n there. There are amazing photo opportunities right outside their doors so we did everything in one location that day which made the whole event stress-free. We also got a dance lesson with our package and they choreographed our first dance- our guests LOVED it! The DJ was fun and did a great job directing the guests to keep the night running smoothly. The bartenders were friendly and served everyone with a smile. Rebekah was great to work with didn’t miss any details in coordinating for us! —she even climbed up into a tree when my veil flew away during photos! I could not say enough good things- they are worth the book!

the morning of the wedding. The space is absolutely beautiful! The whole venue has a natural charm meaning we used very minimal additional decorations, and hiring Rebekah as the day of coordinator made the entire process seamless and so much less stressful. We dropped everything off and she took care of the rest! Rebekah and her team are wonderful to work with and the entire evening felt magical. We can't recommend this venue and its team highly enough!

We opted in for the "Day of Coordinator" option, dropped off our decor, and the staff did all the decorating for us (looked much better than if we would've done it ourselves!), which saved so much time and stress. Would highly recommend Vintage as your wedding venue!

It is very helpful for your first dance. The venue is affordable and adorable!! Highly recommend for a bride/groom on a budget!

or what we wanted for our wedding. The process was so easy, they have tables/chairs, decor, servers, bartenders, and no restrictions on catering. We used all of their decor and only brought in flowers of our own for decoration. I would 100% recommend hiring Rebekah for day of coordinating, it made an already easy experience even more stress free! We literally dropped off buckets of flowers the night before and when we came back the next day she had decorated all of the tables, the aisle, and the ceremony arch beautifully! Rebekah is so kind and kept checking to see if we needed drinks or snacks during the night, and she even found a sewing kit for me when we had a wardrobe malfunction during dancing! I could not imagine a better place or people for a wedding, so do not hesitate to book with them for yours, you won’t regret it!

My wife and I got engaged in mid-November of 2016, so we only had six months to plan everything, which we did ourselves. When you only have six months to plan your wedding, you kind of need everything to work out on the first try. We chose Vintage Ballroom as our venue, which was the first thing we booked. Thanks to Rebekah's responsiveness and flexibility, we always felt secure in our decision. Vintage Ballroom was super accommodating. We had both our ceremony and our reception there. They let us drop off and pick things up at convenient times, so that we didn't have to walk into our ceremony with our hands full, and we didn't have to evacuate straight after the reception. We also had a dance lesson as part of our reception, which was a breeze to orchestrate because Vintage Ballroom is a dance venue! It went like this: ceremony, move chairs over to tables, dance floor open, appetizers, dance lesson, dinner, more dancing and carousing...boom, done. We had about 80 people and served plated meals (not buffet), and our caterers had all the space they needed. We also brought our own drinks (Rebekah did a great job bar tending for us), which saved money because then we returned what we didn't drink. Some of our guests drove for hours to downtown Omaha, so it was nice that we could use the parking structure right across the street (call City of Omaha ahead and set up a"bar tab" style account so you can pay for your guests' parking, which was cheap, although my goof-off relatives parked mostly in metered spots anyway). As a bonus, during spring (and probably summer) there were lovely ivies growing all over the side of the venue, so we took our family photos there. That was quite convenient, because where else in concrete-covered downtown can you find nice photo spots like that right at the venue? Would you rather walk in tux/dress to the new grass parking lot that used to be the Gene Leahy mall?? I totally recommend Vintage Ballroom. The venue was beyond cost-effective at hosting us, the space is authentic and intimate, and best of all: I never had any concerns or worries about our choice of venue. Throughout the planning process, I felt like no matter what choices we made for the other aspects of our wedding, our venue could make it work. Thanks, you two!!

om is so beautiful that we only had to do simple decor. We hired the owner, Rebekah, as the wedding day coordinator and she was nothing short of amazing. She brought my vision to life and made sure everything ran smoothly for the day. She was very responsive to all of my many questions and ideas. You can bring in your own food and alcohol, which was a huge plus to us and saved us a ton of money. I Highly recommend the Vintage Ballroom!

Series. When it came the day of, the games didn’t impact any part of our planning. Everything went so smooth, from the set up, to the ceremony and reception. Rebekah and her staff exceeded my expectations. Her hotel recommendation saved us hundreds and she told us how to cut costs by providing our own appetizers. We didn’t utilize Rebekah as our day of coordinator, but she went about assisting us in every way possible regardless. She handled every little mishap to ensure we had nothing to worry about. We ended up using most of the venue’s decor which made planning a last minute change a breeze! Since the ballroom has an open catering policy, we were able to use the vendors we planned with our former space. Every part of the Vintage Ballroom was a dream. Our only unfortunate experience came from our caterer, Hy Vee. But when issues arose, Vintage Ballroom was able to take control and settled everything before my husband and I even had a clue what was happening. I cannot thank Rebekah and her staff enough for making our day perfect.

She is very familiar with downtown Omaha and many of the vendors in the area and was able to make recommendations and help problem solve from the first steps of planning. The day of the wedding Rebekah even helped setup. The bartenders and security were wonderful. The actual venue is beautiful. Rebekah has chosen a selection of decorations that you can choose from or bring your own. The flexibility in brining your own vendors allowed us to get the food and drinks that we actually wanted at a lower price than otherwise would have been possible. My husband and I would highly recommend Vintage Ballroom for any wedding or event.

and have it look gorgeous! The tables, choice of linens, and very nice white chairs, are included in the incredibly reasonable rate. There is additional bar seating as well as some comfy, super cool, sofas that our guests absolutely LOVED! Also, it was the ONLY place we found that allowed your own food and alcohol package. This literally save us thousands of dollars, allowed us the creativity of having local craft beer, the ability to bring in our own rum from a local distillery, have the wine we like and the flexibility in food options and service. The bartenders were very nice and hard working. They made sure we were appropriately stocked and took great care of our guests. Security was there but subtle. But the best kept secret is that they provide tear down service, for a nominal fee, that was WORTH EVERY PENNY! It was an amazing and completely enjoyable, relaxing experience. Thank you Rebekah!

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wedding in Omaha!

ical setup of the building is great, it is well decorated and the renovations to the bar made it very fast and easy for everyone to be served timely. The process ran so smooth we almost felt like we were forgetting something. There are no restrictions on food, alcohol, DJ, etc which ended up saving us thousands of dollars. You also get the building all day long for the base price which makes setup much easier.The owner is present through all of the planning and at the event itself ensuring everything is running well. Our night went off without a hitch and I couldn't recommend Vintage Ballroom enough.

earsal dinner, ceremony and cocktail hour all here and we were able to bring in our own food and alcohol. Rebekah bartended for us both days and people loved her. We left the extra food for her and she told us she would be taking it to a homeless shelter which inspired us to take our leftover reception food to the shelter. Book this place, you will not regret it.
