Since establishing VIP Entertainment, VIP's DJ's have performed at cast parties for Miley Cyrus, Sandra Bullock, Ben Affleck, Matthew McConaughey and Gwyneth Paltrow, but I have to say our biggest thrill is working with our couples. Being able to be a part of their big day just can’t truly be put into words. We are invited into one of the most important and special days of a couple’s lives. It’s a honor and a privilege that we don't take lightly!

up the sound for our processional, officiant, and vows to making announcements during cocktail hour and dinner to mixing our favorite songs on the dance floor - our DJ set a great atmosphere and directed our guests. VIP DJ provided a huge library of songs to look though, as well as taking any requests we brought. The planning documents went step by step through the procession and wedding. We used a mix of his planning tools and our own detailed day of coordinator timeline. They did a fantastic job of translating our plans into cues and prompts. Three weeks before the wedding, they scheduled a phone call with us to look through everything we’d written in the plans. This helped soooo much! On the call, our DJ gave us feedback on how danceable the songs were (he said ours were great), discussed intros to the reception, and looked at the schedule with us. This paid off on the wedding day when the DJ worked seamlessly with our other vendors and the venue. I felt like I was being part of my wedding, more than trying to run my wedding because our DJ made all the announcements and signals for us to party!

On the day of, we could not have been more happy with the job the VIP team did to set the tone for the ceremony and reception. VIP found the right notes the whole evening to move from our vows through to a full-fledged party by the end. I'll give two specific shout outs for our event that show VIP's dedication to giving you the event you want: 1. Dewayne and VIP enabled our very Taylor Swift heavy playlist with specific requests for Taylor's version wherever possible. 2. The team tuned up three instrumental versions of Backstreet Boys + lighting cues to enable our Maid of Honor's toast. They truly went above and beyond for us throughout the planning and event. In addition to pre-wedding attention to detail and organization for lighting choices and party planning, the actual event was spot-on! Dewayne and Geoff keep the dance floor vibrant and alive. They were helpful as MC and executed the first dances flawlessly, including an organized line dance for the wedding party with introductions in the middle of it. With a jammed packed schedule before the big day, Dewayne was flexible with his pre-event interview; his professionalism and expertise contributed to a night we will never forget. The dance floor was packed for almost every song and the mood was euphoric. They were prompt, polite, resourceful, professional, and responsive. In short, they delivered what was promised!
