We used Virginia Tent Rental for propane heaters for our late November wedding in Crozet, VA. Their company was easy to work with & required minimal coordination leading up to the wedding day. They delivered the heaters early and they provided much needed heat throughout the duration of our cocktail hour and reception. A very reliable vendor!
In the end we got the tent that we needed from Virginia Tent Rental. The tent and lights looked very professional and nice. I will say that it was not the best experience leading up due to several instances of missed communication and incorrect invoices being sent. Once we were able to get ahold of someone on the phone, many of the issues were resolved.
Virginia Tent Rental was wonderful to work with for our wedding! They brought everything on time, were in touch before the event to make sure everything was good to go, and helped us set everything up exactly how we wanted it. The end result was absolutely beautiful!
Virginia Tent Rental was a pleasure to work with. We used their services to provide a portable restroom trailer at our venue to supplement the limited facilities provided in the barn. They were very responsive and the bathrooms were top notch. We received lots of comments from our guests who commented on how the trailer bathrooms were even nicer than the ones provided by the venue!!
