Vintage Vault Photo Booth

In the beginning, it was wonderful. They were very nice at the vendor meet and greet and getting back to me immediately when I had a question. However, once I gave them my full payment, for the Oo La La package, it would take days and many phone calls to get a response or a call back. The day of my wedding, they forgot the backdrop that I ordered, which I made work, we had to use the library as a backdrop but it sucked that I paid for something I didn't get. I wrote to them the day after the wedding, asking what happened with the backdrop and when I can expect the pictures. After countless unanswered emails and phone calls, they finally got back to me one month later with the photos (also, i might add, they didn't have time to respond to my calls or emails, but they had time to update their Facebook page). The owner apologized and gave me my photos but never offered me any compensation for the mix up. Since then, 3 months later, I have ONLY received the digital files. I have yet to receive my slideshow which is very frustrating because I am not getting what I paid for. I would suggest going somewhere else. With the amount of unanswered calls and emails and not getting what I paid for, I would say this place is kind of fishy.
