Ryan Doncsecz from VIP was great to work with!! He was very professional and patient with all my questions and needs. Ryan reached out a few times to make sure I had everything I needed to have a great vacation and be prepared for any bumps in the road. He even followed up when I got back. I felt at ease the whole time I was gone.

I had a remarkable experience with the VIP Vacations, and I especially thank one of its associates, Mr.Ryan Doncsecz. As a teacher, I wanted to take my students on a school trip I had initially planned with a local company. Unfortunately, they had failed to deliver, and the situation was very concerning. I would have had to postpone or, more likely, cancel the trip, which was detrimental given my students were eager to go on it. That may have happened had it not been for Ryan’s incredible effort. He understood my situation and went to great lengths to make it happen on time. He responded to all my emails promptly, showed flexibility, and put together an excellent itinerary for my trip. His help kept the trip date the same despite the short notice. Ryan and the company accommodated our needs, and the trip was perfect. I cannot recommend enough VIPs, specifically Mr. Ryan Doncsecz, to organize and plan your trip efficiently and effectively.

We chose VIP Vacations to help us plan our destination wedding and I am so glad we did!!! We told Jennifer what we were looking for and she narrowed down our choices so it was not overwhelming, and we ended up at the perfect resort for us! Elizabeth was very helpful with any changes we made in the planning stage, Ryan made sure we were set with ground transport for various schedules. Mac was endlessly helpful--he answered the huge range of questions we had and proactively sent all the guests helpful travel info, which we were planning to do, but thankfully didn't have to! Our wedding vacation was everything we dreamed of, and it all went smoothly thanks to VIP Vacations!

I highly recommend using VIP Vacations for all travel needs. We used them to plan our destination wedding and am not sure what we would have done without them. Jennifer helped us select a resort that would accommodate our large group and was so helpful with answering all our questions and finding the perfect location. After we picked out resort we worked with Elizabeth and Ryan for all things wedding related and room related. all of our guests said only amazing things about how helpful they were with selecting rooms, payments, travel advice, and finding other places to stay prior. Elizabeth was a giant help with scheduling our wedding test drive and helping us get ahold of all wedding people on property and getting transportation and activities scheduled. She was always there to update us on any changes and always sent us all our documents and any other information we might need prior to travel. Ryan is the champ of all things room related and helping us choose our perfect room and dealing with all the crazy room changes, name changes, etc. You can tell everyone here is highly knowledgeable about what they do and I will definitely be using them again in the future and remind other people to do the same for wedding travel or normal travel.

My husband and I got married in Jamaica and the planning process with VIP was amazing. Liz helped us SO much and made the process smooth and less stressful. We recommend her to all of our friends! Our friend Janelle now works with VIP and we can’t wait to see all of the people planning weddings, honey moons, vacations she helps along the way! Definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure working with Megan and VIP Vacations! I was overwhelmed with planning our honeymoon and didn't know where to begin. I had a chance to work with Ryan at VIP vacations when my friend chose to have a destination wedding in Cancun. I normally don’t do any type of reviews, but the entire experience was amazing! We had a lot of fun and didn’t have to worry about anything. Ryan and his crew totally had everything covered… even things I didn’t even realize I needed to do. So, they were a lifesaver.

Great experience with VIP Vacations. Ryan D. was our travel coordinator to Cancun, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I couldn't decide where to go for our much-needed all-inclusive vacation, and then we started working with Alison at VIP Vacations! All we had to do was tell her what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, and what dates worked best and Alison did ALL the heavy lifting and eliminated all of our stress. Her help was irreplaceable. She even worked with us as we had to switch things around several times due to our revolving schedule-- such patience! Our biggest thing when looking for a resort was that we wanted to be within walking distance to a beautiful beach and have no worries. Alison wound up booking us for a 7-night stay at the Azul Beach Resort in Negril Jamaica and it was amazing-- everything we could have possibly wanted and MORE. Everything from the transfers to/from the airport to the flights to the resort stay and excursions were all handled by Alison. Could not recommend her and her team more. We will definitely be using VIP Vacations again!

