I can’t begin to explain how helpful Ashton was in making our day so perfect.

nnessee. You never know what you are going to get.
The way we KNEW we wanted to go with Ashton was simply by her consultation form. It was such a simple thing but it genuinely made me and my wife so much more comfortable. Instead of saying “Mr” and “Mrs” when asking for the names of the couple seeking her services, she wrote “spouse/partner” for both. Such a small thing went a long way in the idea of inclusivity in an area where inclusivity is sometimes rare.
Second, although we only had Ashton for a month out coordinator, she was EXTREMELY helpful during that month. She brought up planning points we never considered and reached out to vendors when needed. She did what she could with such little time.
Also, on our wedding day, we booked an outdoor venue and (of course) it was raining. She originally had set up our “rain plan” in the covered patio. 20 minutes before our ceremony, the rain was not in the forecast. We asked her if we could swap back to our original plan and with the help of others, she did what she could to make our dream wedding happen.
I’m so thankful that we went with Ashton to plan our wedding and would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Ashton went above and beyond for our wedding! She was so wonderful with wedding planning! All of her vendor recommendations were wonderful, she had great connections and ideas to m...
ake my vision come to life! She made sure to fully understand our wedding vision and aesthetic and recommended the perfect photographer, florist, bar, and more for our big day! I’m booked her package that included wedding planning, access to her inventory of decor, and day of coordination and have absolutely no regrets! I did not have a huge budget, but Ashton was the best money we spent on the wedding.
I think what makes Ashton such a great wedding planner is that she didn’t make me feel like I was just a number and my wedding was just any other wedding. She made sure to go above and beyond with every aspect of our wedding and we couldn’t be happier.
It speaks to how genuine Ashton is as a wedding planner that not only did I get an absolute top notch wedding planner and coordinator but I also made a wonderful friend throughout the process! I know if you book Ashton you won’t have any regrets for your big day!

ve, has an amazing mind, & ensures the process runs smoothly. Doesn't pressure you to conform to any 'traditions' or to what's 'typical' but makes herself available for recommendations as needed.. focuses totally on the needs of the client. Super laid back and easy to talk to, great about communicating, & so accommodating. & all this was especially valuable to us as we're located out of state in a time zone 4 hours apart! Always checks in with you to make sure you're feeling good about the process. Definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the day goes well. On the day of the wedding I was so stressed, I got tunnel visioned and was basically useless.. could barely take in what was happening around me.. but she worked her magic in the background and it all worked out! She's just so awesome!

my wedding day so I didn't have to worry about anything but getting myself ready. I created almost all of decorations and created an explanation of what my vision of what my wedding would look like. She gave wonderful suggestions for utilizing the event space efficiently. We also were able to round up a large wedding party of 20 people to rehearse the ceremony. A lot of dedication and patience went into that due to multiple strong personalities ending in a beautifully coordinated wedding walk.

he day of the wedding . Looking back, I wish we would've hired her for the whole planning process, because she took so much of the load off of our shoulders and put us at ease. I would highly recommend hiring Ashton.

nyard Weddings. Seriously. Her services & expertise was the best money spent and she truly made me feel like a princess, and she made us feel valued as a couple. Ashton is incredible with her wide range of wedding vendor knowledge and has amazing ideas to help bring your visions to life. She is such a kind and detail-oriented person and I can truly say I not only had a great wedding planner, but came out of the whole experience gaining a sweet friend as well. Thank you Ashton for making our wedding planning process and our wedding day one that we will always reflect back on with a smile. Love you! ❤️

with her (and our vendors) from out of town. She helped us navigate several issues with our venue and asked us questions we would’ve never thought to address. The whole experience saved us a lot of stress and allowed us to be fully present with friends and family during our day. If you’re on the fence as to if you need help planning and/or coordinating your day, I’d say hire Ashton! You won’t regret it.

edding planner. The second we decided to book with her I felt relaxed and like my wedding would turn out the way I imagined it (unlike if I planned it myself, haha). I HIGHLY recommend hiring Ashton to help with your wedding planning needs, and I say that as someone whose wedding has not even happened yet. She makes the planning process flow smoothly and adds so much creative insight to the process. Look no further, you won't regret it.

On top of all of that, she is so kind, thoughtful, patient, and just a delight to be around! I loved working with her, my whole family loved her, and she executed my vision to perfection! very meeting planned to a tee, and asked the questions I would’ve never thought of. I thought I could plan and execute the wedding on my own, and I truly can say without Ashton none of it would have happened. Not only is Ashton a person I have truly come to love as her personality is incredible, but she is also incredible at what she does. She puts her entire heart into her work, and it shows with the final product! She kept me calm, and truly helped me to enjoy what is an incredible nerve racking day. I didn’t have to worry about anything because I knew Ashton had it taken care of. I cannot begin to thank or recommend Ashton enough. Her service is incredible, and I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. Thank you Ashton!!!

on the big day and I never paid them any mind…well it’s true! I’m so happy that I had Ashton to help me navigate the pop up problems day of AND during planning. We had a last minute venue change due to COVID-19 restrictions and she was immensely helpful in finding us a new venue and communicating with the venue on my behalf. Having Ashton as our coordinator was especially helpful since we had a destination wedding and live in Indiana. Besides being SO helpful she is also kind, profession, and personable! If you’re getting married in Eastern Tennessee I definitely recommend Ashton!

ra mile and reached out to wedding planners and photographers in the area to see if they would be available for our date (and appropriate for our budget). I thought this action spoke volumes, especially when she wasn't getting any benefit from helping us! Thanks again Ashton!

nd Ashton for planning and photography
Ashton was such a joy to work with and immediately put everyone at ease! She was very professional and did a beautiful job capturing our wedding!

, but just the way she made us feel like we were her most important clients. During the planning phase, she was organized and easy to get in touch with. She answered all our questions and made sure everything was ready for the big day. On the day, she was on time, had a clear plan, and kept track of all the little details. With big families on both sides, she had her work cut out corralling everyone into frame. She managed us all with great energy and managed to make us all look picture perfect. We hired Ashton as our photographer, but she really ended up being more than that for us. She really kept us grounded throughout the hustle and bustle of the day and not only captured some beautiful moments for us, but created them too. I honestly and whole heartedly recommend Ashton with Vinyard Weddings.
I used Vinyard Weddings to help coordinate my wedding as well as having Ashton photograph for us! I would have been completely lost without her knowledge and planning. My day would...
have been a complete disaster had she not been there.
Also, shout out to her husband for helping set up and run our sound system for the ceremony!

ed to take outdoor engagement pictures it was pouring rain, and my fiancé lived out of state so they needed to be done. She quickly made a few calls and we were able to relocate to an adorable indoor setting. How many photographers would have done that??? She was so good at making us both feel comfortable and at ease! On the day of our wedding, she captured everything beautifully, and was so patient with my husband- who HATES getting his picture taken. My whole family commented on how much they enjoyed working with her. She got the edited pictures back to me exactly when she said she would. She’s extremely organized and professional, but so sweet, down to earth and overall lovely to work with. I wish she would have been wedding planning when we were getting married, it would have been so great to put everything in her capable hands!
