eting and stayed in touch without ever pressuring us. When she went on vacation she connected us with Jennifer, who toured our family and was just as great. After booking we met Tom, the General Manager, who spent as much time with us as we needed. At our final meeting he gave food recommendations, walked us through the seating chart, explained table cards versus a chart, and shared what other brides had done. He made sure our cake was exactly what my bride wanted and accommodated every request. That flexibility ran through everything: TV screen displays, signature drinks, memorial sashes. Children were included at no extra cost. Payments were easy too - flexible schedule, no pressure, options that made the financial side much less stressful. At our complimentary tasting, Leo made sure we tried everything, including desserts. We left hoping he'd be our maitre d'. Luckily, he was. Then came the wedding day. The food was absolutely insane - so many options we couldn't try them all. Through cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert, guests could not stop talking about it: the salmon, chicken marsala, crepes, and more. Days later they're STILL talking about it. We have serious FOMO - we were too busy with guests to eat much, and have been living vicariously through everyone else. And then there was Leo, the star of the show. Nearly every guest mentioned how phenomenal he was. He helped with our boutonnieres before things even started, then was everywhere he needed to be: suggesting shots to our photographer, explaining how to walk down the aisle, keeping us organized until we lined up. He translated for my father-in-law in Spanish, spoke with our guests, and made everyone feel like they had his full attention. When my grandfather got sick and vomited, Leo handled it immediately - cleaned up, called for a wheelchair, got whatever was needed, then came back as if nothing had happened. Cheyene, our bridal attendant, was just as incredible. She looked after us both all day, retrieved my belongings from the groom's suite, brought food to our suites, and made sure we tasted the dinner dishes. They even packed food for us to take home. Guests loved Raph, the bartender, and Leroy got endless compliments as a waiter. So many people said they'd never had this level of service at a wedding; one said it beat restaurants he'd been to. When a family with a child left early, staff sent them off with food. The setup was seamless. We never saw anything staged, moved, or taken down. A guest even commented on how on-point it was, down to the earpieces. Our cake was a masterpiece, perfect in look and taste. The value was amazing. We joked about getting a membership, and our groomsmen about an annual party here. Even the next day, when we came for our belongings, Leo was there, just as helpful. We have no complaints. Everything went how we hoped, often better. You truly don't need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, and you don't have to stress about the rehearsal. They walk you through every step, help you think through what you didn't know to consider, then take over so you can just enjoy your wedding. Thank you to Tiffany, Jennifer, Tom, Leo, Cheyene, Raph, Leroy, and the whole VIP team. We'd recommend them a million times over and would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Not only was VIP accommodating from start to finish, but they made us feel like we were their only priority throughout the entire day. We were married during the historic July heat wave, and despite the challenging weather, everything unfolded flawlessly. A very special thank you goes to our maître d’, Vin. He truly had our backs from the moment we arrived until the very end of the night. His communication with the staff was exceptional, and because of his leadership, everything ran seamlessly without a single hitch. During moments when our nerves got the best of us, Vin was there with a calm, reassuring presence. He made sure we had water, checked in on us constantly, and never once made us feel rushed. Instead, he allowed us to slow down, soak in every moment, and truly experience the biggest day of our lives. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the desserts were just as incredible. Every single guest we spoke to afterward had nothing but wonderful things to say. So many people told us how much they loved the cocktail hour, the dinner, the service, and the overall atmosphere. It was everything we had hoped for and more. What stood out to us the most, however, was the staff. They didn’t feel like people simply doing a job—they felt like they were genuinely sharing in our joy. You could tell they appreciated the love that filled the room that night, and seeing them smiling, laughing, and enjoying the celebration alongside us made the experience feel even more personal. That kind of warmth and sincerity is something you simply can’t teach. One of the greatest gifts VIP gave us was time. They never rushed us—not during the reception, not during dinner, and not even during the wonderful after-party downstairs in the lounge. Even late into the night, Vin and the entire staff continued to make sure we had everything we needed. Because of them, our wedding day felt long enough for us to truly take it all in, and that is something we will cherish forever. There are certain nights in life that you wish you could relive over and over again. For us, July 2, 2026 is that night. A huge part of why it became such a treasured memory is because of the incredible people at VIP Country Club. We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue, a more attentive staff, or a more perfect experience. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Vin and everyone at VIP Country Club for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. We are forever grateful that we chose VIP to celebrate the most important day of our lives.

