We especially loved the wonderful staff, beautiful locations, and unique experiences at each property. Hotel Es Port was particularly special — such a beautiful and charming hotel! We absolutely loved our two-floor room with the large terrace. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Honestly, this was the best trip we’ve ever been on, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Megan did an incredible job putting everything together and making the entire journey feel completely seamless and stress-free. g process. Originally, I thought I didn’t need a travel agent as I’ve never used one in the past, but that could not be farther from the truth. Having an agency for an event like this is SO IMPORTANT and can make your wedding and trip so much better and so much less stressful. It was so easy planning our wedding with VIP. We met with them for a consultation within 1 week of reaching out for more information and discussed what we were looking for and had ALL of our questions answered. The team then responded with options that may be a good fit for us and they were more than willing to continue searching for properties. We found the perfect resort and Emily Bertsch was not only able to book our guests and take care of that piece but she was actually able to help us plan our wedding celebration as well, which was so helpful. Our guests raved about how easy it was to book with VIP with the link we provided for our VIP wedding website and the team kept our guests updated each step of the way. Our wedding ceremony/trip was a dream. We seriously could not have imagined it any other way. am not sure if it was intentional but all of our guests regardless of type of suite booked for the most part were put nearby in the resort. This was extremely helpful. Upon arrival there were clear instructions how to find the travel company to easily be transported to the resort. VIP was always quick in their responses and a phone call away if we ever needed. All of our guests has positive experiences with VIP. In addition to the travel needs they also assisted with the wedding plans. We worked closely with Emily, who had actually gotten married at the same resort herself, to plan the details of the day. We found this very useful given we were not going to visit the resort prior to the wedding. She was very detailed and ensured we did not miss key items. She was patient with our decision making and changing of requests. We also found this to be helpful as she would share our requests with the resort and come back to us with confirmation etc. Additionally, VIP offered perks for using their services. We would highly recommend using VIP to help with the stress of planning a wedding!

I would have had to postpone or, more likely, cancel the trip, which was detrimental given my students were eager to go on it. That may have happened had it not been for Ryan’s incredible effort. He understood my situation and went to great lengths to make it happen on time. He responded to all my emails promptly, showed flexibility, and put together an excellent itinerary for my trip. His help kept the trip date the same despite the short notice. Ryan and the company accommodated our needs, and the trip was perfect. After we picked out resort we worked with Elizabeth and Ryan for all things wedding related and room related. all of our guests said only amazing things about how helpful they were with selecting rooms, payments, travel advice, and finding other places to stay prior. Elizabeth was a giant help with scheduling our wedding test drive and helping us get ahold of all wedding people on property and getting transportation and activities scheduled. She was always there to update us on any changes and always sent us all our documents and any other information we might need prior to travel. Ryan is the champ of all things room related and helping us choose our perfect room and dealing with all the crazy room changes, name changes, etc. You can tell everyone here is highly knowledgeable about what they do and I will definitely be using them again in the future and remind other people to do the same for wedding travel or normal travel.

She even worked with us as we had to switch things around several times due to our revolving schedule-- such patience! Our biggest thing when looking for a resort was that we wanted to be within walking distance to a beautiful beach and have no worries. Alison wound up booking us for a 7-night stay at the Azul Beach Resort in Negril Jamaica and it was amazing-- everything we could have possibly wanted and MORE. Everything from the transfers to/from the airport to the flights to the resort stay and excursions were all handled by Alison. Could not recommend her and her team more. We will definitely be using VIP Vacations again!

g in Negril Jamaica 11/2021. Ryan coordinated airfare rooms and transportation for us all. The wedding was great not one problem they did a fabulous job. This past March I took 7 members of my family to Curacao and again I reached out to VIP to arrange everything ,we had a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend VIP for any travel arrangements. They are concerned obliging and friendly and like what they do. It was a pleasure not to worry or deal with any aspect of the travel except to pick a date to go.

We always knew we wanted a destination wedding, but had no idea where to start. A family friend recommended we use VIP Vacations to capture everything from travel to wedding venues...

at resorts. Our agent was Emily Bertsch and she was AMAZING! She explained everything in detail and made sure we were comfortable. I also found it helpful that she had a destination wedding too, so she understood all of my questions. All emails were responded to within the same day. We also received weekly updates of our guest list. VIP Vacations made our planning experience seamless as the team handled guest reservations and flight details directly.
