the videographer Trae sent to cover her July 8, 2017 wedding. I am hoping that no wedding site is continuing to be a conduit for this serial scammer. DO NOT BOOK HIM either under Viral Media or his newer business 728 Film ad Photo.
He is a fraud!! stay away from him!!
Trae Smith was hired as the videographer for my wedding. After I read a local news story and was warned by other vendors about his company being a scam, I looked into this further....
I found out Viral Media had not been delivering the services and video promised. The TV news reporter gave me an earful about his shady business. I also started finding negative reviews on this company all over the internet.
My wedding was only a few weeks away so I tried contacting Trae for an explanation. Well he never responded to any of my calls or emails. Unfortunately I lost my deposit in this whole situation, but I'm so relieved I didn't have Viral Media as a vendor.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, or they'll run away with your money.
Will not return a telephone call after taking money over a year ago. Cancelled event and gave him one years notice. Still will not refund any thing. Is a coward and will not have...

It's been a year since he shot our wedding video (WITH NO SOUND! No recording of our vows, the speeches, etc...) and he still hasn't refunded us as he stated he would. Stay away from this guy...

.book. He needs to complete his original bookings and contracts and should then accept new clients, very unprofessional to promise so many things and fulfill nothing without any replies to emails or returns to calls.
Update: Received media and all photos, was late but Trae's team did a great job. He tried very hard to regain my happiness as a customer and I hope he continues to continue to better his customer service. Thanks!
Nightmare. 6 months after wedding no photos or video. Lots of unfulfilled promises and excuses. Cry every day.