until I found VIP CLUB. I met Tiffany H for a tour and she MADE me FEEL excited and cared for and made me feel actually good about having a big fat wedding. I met Tom later on with my mom to go over the timeline and details and he is fantastic. He KNOWS his stuff, and executed a seamless event where everything flowed perfectly and felt right. I asked for his guidance and opinion on everything, and that was the best move. Vinston was my maître d’ and he was SO FUN, I felt so cared for, and my fiancé who is  very opinionated in the best sense, loved him. He felt grateful for such professionalism and efficient service. I felt grateful as a bride to feel so supported. Our attendant Daniella was our GIRL. She had my back and got me everything I needed. I felt so supported. Tom’s well wishes during our cocktail hour was also so sweet. As for the party, I DIDN'T EXPECT TO HAVE SO MUCH FUN!!! My guests said: The food was amazing. Cocktail hour was amazing!! Venue was beautifullllll. The party was non stop!! For DJ/MC I used sound active.  Entertainment / performers  was incredible, for this I used BossaNova Entertainment. My cousins and MIL said it was one of the MOST FUN weddings and best weddings they have been to- that was everything to me. It was worth every penny. Whatever type of wedding you want, whatever vibe or goal, they can make it happen, and your guest will enjoy it. day of with Vinny and Daniella, we were treated to an amazing experience with their staff at every turn. Not to mention, they all respond to inquiries extremely quickly, which is appreciated when you're planning a wedding in between working full-time! My husband and I are both event planners for a living, so we have high expectations. That also meant we didn't want to be event planning our own wedding so that we could relax and enjoy the day with our loved ones. It was important to us to go with a venue that would manage the day of for us -- and the team at VIP truly delivered. We had 180+ guests and we've been hearing non-stop that it was the best wedding some of them have ever attended and they all had an amazing time. We booked booked our Ceremony, Reception and After Party there as we had half (maybe even more) of our guests traveling in from out of town, so those options made it extremely easy for everyone attending, and ourselves. The less time we spent travelling or corralling family/bridal parties, the more time we got to spend enjoying the day. His professionalism and calm energy made such a difference — we can’t thank him enough! My bridal attendant, Caterina, was a total lifesaver. She took care of everything I could possibly need — from bringing drinks right after we walked down the aisle, to helping with my dress all night, and even having bounce wipes ready when I got a small makeup stain. She was so thoughtful and attentive the entire day. A huge thank you as well to Tiffany, who guided me through the entire planning process. She was so responsive and patient, answering every question and making sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. And we can’t forget the food — our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour! Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded all expectations. The VIP Country Club truly made our wedding day a dream come true. The service, food, and care from every staff member were outstanding. We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

General Manager Thomas Esposito became instrumental in helping us coordinate for the day, asking all the right questions and making sure that everything would go as intended. Assistant General Manager (and our Maître D for the event) Vinston Joy had been in contact with us almost all the way from the beginning. His attention to detail and overall friendly personality fit the vibe we were looking for. Especially on the day of. His level of professionalism and candor is a fantastic asset to have, alongside our bridal attendant Lindsey. She was so helpful in providing assistance and helping us get to where we needed to be, amidst the chaos. With all of this help in consideration our event was beautiful. Miraculously, earlier storms cleared up and allowed ourselves and our guests to enjoy the views outside and inside of the venue. Every little detail was accounted for from the set up of the tables and center pieces in our reception to the organization and flowers throughout the venue and at our ceremony. Perfect cant exist, but this got pretty damn close.

On the big day back in April, Vinston and Danielle went above and beyond for us - true stars. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our day perfect did not go unnoticed. It truly was the best day of our lives. And let’s talk about the food- absolutely phenomenal. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour, saying it was the best they’ve ever experienced. As an Italian couple, food was our top priority, and VIP exceeded every expectation. If you’re thinking of booking your wedding here, do it!! You won’t regret it. 10/10!

