The company was top notch from the first call to the last drop off. We used them for our wedding in September. The bus was clean and the owner, Andrew, was easy to communicate with. Our driver Tyrone was awesome! Not only did they make extra stops for us free of charge, but Andrew also left a bottle of Dom Perigon as a wedding gift for my wife and I. We booked a VIP party bus for our wedding and it was perfect! The bus was super clean, had really cool lighting, and we were able to play our own music the whole time which made it so much fun. The driver was professional, on time, and made everything run smoothly. Definitely a great choice for wedding transportation!

Can’t recommend VIP Rides enough! 10/10! 

We hired a party bus and a shuttle for our wedding. The party bus was a great time, and Floyd was a great driver. The story sours when we get to the shuttle bus. I hired the bus to pick up our guests at the hotel and drive them to our venue and then take the guests back to the hotel later in the evening. Not only did she get lost on the way there, one of the guests had to GPS for her as she could not do it herself. They were almost late for the ceremony, causing our timeline to be pushed back 15-20 mins. The big problem came that night when we were supposed to go back to the hotel. We were promised two shuttles, one at 11PM and one at midnight. There were not enough seats on the bus for everyone to take one trip. The driver refused to take the people ready at 11PM, stating it was not in her instructions. Mind you, she showed my husband these instructions and it was clearly stated she needed to take two trips. My husband fought with her for a couple minutes until she finally agreed to take people back in two trips. In the end, it all worked out, but it was not a stressor we needed on our wedding day.

I have used VIP for four years now in a row and they give exceptional service. They are on time, accommodating of all riders, they follow up to ensure the details are correct for pick-up and drop off and the busses are all quality. I would recommend their service.

I have used VIP rides before for two bachelorette trips I had planned. So, for my own wedding I wanted to use them again since I was already familiar with the company and they are reasonably priced. I booked them before looking at them on the knot. I have to say, I got nervous seeing all the mixed reviews they have received here. My fiancé and mom kept assuring me, it will be fine because you have used them before and had no problems. So, I ended up extending my time with VIP rides from my initial booking request. I wanted to have some extra wiggle room incase the driver ran late or had issues, since they were picking us up to take us to the church. However and thankfully, THERE WERE NO ISSUES! The driver was on time, the bus worked well, and all was good! Everything went as hoped for and as planned, from pick up, through photos, and drop off at the reception. Don’t let any mix reviews scare you away. This was my 3rd time with VIP Rides and I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you for transporting us on our wedding day!

Beware! Stay away from this company! Although my event was for a senior homecoming, I want to warn all to look elsewhere. I booked VIP rides to transport 25 senior from a hoco dance to a restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh. They were to be picked up at 8:15pm. At 8:05 I received a call from the driver Scott that he hadn’t left yet but couldn’t provide me a reason why. At this point he is 1.5 hours away from picking up the kids. By 8:30 I finally reached the owner Andrew. I was told that the driver didn’t have a ride to work. He sincerely could have cared less. It was like “oh well” , “we are doing the best we can here.” He said his driver called him at 7:30 to tell him. At 7:31 I should have been receiving a phone call from Andrew. He took no responsibility or ownership in his company. Here’s an idea Andrew , how about you get in the bus and come get the kids Needless to say, the kids were left in a dark parking lot until parents could get to them. Andrew did offer to have the driver still come but he wouldn’t be there until 10:00. They ruined the night for 25 seniors who where finally able to get a normal dance since there were Covid restrictions in the past. And they did not care one bit! Look elsewhere people! I had a bad feeling about them from the first phone call and should have known when everything else in the area was booked.

Andrew and VIP rides were awesome! We had a giant party bus for our bridal party for after our wedding and it was a blast. They picked us up from the venue, took us to a bar for a little bit, and then back to 2 different hotels. Thank you for being a part of our day!

