I can’t begin to explain how helpful Ashton was in making our day so perfect.

nnessee. You never know what you are going to get.
The way we KNEW we wanted to go with Ashton was simply by her consultation form. It was such a simple thing but it genuinely made me and my wife so much more comfortable. Instead of saying “Mr” and “Mrs” when asking for the names of the couple seeking her services, she wrote “spouse/partner” for both. Such a small thing went a long way in the idea of inclusivity in an area where inclusivity is sometimes rare.
Second, although we only had Ashton for a month out coordinator, she was EXTREMELY helpful during that month. She brought up planning points we never considered and reached out to vendors when needed. She did what she could with such little time.
Also, on our wedding day, we booked an outdoor venue and (of course) it was raining. She originally had set up our “rain plan” in the covered patio. 20 minutes before our ceremony, the rain was not in the forecast. We asked her if we could swap back to our original plan and with the help of others, she did what she could to make our dream wedding happen.
I’m so thankful that we went with Ashton to plan our wedding and would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

ake my vision come to life! She made sure to fully understand our wedding vision and aesthetic and recommended the perfect photographer, florist, bar, and more for our big day! I’m booked her package that included wedding planning, access to her inventory of decor, and day of coordination and have absolutely no regrets! I did not have a huge budget, but Ashton was the best money we spent on the wedding.
I think what makes Ashton such a great wedding planner is that she didn’t make me feel like I was just a number and my wedding was just any other wedding. She made sure to go above and beyond with every aspect of our wedding and we couldn’t be happier.
It speaks to how genuine Ashton is as a wedding planner that not only did I get an absolute top notch wedding planner and coordinator but I also made a wonderful friend throughout the process! I know if you book Ashton you won’t have any regrets for your big day!

Doesn't pressure you to conform to any 'traditions' or to what's 'typical' but makes herself available for recommendations as needed.. focuses totally on the needs of the client. Super laid back and easy to talk to, great about communicating, & so accommodating. & all this was especially valuable to us as we're located out of state in a time zone 4 hours apart! Always checks in with you to make sure you're feeling good about the process. Definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the day goes well. On the day of the wedding I was so stressed, I got tunnel visioned and was basically useless.. could barely take in what was happening around me.. but she worked her magic in the background and it all worked out! my wedding day so I didn't have to worry about anything but getting myself ready. I created almost all of decorations and created an explanation of what my vision of what my wedding would look like. She gave wonderful suggestions for utilizing the event space efficiently. We also were able to round up a large wedding party of 20 people to rehearse the ceremony. A lot of dedication and patience went into that due to multiple strong personalities ending in a beautifully coordinated wedding walk.

We had a last minute venue change due to COVID-19 restrictions and she was immensely helpful in finding us a new venue and communicating with the venue on my behalf. Having Ashton as our coordinator was especially helpful since we had a destination wedding and live in Indiana. Besides being SO helpful she is also kind, profession, and personable! She answered all our questions and made sure everything was ready for the big day. On the day, she was on time, had a clear plan, and kept track of all the little details. With big families on both sides, she had her work cut out corralling everyone into frame. She managed us all with great energy and managed to make us all look picture perfect. We hired Ashton as our photographer, but she really ended up being more than that for us. ed to take outdoor engagement pictures it was pouring rain, and my fiancé lived out of state so they needed to be done. She quickly made a few calls and we were able to relocate to an adorable indoor setting. How many photographers would have done that??? She was so good at making us both feel comfortable and at ease! On the day of our wedding, she captured everything beautifully, and was so patient with my husband- who HATES getting his picture taken. My whole family commented on how much they enjoyed working with her. She got the edited pictures back to me exactly when she said she would. She’s extremely organized and professional, but so sweet, down to earth and overall lovely to work with. I wish she would have been wedding planning when we were getting married, it would have been so great to put everything in her capable hands!