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan his mom and all the wonderful people on his staff at VIP vacations. On two occasions first my son had 50 plus people at a destination wedding in Negril Jamaica 11/2021. Ryan coordinated airfare rooms and transportation for us all. The wedding was great not one problem they did a fabulous job. This past March I took 7 members of my family to Curacao and again I reached out to VIP to arrange everything ,we had a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend VIP for any travel arrangements. They are concerned obliging and friendly and like what they do. It was a pleasure not to worry or deal with any aspect of the travel except to pick a date to go.

Top notch throughout the whole process! Everyone on their team really goes above and beyond!! They really helped alleviate any stress. VIP Vacations and specifically the travel agent Alison Dobrowolski made my last vacation a breeze! From the start, my boyfriend and I went into the trip with no specific destination in mind and Alison gave us multiple options in varying countries within our price range and required dates in mind! After deciding to visit the Haven Riviera Cancun resort she set up everything (airfare, booking, transportation to and from the airport) and ensured that we were going to be traveling with safe and reputable companies that cared about the well-being of their guests. Essentially we were given a vacation "roadmap" a few weeks before traveling that we followed and had no hiccups whatsoever, not a possible detail was overlooked! Additionally, the resort we stayed at was hands down the nicest place we had ever been and I applaud Alison for finding such a gem for us to visit! I cannot recommend VIP Vacations and Alison specifically enough and will definitely be booking with her again in the future! If you want a vacation that is stress-free, detail-oriented and focused on relaxation book with VIP!!!

VIP Vacations helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon back in 2017 and it was the best experience! They listened to what we were looking for and picked the perfect place. El Dorado Royale Casitas in Mexico was the perfect fit for us. They made it so easy. From the transfer from the airport to the awesome extra touches in the room. They also helped us plan our 1 year anniversary trip to the Bahamas and that experience was just as great!! Their knowledge of the destinations and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We loved them so much that my wife, Janelle, actually works for them now and she can not say enough good things about the entire team at VIP!

I've used VIP Vacations, and specifically Alison Dobrowolski, for a few years now to plan vacations for me and I could not recommend the company and Alison enough. Alison is super thorough, very very quick with responses, has already learned what my preferences are for vacations and tailors her resort recommendations towards those preferences, and always makes sure every detail is accounted for. She honestly feels like a friend at this point because of how responsive she is, how candid she is in her emails (I'm not a fan of robot-level-professional responses and she sounds like a real person and friend when she emails you), and how much care she puts into helping plan my trips. I recommend her to my friends and will continue to do so and use her help. Such a great company!

AMAZING travel agency! We planned our honeymoon to Dubai and the Maldives with Jennifer D at VIP! From the very beginning, she gave us so much advice and then put together a package that fit every need we had. She even sent us a tip sheet and made sure when we arrived that there was a welcome note from her and a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. It was the easiest thing to plan! Working with VIP is a bride's dream and everyone I spoke to there was kind and professional.

Emily was the hero of our wedding and truly an angel during our planning process. She helped communicate with all our guests, our venue about all our selections and overall made our wedding planning process extremely seamless. We’ll limit this review to working with VIP Vacations since every resort can vary (although we loved El Dorado). Working with Emily was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. She was responsive, helpful with advice and extremely organized throughout the wedding process. We would have been completely lost (and stressed) without her to keep us on track with planning. VIP Vacations helped ensure we had great rates for our guests and a wonderful experience. We also used VIP Vacations to plan our Honeymoon and had a wonderful time! Emily arranged our transportation, hotel accommodations, ensured we have proper paperwork throughout and tracked all COVID related changes for us. We ended up getting stuck a bit longer on our honeymoon as a result of COVID and it was so nice being able to send a single email to her rather than having to remember each and every arrangement that was impacted by our hiccup. Overall we had an amazing experience with them and feel so thankful!

