The lovely Vinterra property has two distinct indoor venues as well as outdoor event options. The Vinterra Grand Hall is a timeless space that can accommodate up to 300 people for a seated dinner. The contemporary decor features sleek lines, light wood flooring, breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows, as well lux dressing rooms. There's also plenty of space for dancing. The second space is the Clubhouse, functional space with indoor/outdoor seating and a luxury fireplace so you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with loved ones. With light flooring and a functional floor arrangement, your guests can move easily from the inside to the covered deck with a view of the ocean.
Vinterra Event Venue offers onsite catering and event coordination. They want you and your loved ones to savor every moment and are there to ensure the day runs smoothly. With all food cooked onsite, you can expect the freshest restaurant-style dinner that is sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests. They offer bar and beverage packages too. At your disposal, you'll have 300 white King Louis chairs and both round and rectangular tables. The setup and breakdown of the event are provided. Vinterra was our first and only wedding venue that we toured and we instantly knew it was the one. This place was a dream and being able to get married there was just amazing. Not only did we have a great experience during the tour, the staff at Vinterra was amazing. Throughout the planning process at Vinterra they were communicative and always were eager to help. We have had several people compliment about how beautiful the wedding venue was. As well as Vinterra being amazing, Brie, Malyn, & Kaytlyn were the BEST! They made sure everything was perfect for our day and never let us down! We will forever recommend this venue and the people. Truthfully our vendors turned into friends and we are so thankful for all of them.
Our daughter and son in laws wedding reception was pure perfection.
We appreciate your kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to making it a wonderful evening.
Of course, the beautiful venue and manicured grounds made a gorgeous and inviting. We’ll share pictures soon.

After an exhaustive search, my daughter found Vinterra and she knew this was her spot. The venue has everything, is beautiful, and is extremely comfortable for the wedding party and family. The outdoor spaces are exceptional for the ceremony and pictures. The staff was attentive and was prepared to pivot in case of weather. Our family would highly recommend Vinterra.

Vinterra was everything we expected and more! It is a stunning venue. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and made it easy for all of our vendors - which there were many! I highly recommend Vinterra for your wedding.
Vinterra has to be the most beautiful party venue in all of Tulsa! You will find breathtaking views year-round, dramatic vaulted ceilings with the perfect staircase entrance into the grand ballroom making everyone feel like they are in a fairytale. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with staff at Vinterra, everything is at your fingertips for scheduling and organizing and if you need help with finding the right vendors, they've got the best available! I would not hesitate to recommend Vinterra for your wedding, graduation, birthday or any company event! I am so thankful we were able to celebrate here, my daughter had the best day ever!

The Vinterra was my bridal dream come true. Not only is the venue STUNNING, but the details and the people who made Vinterra what it is, were amazing. Everyone there is so kind, genuine, and so loving. When the Vinterra was first built, I knew I wanted to get married there. The windows are a dream! Everything the venue offers is 100% worth it. My whole day was prettier than I ever could have imagined, it was almost too perfect to be real! I tell everyone about my experience because it was just so amazing. We couldn’t have asked for anything else!!!
