for—someone warm, personable, organized, and willing to communicate with vendors on our behalf so we could actually enjoy our wedding day. We wanted to spend the morning getting ready, laughing with our friends, and soaking in every moment without worrying about logistics, timelines, or vendor coordination. Janella made that possible and then exceeded every expectation we had. We met with her three times before the wedding, and each meeting was incredibly thorough. She went through every detail with us, anticipated needs we hadn’t even considered, and helped us problem-solve along the way. She even stepped in and encouraged some vendors who had been difficult to communicate with to get organized and prepared for our wedding day. She truly took so much stress off our shoulders before the wedding even arrived. On the day itself, she was phenomenal. She kept everything running smoothly and on time, coordinated vendors, managed countless details behind the scenes, helped with decorations, assisted with breakdown at the end of the night, and handled so many little things that we never even had to think about. She was exceptionally kind and welcoming to our friends and family, and everyone who interacted with her commented on how sweet and professional she was. One of the most unexpected gifts Janella gave us was capturing photos and videos throughout the day. We recently worked alongside Vinella Events for a wedding this past weekend. As a wedding florist i work with a lot of planners and day of coordinators, and i have to say...Janella...

and her team stood out among the rest. Their willingness to help out blew me away, We had a large smilax hanging installation to complete...and lets just say that it took us a bit longer than anticipated. Janella and her team worked with us and not against us, to ensure that everything was perfect for our couple :) Not only did they support the couple all day and do lots of set up, they also helped direct and assist other vendors to ensure that everything was complete before their first look in the reception space. Hiring a day of coordinator/planner is so essential for a stress free and smooth wedding day. You'll be in great hands with Janella and her tem.
