They have a fairly limited delivery range, which limits the range of customers that can enjoy this service. I’m a dual military household. My spouse was out of town at the time of my event and I had no additional help to drive the hour up to Bellevue to pick up up my rental furniture. I was returning from Oregon the day before my event. I even attempted to hire a service which also did not work out. I contacted the company and communicated my inability to pick up the reservation.They were unfortunately, unable to help.
I called asking if any refund was possible. I was told no, that refunds were only issued 4 weeks out. My reservation was made within the 4 week window. Typically I understand a policy such as this. But realistically it's arbitrary. At the end of the day I had circumstances that didn't allow me to pick up the reservation. Vintage Ambiance provided me no service but still profits $297 dollars. This is just bad business and not a good look. I will not seek to use them again as much as I originally liked the idea of them.

We used them for chairs, couches, the cake table, glasses, silverware & our showstopper piece, the giant 'adventure' chalk board. Beckie & her team were on time with the deliveries & pick up. 10/10 would use again.

idezilla needs to. And they let you pick up some things ahead of time (like chalkboards to have them written on the week of a wedding). They dropped off and picked up exactly on time. And when the wedding panner accidentally packed up some items that belonged to VA and sent them home with us, I emailed and they just said "please drop them off at the front desk sometime this week". No "late fee", super relaxed and wonderful to work with. Thank you!!

reception at The Foundry by Herban Feast. We had our open air photo booth in an all-white room and we placed the furniture pieces in this room. The guests sat on the couches and chairs for the photos. When the photo booth was finished the furniture kept the room looking pretty with great pops of color.

I took for granted as the groom. What was amazing about the rentals is that the items were the owner’s mother’s which has significant sentimental value, but in consideration for her mother's memory she choses to share the items with others. The range of items to rent, the authenticity and accessibility were perfect for our wedding - and any wedding really. The items really made the “ambiance” something special, and I am so very grateful for this service.
