As a bride with strong aesthetic opinions but very little knowledge about florals, I wasn’t even sure how much of our budget or time we wanted to put towards flowers. But once we spoke to Mallory and shared our smattering of inspiration photos, she took our preferences and fleshed out a floral vision that spoke to us and captured what we were struggling to articulate. She was so kind, easy-going, responsive, and creative and her personality was so reassuring–we knew from our interactions that whatever her team created was going to turn out great and be executed with ease. It really allowed me to be hands-off on the decor and let us be surprised by the end result. From the romantic chuppah design to the simple greenery on our venue’s brick wall to the lovely tablescapes with fruit and candles–they did an incredible job making every part of our wedding look beautiful. We also absolutely loved my bridal bouquet–which was not a priority for me initially–but it turned out so unique and beautiful that it’s one of my favorite parts of the wedding photographs now. Mallory was a lovely, professional, and extremely capable vendor to work with and we hope other couples can experience her team’s talents at their weddings!

worked with Mallory on a few occasions, I knew she was a great fit for our wedding. When everything in the industry skews neutral with "pops" of blush and dusty blue, it can be hard to imagine your own wedding being so colorful. We knew we could trust Mallory from the start to see our vision and deliver. And did she EVER. When the florals arrived for our big day, we were absolutely floored. We fawned over our bouquets while getting ready. We had a very particular idea about how we wanted our arrangements to look and feel, specifically playing with a monochromatic look, and it was incredible to see it come to life. Every time I went up to a new table at the reception I thought, "No, maybe THIS centerpiece is my favorite!" Mallory's work truly completed our vision and made our wedding unforgettable.

First, Mallory is an absolute floral maestro—her blooms and arrangements are so much more lovely, unique, vibrant, elegant, and dynamic than any other wedding flowers that I saw on the market. Second, the services she offers are incredibly thoughtful and client-forward. I could not find any other florist that was (1) within the same price neighborhood; (2) offered delivery, set-up, and breakdown at the venue, rather than making you or your planner pick up and/or tear down the flowers yourself; and (3) still allowed for personalized design, rather than limiting you to certain pre-fixed options. Additionally, as another example of how she goes above and beyond for her clients, Mallory made time in her schedule for us to drop by her studio so that we could look at rentals options in-person (which was especially helpful for me, as someone who didn’t know what a votive was before that appointment). But most of all, Mallory is unbelievably kind, empathetic, and genuinely cares about the people and world around her. For example, she has a strong commitment to using locally grown flowers and sustainable materials. Additionally, from the initial phone consultation to subsequent email exchanges, you can tell that Mallory is passionate about learning what’s important to you. For us, once she learned that my husband is an avid native-plant gardener, Mallory was very enthusiastic about finding ways to incorporate his plants into our wedding—and she ended up being able to use some of his blooms in our ceremony arch! Mallory and her team work so hard not just to provide you with stunning flowers, but also to provide flowers that are good for the world and can bring your love story to life. Looking back on our day, we truly cannot overstate how grateful we are to Violet Florals and how beautiful and magical they helped make it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