Unfortunately, VIP rides provided the worst experience I have ever had with a party bus. I hired VIP for my wedding & was so looking forward to a wonderful time; that would not be the case for my wedding day. The night before my wedding, we had a HUGE storm that caused road closures as trees & wires were down. One with think that if your job, your livelihood, was to transport folks (no matter what the occasion), you would be on top of your game & check the news, DOT websites, any & everything to ensure a seamless day/night. To start, the bus driver who was supposed to pick up the men at 1:00 (pick up was between 12:45 – 1:00), was late. After finally getting the men on the bus & dropping them off at church, THE BUS DRIVER SAT IN THE PARKING LOT. COMPLETELY FORGETTING HE HAD TO PICK UP THE BRIDE & MY GIRLS. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THE PARTY BUS DRIVER FORGET THE BRIDE??? Not only was I late to my own wedding, but because of how late we were, I had no choice but to put the kibosh on some quick photo opportunities I planned on taking on the way to church. First, I wanted to stop at my grandma’s house, who passed 3 months ago, & whose house is 17 houses away from my parents. This was supposed to be a special moment for me prior to arriving to church. I couldn’t do this because of how late the bus was. Second, I planned on stopping at the cemetery (which is also on the way to church), to take a moment & photo with my grandparent’s grave, along with my aunt’s grave. Sadly, these beautiful moments never happened. To say I am saddened & disappointed is a huge understatement. As I write this, I am still in utter disbelief that the driver forgot to pick me up. My husb& & sister (Maid of honor) were on the phone when my sister dem&ed to talk to the driver & when my husb& could not find the driver close to the bus, he began to search for him. It was not until my sister (the maid of honor), called him & educated him on the situation, that he finally picked me up. The driver made various excuses &, on the second call between the driver & my sister, he had the audacity to tell her that he “couldn’t talk right now” & proceeded to h& up on her. Do you have any idea how embarrassing it is to have your wedding guests texting you, asking where you are? I sure hope you don’t, but I do. Fast forward to after my beautiful wedding ceremony - the driver NEVER even introduced himself. The only reason I even knew his name (Rick) is because &rew (owner), emailed me information the night before the wedding. We arrived at the Metroparks to take photos (yes, the Metroparks are confusing & don’t have an exact address based on the size & all the attractions). Upon arriving at the park, I quickly realized we were in the wrong area. This normally would not be a big deal, at all, but for the fact that everything was now off schedule because of the conscious decision made by the driver to arrive late for all the pickups. This was the absolute worst part of my day & regrettably, it filled many hours of my day & I was filled with so much resent. The driver was cold & never interacted with us as I would have expected. This line of work is not merely chauffeuring folks around but it’s truly an experience of wonderful customer service – or at least, it should be. I urge anyone who is looking to hire VIP to please reconsider. Their prices may be less than other companies but what you will sacrifice may be monumental. Please please please do not make the same mistake I did.

I used VIP rides for my wedding on May 30. I received a call the day before or possibly the morning of my wedding to ask if I would prefer to have their newer bus. I said of course, that would be great. When the bus picked up us, I was disappointed with it. I was expecting something nice, but this was at best average. We tried to play music from our phone via the bluetooth capabilities, but it didn't work. The music would not come in either, so we basically just listened to static. The air conditioning on the bus did not work either. We complained to the driver, and he just kept saying it was on. It was not. I was so hot in my dress and the guys were miserable in their tuxes, but the driver was not trying to do anything to fix the situation. The next day, I spoke with Andrew and asked for a partial refund since the air was not working. He said he would have to look in to it to see if it was an issue with the busy or something the driver did. What I wanted to ask, why was does it matter? It didn't work. Needless to say, I have tried contacting them since and no one has ever responded. I would never recommend them.

I booked VIP rides for my April wedding and had a horrible experience. I had a large wedding party of 24- which was my biggest concern because I wanted us to all be together. When the bus first picked me and my bridesmaids up i wasn't impressed but I didn't want to judge, just yet. It was super hot and the driver claimed it was to "conserve gas" and the music didn't work at all. Then once we got going the bus doors kept opening and we had to pull off onto the shoulder many times- my mom and sister in law ended up holding the doors shut while the bus moved. Then If it couldn't get any worse it pulled off one last time and the driver said we were officially broken down. I was now over 30 minutes late to the ceremony and had to call family members to pick us up off the side of the road since the next closest bus couldn't get there for an hour. After the ceremony (over an hour) we still didn't have a bus to transport all of us to pictures and the reception. After about another hour they sent us a bus from another company that only fit about half of us. A bigger bus met us at our very last picture location for a total of a ten minute drive to the reception. I was so disappointed that we were not all together, I was so looking forward to a fun ride! After it was all over with I requested a refund and was DENIED. Vip claimed they went "above and beyond" when they didn't even do what I hired them to do! I happily tipped the driver but I believe the principle amount is owed back to me!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME. Very unreliable and pos "limo buses" I use the term limo very lightly. Look elsewhere for your transportation needs!

VIP Rides were amazing to work with. It was so laid back and we really did not need to worry about anything. The party bus was big enough to fit our bridal party and more! The driver was polite and fun!
