This photographer has got to be the worst photographer that I have ever seen. She totally ruined the wedding day memories for my daughter. She was very unprofessional in that she...
presented as not knowing which pictures to take at what time. She had to be asked to make pictures with the parents of the couple which should have been standard photos in the photo line up. She left the reception without letting anyone know. She later texted my daughter and told her that her battery had died in her camera and that she did not have a spare one when she looked so she just left. She failed to get the cake cutting pictures, the champagne flute pictures, and the ring pics. She reduced our by agreed upon price by $100 which we agreed to since she had been at the wedding for around 3 hours. After all this debacle, when my daughter got back home from the honeymoon, she texted her to tell her that she was sorry but that he had lost all of their wedding pictures and would give them a full refund and a free bride and groom shoot. Well, the free photography shoot session was not doable as the couple live over 6 hours from her. So, in summary, avoid this photographer like the plague; or you will be very sorry!! Some people have suggested that the couple use the refunded money (which I hope we get back) to do a personal shoot with a local photographer. That could happen, but the other members of the wedding party are spread across different states and likewise with the usual family and friends that would normally be in the photos. It was a destination wedding in which this incompetent, unprofessional, and immature photographer failed to capture in memories.