Jennifer at VIP Vacations is wonderful! My husband and I were originally supposed to get married in July 2020. Planning the trip was a breeze because Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable about our honeymoon destination, Tahiti, and was able to provide us with recommendations for the best hotels, restaurants, and islands to visit. She really knew the details and could answer all of our questions with ease. When COVID hit, we heard horror stories about how couples were being treated by their honeymoon agents and wedding vendors. No such problems here! We had scheduled a three island trip across several islands, and Jennifer took care of postponing everything - no questions asked! We were immensely grateful for this flexibility and support during a very stressful time. In 2021, when our wedding and honeymoon arrived, we were nervous because there was a lot to coordinate in terms of traveling between each island, and navigating the COVID testing/registration requirements. Jennifer was responsive and provided a sample itinerary to show us how the itinerary and ticketing would be organized for our trip. Ultimately, our honeymoon was AMAZING!! Everything went off without a hitch. All pre-arranged travel and lodging arrangements went so smoothly. We had the best time ever, and would definitely recommend VIP Vacations and Jennifer to any couple!

The team at VIP is extremely knowledgeable about many travel destinations, especially resorts. If you describe what you’re looking for and a price point, they will make it happen! Traveling during Covid can be stressful, with so many changing rules. Liz was able to advise us on the protocols for our Costa Rica trip so that we had no issues entering or exiting the country. We booked our wedding at Sandals Grande St. Lucian in May 2021. It was rescheduled from October 2020. VIP vacations was awesome at moving and coordinating with our 30 guests to make sure everyone was rebooked and set for travel in May. I recommend them always for destination weddings to all our friends and family. It was a dream come true to have a Caribbean wedding and they made it happen. Sandals Grande took great care of us and every detail was accounted for. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Jennifer and the entire staff at VIP were amazing. Every person in the office was great with navigating all parts of our wedding from beginning to end. From booking rooms, flights, adding last minute guests, helping first time travelers in my wedding party feel at ease, getting passports renewed weeks before the wedding, (thank you Justin) it was no sweat for them. I told her what I liked and disliked, the places I love to travel to, and the experience I wanted my guest to have. A few days later she had a location, and my wedding date on hold! She suggested Hayatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta! The entire team was ready to go! I truly trusted everything they suggested and appreciated how they accommodated everyone!

We booked our honeymoon through Liz at VIP and had the BEST experience! We wanted to relax on the beach of course after a busy wedding, but then also go to Disney World the week after! Our trip was flawless from start to finish! Liz helped us every step of the way! We went to Sandals Ochi first and it was so beautiful and romantic! Liz was great about booking the little things that made a difference like the lounge at the airport on the way there and back and our couples massages that we got on a dock over the ocean! Everything was so perfect! Then she helped us book flights to Florida for Disney and arranged us to get to our timeshare successfully! She also booked us some pretty awesome reservations for meals at restaurants in Disney that we didn’t even know about! It was all such a perfect couple of weeks! We loved working with Liz so much and we were so happy that we even booked a follow up trip to Paris and Amsterdam and a trip to Mexico is in the works now too! We love VIP and Liz so much!! You can’t go wrong if you want the perfect experience!

I cannot say enough great things about VIP Vacations! I first travelled with them in July 2020 (right in the middle of the pandemic) and my agent, Liz, was great about explaining the COVID requirements to me and setting my expectations for the hotel. I went to Unico 2087 on Liz’s recommendation and it was AMAZING! Great food and service and the resort was beautiful. I have another trip planned with Liz for this May and she has made the whole process so seamless. If you’re planning a getaway or honeymoon, I highly recommend you reach to to VIP Vacations for assistance! I will never book another trip on my own again!

Our journey with Elizabeth (Liz) and VIP started about 5 years ago, when Liz helped us plan our honeymoon to Jamaica!! Ever since then, we’ve been HOOKED. Liz has always gone above and beyond to help us achieve the most incredible experience at each destination that we’ve travelled to. Since our honeymoon, we’ve travelled to Ireland, St. Lucia, Barbados, all under Liz’s careful and impeccable planning, and have big plans for Greece, Iceland, and Turks & Caicos on the horizon. We love Liz & VIP, and have referred countless friends and family members so they can experience incredible getaways!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. If you want the trip of a lifetime, book VIP!!

