Thank you, Virginia Rides, for providing a wedding shuttle to my daughter's wedding at Rixey Manor, Rixeyville, VA. Working with VA Rides was very efficient, personable and profess...
ional. We are a military family, and the company accommodated with a military discount. Our driver went above and beyond shuttling guests to and from Rixey Manor, especially if they needed to return to hotels to check on pets or leave early. Please consider Virginia Rides for your next event, or personal requests. Thank you!, Lisa H.
VA Rides was the only affordable and reasonable choice that would drive around Luray to pick up all our guests at their hotels/airbnbs since there are no ubers or public transporta...
tion options in the area. I still would book them over again because their school bus option fit everyone and they were easy to book. My only feedback is they included me on an email about two weeks before my wedding that made it seem like they weren't able to find a driver since my wedding was on a holiday weekend, and then did not reply for days to my multiple emails and calls. it ended up working out, but it was a very scary moment to think I didn't have transportation for all those people. So overall better responsiveness would be recommended, but other than that, I greatly appreciated their transportation and ease to work with.
I'd give this service a 0 if I could. They reassured me over and over that they'd be providing me this service for my wedding, then canceled on me 3 months before without so much a...

greed with! They arrived at the venue early and made all the loops back to the hotel when the wedding was ending!
My husband and I got married on 11/30/2019 in Front Royal and hired VA rides for guest transportation from the hotel to the venue and then back again. Alan made it SO easy for us t...
o book and the driver was wonderful. All of our guests felt safe and were so grateful to have transportation so they could indulge in the party. The bus was very clean and was exactly what Alan had promised me it would be. I would definitely recommend this company to couples planning their wedding! Their pricing was affordable, and Alan was very responsive and patient in answering my thousands of questions.
We used Virginia Rides for our wedding to help shuttle our guests. We had some issues communicating throughout the process of booking them, but they did show up as planned and the ...
cost was accurate to the estimate. Again, if you are someone who will be anxious for lack of communication, be wary, but otherwise it was solid. Calling worked better than email to try and push them toward booking.
Really easy to work with. The contract process was simple and payment could be made via check on over the phone with credit card (no additional fee for using a credit card). Worked...
