le the amazing fall weather we were blessed with contributed, guests were taken aback by the magnitude of the site and overwhelming awe they felt when they got down to our ceremony site under the bridge. The Natural Bridge event coordinators my husband and I worked with, Kelli and Laura, were so pleasant to work with throughout the entire process and were incredibly responsive to any advance and last-minute changes we requested. The staff did a beautiful job on the ballroom we used for our reception area, blending both the linens they provide as a part our wedding package and the linens we chose to provide on our own. The room looked even more amazing than I had envisiioned, and the caterer at Natural Bridge Hotel did a great job of designing a functional yet fun and elegant space. The food at our reception was beautifully displayed and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, even to the extent that my new husband and I got a warm hug and congratulations from one of our lovely servers from our reception, Mary, when we went to get breakfast in the dining room downstairs the morning following our wedding. One of the support staff members went above and beyond before our reception began in coordinating with our DJ to help resolve potential sound issues we were having with feed for a video we showed at our reception; and he did an amazing job prior to that with sound at our ceremony site and our "cocktail" hour. The only complaint that guests had related to accommodations. Some guests who stayed at the Hotel initially had issues with booking their rooms in our wedding block, and several were not pleased with the lack of air conditioning in many guest rooms. We also had a small mixup relating to the groom's suite (it was showing as not having been booked at all) on the day of the wedding; however, the staff was receptive and resolved the issue promptly when requested. Overall, both guests who did and did not stay at the Hotel were pleased with The Natural Bridge. Shuttle service was complimentary (and timely) for our guests; disabled guests were accommodated well; and guests had plenty to entertain them before and after the wedding with the various activities/exhibits included with their passes to our wedding ceremony site. My suite, in which I got ready prior to the wedding, was very spacious and comfortable; and my husband and I were quite pleased with the suite, which as I understand had been remodeled. Our wedding was our very own version of perfect at The Natural Bridge. Thanks to its staff and its natural beauty, we were able with relatively little stress and only one very minor wedding day hitch to have the beautiful and intmate wedding we had hoped and planned for in the several months before! 100% worth visiting The Natural Bridge even if you're not getting married there!
