y mentioned other clients waiting on them so I am not sure if they double booked? My bridal makeup was done in about 30 mins (trial took an hour) and did not look great. I asked for some changes and was met with annoyance. They left in less than 4 hours. Myself and bridal party just felt like an inconvenience. We then sat around for 4 hours before pictures started so everyone had to touch up their own hair/makeup. This is the one vendor I used that I would not recommend to family/friends.

I’m sorry to hear you were frustrated. Per our contract we estimate 45 minutes per client. We always add extra timing to the timeline in the event someone would like us to make changes or wants a more detailed look or style.. or sometimes less ...

In order to achieve those looks our experienced team estimate 45 minutes per client which all depend on the desired makeup look, texture, length and style. On special occasions days we make sure to give our brides the required time needed and not double book. Typically our trial runs take a 1 hour to consult with our brides and determine the exact look to help things move quicker and in timely fashion on wedding day. Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is always to complete large wedding parties based off of their provided finish time. We are always working to make our process even more efficient and will make note of your feedback.