Everyone we interacted with—Vinston, Tom, and Sasha at the front desk—was welcoming and knowledgeable. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time. The venue looked beautiful every time we visited, and on the day of the wedding, it truly felt magical. The food during the cocktail hour and reception was delicious and generous. We also booked the after-party, which made the night feel like a full celebration. Our guests kept saying it felt like three events in one! The cake came out just as we had requested, and they kindly gave us a second cake to take home. In terms of planning and logistics, communication was clear and organized. Tom and Vinston laid everything out from the start—there were no surprises, and it was easy to keep track of deadlines and details. Several of our vendors also mentioned how smooth it was to coordinate with the VIP team. At one point, I wondered if our experience could really be as good as all the reviews we’d read—and it honestly was. If you’re considering booking VIP, I’d definitely recommend it.

Beyond the place being just gorgeous all on its own, the staff truly went above and beyond throughout the entire year of me planning the wedding and all through the actual big day. I was so relaxed the whole day and was able to focus on just enjoying the day and live in the moment - I felt like a pampered guest all day which after a whole year of wedding planning makes it all worth it. From the very first time that we visited and was greeted by Kim and then walked through the place with Tiffany, all the way to the big day, the whole team - Tom, Vin, my bridal attendant Daniella, all the servers and bartenders - just everyone is so genuinely kind and strive to give you their all to assist in your day. And they were like this anytime we would call, email, or show up in person- ready to answer any and all questions that we had, and offer their assistance any way they could to help me throughout the planning process. They made wedding planning feel so easy and smooth, and the actual wedding was just amazing. I know its only been a week but both sides of our families are still gushing over how much they enjoyed the entire wedding and how beautiful it looked and the amazing time that they had and it truly is all due to the wonderful team that they are. We are so grateful for everything, thank you guys!

You get the most for your money! We loved the food options, the cake, the service, we even had a cigar cart :) Our guests were so happy! We had a VERY diverse crowd who is hard to satisfy but this place was it. Note, the picture taking opportunity cannot be overlooked as a gem for this area.

The outdoor balcony was the perfect spot for mingling, and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather, which made it even more special. Inside, the copper ceiling added so much character to the room and looked stunning in all of our photos! On top of the great service, VIP Country Club offers affordable packages, making it an easy choice for us. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience! I thought it was important to me to have a venue that does only one wedding at a time and VIP does two at a time, but they really did a great job with the organization! We heard the other wedding party arrive while we were on the balcony taking some photos, but other than that we felt like the only party on site! One small thing other brides might want to know is that our wedding cake looked different than the one we ordered with Tom. I said the cake design wasn't a priority and that's true, so it didn't take away any joy from my day. The flavors were the same and it tasted great, but if the wedding cake is really important to you, be sure to emphasize that. Overall, we highly recommend this venue! My husband and I are so happy with how our special day went and VIP was a huge part of making that happen :)

Tom worked to make our wedding such a stress-free and seamless event. The day-of coordination was fantastic and made it so I didn't even need a wedding planner or day of coordinator. The VIP's food is exceptional -- from the various stations at the cocktail hour to the day-of meal selection from 5 entree choices, our guests were so impressed by the quality and taste of all of the food. The venue itself is also beautiful and the grounds upon which you can take wedding photos made it so we didn't need another photoshoot location. I highly recommend having your wedding at the VIP -- you will not regret it!!

. The VIP stood out to me immediately in comparison to the other New Rochelle venues. The cocktail hour/ afterparty room alone amazed me, and I couldn't get over how much food the guests were provided throughout the night. My perspective did not change whatsoever when I became a customer v. a wedding guest. I only toured one venue and booked instantly. From the beginning, Tiffany was absolutely incredible with working with us to find our perfect wedding date, figured out the best times to have the ceremony etc, and answered any and all questions we had. I will say I was not the easiest of brides to deal with. Constantly asking to come look at the space, asking what time we could get in on wedding day, etc. However, the VIP always treated me as if I was the only bride having a wedding there. They truly go out of their way to make you feel attended, and so special. I could not say enough about them leading up to my wedding day. During the final walkthrough, Tom did not miss a beat. He made sure we ran through every single detail of our wedding day, and left nothing to the imagination. I left our appointment feeling prepared, and excited. On wedding day WOW oh WOW. Vinston was our maitre d' and he did everything in his power to make our day so special. He remembered every little detail I specified, and was so helpful. The staff made sure I always had whatever I needed, a glass of water, champagne, a hug when I was feeling stressed. I could not have asked for a better wedding day, and it was truly thanks to the VIP. If you are remotely thinking about booking please let this be your sign. It will be second easiest yes of your wedding planning journey.
