iled with the picture of the messed up ring and also sent a picture in message on their Instagram because I was not getting a response. It took me three attempts until I finally got an answer from a person named John. I bought my husband the Atlas ring. I wanted to get another one of those because we liked it so much. They said that they didn’t have another one of those that was a size 9 in stock, but they would get more and 6 to 8 weeks and they would let me know. I waited around patiently and I didn’t receive any messages or emails from them so I had to ask myself and they told me all these excuses of why they didn’t have the ring and so I kept waiting around a little longer. I have been emailing them for August of last year and I just now got a new ring mind you one that I did not want at all. Over the course of emails they said that they would let me choose a ring that was $400 and under for free. I picked a couple rings but one that I got a snarky remark from saying well it did say that on site the nine was out of stock. And remind you, I’m not getting messages from Liz and Charles and Brandon and whoever the hell I’m talking to. I found another size 9 ring, but that was pre-order instead, and I got another snarky remark from that. So I was like I’m not playing these games. You can give me a list of all the size 9 rings that you have available. They sent me three none of which looked like Atlas ring whatsoever so I just decided they need to make it right and sent me a new ring. It did ship really fast but the ring is hideous and I’m just done dealing with these people. These rings are obviously cheaply made. They don’t make them in house. If you look it up, they have like this tiny little warehouse in Florida. I feel like this company is a scam and you might as well spend your money elsewhere. Especially with better customer service.