The experience with VIP was nothing I would wish for a bride and groom to deal with. As the bride a cookie cutter email regarding our destination wedding when planning and organizing for 40 people travel is stressful enough but when you had who your working with not get your name right in a email over multiple times, cutting and pasting wrong information and locations to where we were going is extremely upsetting. Making my nerves unsettled and and more so when there were no apologies for the mistakes made, like it's okay to be unprofessional for someone's once in a life time memories. Throughout the process it was astonishing the amount of unprofessionalism we experienced from Liz. Liz was not and did not come across as helpful with nearly any inquiries and repeatedly had an attitude and was unnecessarily blunt in conversation and through email. I thought the personalities of VIP would be great to work with because Justin was so great but nothing can make up for someone who has an attitude. There was very little to no guidance on when to book flights without us continuously asking questions ourselves on it and then we had to keep track of our key guests' flights ourselves. There was a significant cost associated with this improper planning, notice, and coordination when booking flights. VIP at no time cared at all about what the costs were nor helped in any way to schedule booking flights in an ideal cost effective window. To build on that there was no regard or compassion for keeping our number one goal in mind of budget. They ended up giving invoices showing how much the rooms cost, which was specifially not supposed to be shown to our guests. The invoices were sent to all our wedding party which consisted of 8 bridesmaid, groomsman, our parents and the brides grandparents...I mean come on. Again, unprofessional and not taking our top priorities in mind. We've send our issues (more than listed above but I feel these are most important for couples considering using VIP) to VIP for them to get an understanding of what we saw they could improve on for future clients and they couldn't have cared less. They are a very cookie cutter email only kind of business, yes you can make an appointment online through their website (which they'll say their always available to chat) but it's all fake. If you are just planning for yourself and not a group of people or just a vacation maybe you had good quick cookie cutter service with them but not on my worst enemy in the pits of hell would I ever, EVER, EVER, recommend them so use for travel services. Did I forget to mention that we were stranded at a tiny airport without our phones working to make calls in ST. Lucia and we messaged the owner, Jessica to help us get in contact with the resort we just left because we didn't know what to do and she's the expert. She didn't response until 4 hours later and then when we told her that the resort gave us the wrong covid test and the new information of what was happening she responded by saying..."gotcha"....again, couldn't care less about their clients. So mind blowing I can't even put into words how many days and nights I've been sick over the lack of empathy, compassion and understanding of the mistakes they made.

Working with Jennifer and VIP Vacations to plan our honeymoon to Hawaii was a dream! She was so communicative and really worked hard to fit all we wanted into our budget. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and everything she booked for us was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend for first time travelers like we were!

VIP Vacations Inc is by far the best and only travel agency we will ever work with when it comes to planning trips and vacations. I found them originally when they coordinated our destination wedding in Mexico for 150 guests back in 2015 and we have used them ever since. Since then we have coordinating multiple trips and this year alone I worked with Alison to coordinate a Mexico bachelorette party for my best friend and also rooms and flights for my other friends wedding in Mexico. Alison always goes above and beyond and makes the process so easy and seamless. She is a rockstar and has been a savior helping us navigate all the covid restrictions and requirements.

Jennifer Doncsecz from VIP Vacations Inc was very helpful when it came to booking our car service to get to the airport as well as home from the airport & booking our honeymoon at Le Blanc in Cancun. Jennifer was very attentive when it came to fluctuation in price changes when it came to booking our flights. She was also very informative & quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She also sent us instructions about what to do when we arrived to Cancun & how to find the correct transportation representative when we arrived. Jennifer took all the stress of planning & setting up transportation out of the vacation so we could just enjoy our honeymoon! We used VIP Vacation before through family, so our family recommended using them for our honeymoon. Jennifer really worked with us as I constantly asked questions about different place they offer. She was really sweet and professional at getting me all the information I need. They also explained the travel insurance really well and help line out the covid protocols before we left. The resort we went was lovely, we had the honeymoon package which gave us a bottle of champagne and breakfast in bed the next morning. Jennifer and her team worked it help us book activities that where off resort, letting us explore the island. We had a wonderful time and everything was planned so well by this team, we are so grateful!

