trips to the venue, a break from 5–9pm, then return trips with a hard stop at midnight. This was clearly communicated and confirmed in our contract. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. No one in our party (including our coordinator or family) ever met or even saw the driver. While guests did arrive to the venue safely, the return transportation quickly became an issue. Multiple guests told me the driver was complaining to them and saying he “had to be somewhere else,” while also insisting he was only scheduled until 11pm—despite our contract stating midnight. This led to confusion and guests waiting over 30 minutes at the end of the night until we called to have the shuttle return. The biggest issue: after dropping guests off, the driver never came back for me, my husband, or our bridal party. We called at 11:48pm and were again told he was only contracted until 11. Our coordinator corrected him, he said okay—and then never showed up. We were left stranded and had to order and pay for Ubers at the end of our wedding night, after already spending significantly on transportation. When I followed up, I wasn’t asking for a refund—just clarity on how this happened and give feedback as a customer. Instead, I was offered $50 “as a goodwill gesture” and the driver’s behavior was defended. I was told he was “one of the best” and that he had been “released by someone” which no one from our party or vendor team ever did. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete absence of accountability made this a very disappointing experience—especially on such an important day. Long story short, look ANYWHERE ELSE BUT VIP WEDDING TRANSPORTATION, unless you wanna spend another $40 on an uber on your WEDDING NIGHT!!! 

ver when we went from the church to our reception and then at the end of the night from our reception to the hotel. I felt relaxed and at peace with his safe driving and wonderful manner with us. Will definitely recommend in the future!