My husband and I just came back from our honeymoon in St. Lucia. We worked with Jennifer who was extremely helpful with booking this trip for us. We gave her ideas and price ranges of what we wanted and she sent us of plenty of options to choose from. Traveling outside of the country during covid is no easy task. However, Jennifer made sure to send us detailed information regarding the mandatory processes that were in place to travel to St. Lucia. This made our lives and wedding planning so much easier! I will definitely be using VIP Vacations again in the future!

When my husband and I were planning our destination wedding, I had no clue where to start especially with COVID-19 ruling the world. And being a health care provider, I had some struggles trying to plan this wedding. I couldn't have done this without V.I.P vacations! They are and will always be my saving grace. They are the most attentive company I've had the pleasure of working with. They did everything and I MEAN EVERYTHING! One thing about VIP Vacations is that they will work with you til the end of your recent your wedding day..legit! My husband and I chose a date of May 30, 2020. The months before COVID-19, we started planning and I called VIP Vacations because I had no clue where to being. I called them everyday with questions on what I needed to do and they always told me "Viv, we will take care of everything" All I did was tell them what place I was looking at for the wedding and the people we were inviting. They were my Ride or Dies! They included me in every step of the way, they gave my guest the best care and worked with them. When everything started to shut down during Covid, VIP Vacations contacted me first BEFORE MY WEDDING PLANNER to tell me the resort shut down. My favorite person at VIP Vacations was Robert! I can't begin to tell you how much I love Robert D! The day the resort got shut down Robert called me to tell me the news. I cried over the phone and he stayed on the phone with me for as long as I needed. I went through all the emotions and he stayed so positive for me. I couldn't have made it without him. So as months passed we rescheduled it for October 17, 2020. During this time so many things were changing with flights and our guests. I had a guest list of 50 people before COVID and then it went down to 25. Alot of my guests were not telling me they were not going which was upsetting because I was clueless but my Robert did his detective work and told me all who weren't going. I couldn't be more thankful for that. And he reached out to everyone and kept me updated on who was and wasn't going. Robert gave me my final count because relying on my guests was going no where. Now it's closer to the wedding and I called Robert everyday one which documents I needed, what happens if I forget this or that (you know...all the worries a bride has weeks before the wedding). He gave me a piece of mind and I had him on speed dial up to the day of the wedding. VIP Vacations played the biggest part for my most important day. I've met many brides before my wedding and the nightmares they had went through planning their wedding with no help. I have to truly say that planning my wedding was a phenomenal experience because of VIP Vacations. They are hands down the best company to have on your side when you are planning anything from a wedding to a nice vacation away. I have so many people at VIP Vacations to thank and I will always be grateful for all they have done for me. But a big special thank you to Robert D. He was by my side through everything. He would even check up on me when I worked at the hospital when the COVID-19 cases were high. He always wanted to make sure I was ok and I stayed safe. He not only cared about my wedding and my husband and I, but he cared for me and thanked me for being in the front lines. Please please...if you're a bride looking for help to plan a wedding ANYWHERE...do yourself a favor and call or email VIP VACATIONS! Your wedding experience with them by your side will be the best time ever!

Had a fabulous experience working with VIP Vacations to book our honeymoon! We gave them an idea of what we were looking for and they took care of the rest. Traveling during a pandemic presented some challenges but VIP Vacations made sure we were more than prepared with all the necessary paperwork and approvals before our trip! Highly recommend them!

Covid wasn’t about to stop us from traveling to Tahiti and taking our honeymoon. VIP Vacations provided amazing service, helped us with all the rebooking and got us a fabulous deal but beyond that, Jennifer answered every question and made me feel at ease. We loved Bora Bora and can’t thank VIP enough for they expertise in everything Tahiti!

Can’t say enough great things about working with VIP Vacations. Due to COVID, we planned our wedding and had to change everything ... except our honeymoon! here was nothing easy about planning a wedding in 2020 except working with VIP Vacations and planning my honeymoon! VIP took care of everything, found me an amazing price and kept me in the loop during Covid and the requirements we needed to follow to get into St Lucia! We booked our Jamaican Weddingmoon with Jennifer over 2 years in advance of our leap day wedding date. Over the course of those 2 years Jennifer always took the time to answer all our questions (I had a lot!) with kindness & complete understanding. Jennifer & her crew made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed right down to an email with some travel tips a few days before we left and that email certainly came in handy! My husband and I worked with VIP Vacations to plan our destination wedding in Costa Rica. All of the team members were amazing and helpful. They made the planning process stress free. Jennifer helped find the perfect venue in Costa Rica for our dream wedding. Her team was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process for both myself and now husband, as well as our families. They assisted us in booking rooms and flights, setting up communication with the resort wedding coordinator, and ensuring that our trip was incredible. We stayed at Secrets Papagayo in Costa Rica. From the time we took off and landed in Costa Rica we were swept away by pre-arranged transport to the resort. The resort was lovely and incredibly relaxing for us and our guests. We all enjoyed some fun in the sun before the wedding day. I had been emailing with the resort wedding coordinator and we met once to confirm the final details. She brought all of my wedding day dreams to life. Our wedding day was a beautiful, calm, and relaxing day filled with love. The VIP Vacations team helped make our wedding dreams come true! We are eternally grateful for their help, and are excited to travel with them in the future.

I had the most stress free, relaxed, and fun time planning my wedding through VIP Vacations. They took the time to figure out what I visioned for our wedding, what I wanted for my guests, etc. They were super helpful with any questions I had and helped the guests as well. Honestly I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and I felt taken care of. My wedding was last week and was more than I ever imagined. My husband and I were talking today and we both agreed we wouldn’t have changed one thing, from the planning to the big day. We stayed at the Moon Palace in Jamaica, Ocho Rios. This place was gorgeous, great food, clean, family friendly, fun, and safe! If you’re planning any vacation or wedding, I highly recommend you use this company!

We just returned from our Honeymoon in Aruba and can't thank VIP vacations enough! We were all over the place on where to go and they helped us narrow down our selection and found us the perfect fit at the RIU Antilles in Aruba. This is the second vacation they have helped us plan and I really cannot say enough for how wonderful they are to deal with and how smooth both trips have gone!

I'm so glad I did, I not only got the best rates for me and my guests but they have been so attentive throughout this whole process. Destination weddings can be very stressful, overwhelming, and demanding but without them I would not have gotten through it! We are forever grateful and can't thank VIP enough. We are so pleased with our experience with VIP Vacations. We were living in Europe, while planning a destination wedding in Mexico and knew we'd need help coordinating everything with the resort we had chosen. The woman who was our primary POC at VIP, Emily, had even gotten married at the same resort a couple years prior. She was able to communicate all of our choices and questions with the on-site team at the resort in a timely fashion. The rest of the VIP team went the extra mile to check in with guests leading up the party (ensuring everyone had their itineraries in order and arranging transportation to/from the resort) and even made sure to see how everything was afterwards. The wedding itself went off without a single hitch! The on-site team was so amazing as well, which meant that VIP had maintained excellent communication with them during the planning phase. VIP gifted us some really nice things while we were at the resort to ensure our wedding was an unforgettable experience. We have nothing but positive feedback about our experience working with VIP to plan our destination wedding to Azul Sensatori in Mexico! While the destination wedding was intriguing because of the all-inclusive stay and wedding packages, I will admit that planning at a distance was challenging for someone who is visual and likes to be hands on. That being said, Emily and the team's assistance in answering our questions in a timely fashion alleviated a lot of stress and allowed us to plan our perfect wedding. Additionally, Emily had wonderful things to say about the resort we chose, and Azul Sensatori exceeded our expectations, as well as our guests'. VIP is credible, friendly, helpful, prompt, and the list goes on. Look no further!!

We have used VIP twice now and this last trip was better than the last. We had some issues while on our honeymoon and Jennifer did everything she could from 5000 miles away to resolve it with the airline. Everything she helped plan was amazing and she went above and beyond on each trip to get us the best of everything in our price budget. She was always helpful and there with any answers for questions we may have. We ONE HUNDRED percent will be using VIP vacations for future trips!!!
