Should be able to give a zero!!! Very unprofessional and was unresponsive for weeks. Finally got in touch and Dustin was too busy to draw up contract. He confirmed that he had me down and I didn’t have anything to worry about. He finally sent it to me and when I had questions about them not being insured, he told me they weren’t a good fit for me. What kind of business doesn’t insure their own equipment and expects the couple to be fully responsible for any damages during their wedding day?? So after waiting over 3 weeks and thinking I had a DJ just like that dropped us. Not a man of his word. 3 weeks is a long time to string a bride along and then refuse to answer a very important question about her liability for their equipment. If you want to be responsible for their equipment when there are several other vendors there or want to be dropped Iike a hot cake, do business with them!! I will tell every person I meet about how dirty Dustin and Mike are!!!

Hands down the best entertainment in the business! They made our wedding ceremony and reception run smoothly and feel very natural. They are attentive to every detail and make sure everything is communicated efficiently and effectively so you don't have to worry about a thing on your wedding day! The reception was just a blast!! We had the dance floor packed all night long--so add the extra time, it is WORTH IT! Having an MC like Dustin helped us to feel like we could just enjoy the evening and know all of the special moments would be taken care of! And Ashton kept the party rolling all night long. 100% Virtual Sounds is the best DJ/MC in the business and would recommend to everyone! Virtual sounds was fantastic on my wedding day! They send 2 DJs out for your event so that makes things go smoothly! The MC was great and they played most of our playlist that we had added. I really enjoyed the custom online tool that allowed you to plan the event timeline and add any songs you would like. It helped with the music planning a ton!

I do not like that I have to request a quote in order to get a ball-park estimate for your pricing. I would much rather be able to look at a generic listing of your "package" prices, and then contact you when thinking of putting together something specific. Makes me feel like I could be up-sold something (or just that the prices are "hidden" from me).

Virtual Sounds was amazing to work with! Not only is the staff so fun and friendly, but they go above and beyond the make your event the best that it can be! My husband and I were so happy with our wedding reception. It was a blast thanks to you guys!

VS is a great business and a great group of people! I’ve been to multiple functions where VS has been the DJ including our wedding! They’re always very professional but also very personable and do whatever they can to help your big day or event go perfectly!

If I were able to give these guys 10 stars, I TOTALLY would. They were absolutely, positively amazing. My husband is actually the one that chose all of the music for our wedding day. Ceremony, reception, dinner, dance party, etc. He's a picky guy, and he had very specific instructions for the DJ and Mike made sure that everything went according to plan! All of our music was completely spot on! The timing of each and every song was perfect, and just how my husband had imagined it. Mike and his wife were both at our wedding, and they were LOADS of fun to work with! We genuinely felt like they were guests at our wedding, enjoying the evening with all of our friends and family. We hope that they felt that way too! Prior to the big day, I had no spoken with Mike at all. BUT HOLY MOLY YALL. This man is AMAZING. He exceeded any expectations that I could have possibly had, and went above and beyond to help make our special day so perfect. From getting our food to our table for us, grabbing us extra drinks when needed, to filling our glasses for the champagne toasts, Mike seriously did it all! He helped us get prepared for the cake cutting, and continuously checked on us throughout the reception to ensure that everything was going how we wanted! Seriously, it absolutely warms my heart to even think about it. Mike and his wife both are truly genuine, kind, and caring individuals. It was very clear that they wanted to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves as much as possible. They helped the reception move incredibly smoothly, and definitely made sure that everyone was having fun on the dance floor! Virtual sounds is amazing!! They were the DJ for my wedding in Salisbury, NC and I couldn’t of asked for a better one! Ive been attending functions that Virtual Sounds has DJ’d since middle school, now 26, they were the only choice for my wedding! Professional pre-wedding planning, asking me questions about situations I didn't even think of to make it all easier. The online planner made things so much easier than I imagined. Eric and Gabe really know what they're doing, and are SO easy to work with. We used Virtual Sounds for our daughter's wedding on 1/19/19. We used their DJ services as well as the photo booth. Dustin, Mike, and Austin did not disappoint! Dustin was fabulous as the emcee, kept us informed of everything going on all night, and was open to any changes in the schedule, etc. Mike kept the music going and mixed it up just like we asked for. Austin had the photo booth hopping all night and people loved being able to get crazy with the props and leaving special messages in the photo guestbook. All in all, we could not be happier with their professionalism and the way they pulled everything off. They personalize things for your special day and Dustin gets right in with the guests to make it even more special. I highly recommend them!

Virtual Sounds created the perfect evening for our daughter’s wedding reception at Boxwood Estate. Austin Love and Josh Orbison provided elegant professionalism mixed with great music and entertainment that made our event a classic fairytale.

They were phenomenal to work with I cannot say enough great things about Eric. From the phone call I had with him prior to the wedding to the very last moment of our night he made sure everything that we needed was taken care of. He made sure I had the music that I wanted and provided lots of music when I was unsure of what to play. I literally told him to just pick something for over half of my selections and everything he picked was perfect. He took the time to make sure we had everything we needed he even refilled my mother-in-law‘s tea glass he made all of my guest feel welcome. I felt like I had known him forever from the first moment I met him he made us feel so special. Gabe was fantastic too they both were professional polished just a joy to work with and worked so well with all the other vendors involved. Austin and his team are amazing!! I would recommend them over and over. Our wedding was perfect and they definitely contributed to that! They played every song we wanted them to, took requests, and made sure everyone was on the dace floor all night! My 88 year old grandfather had a blast dancing to his favorite song from the 60's, and my friends loved dacing to Cardi B and Drake... they literally made sure EVERYONE was up and dancing! SO much fun! Give them a call!!

Virtual sounds was great to work with! Everyone on the team was fun and upbeat, and our DJ and MC were perfect come the wedding day! They played what we wanted to hear and kept the party going, I only wish it could have lasted longer! They announced everything, so the guests didn’t miss anything important (like cake cutting, etc). Mike and Micah were da bomb dot com! They were great to talk to, thorough from beginning to end. They did an excellent job of making sure the guests were having a good time. Mike ran the event like a well oiled machine. It made for a worry free environment! And Micah played all the songs we wanted and did NOT play anything by Kool & The Gang... thank the Lord. I could not be happier with Mike and the Virtual Sounds staff! I don't think our wedding reception would have gone anywhere near as smooth without them. Mike made sure to take care of everything from making sure we had a drink in our hand the whole time to making sure everyone was having a good time. I cant express enough just how wonderful Errin and Austin did. We have been told over and over just how great our Dj and MC were! I knew the day of the wedding would be crazy but I was so relieved that all of the music and transitions were beyond perfect and that was one less thing I had to worry about. From the beginning they had the guests on their feet and ready to embrace the night. Eric helped to pull off a huge surprise for my maid of honor and it went better then I could have ever dreamed of! I will always recommend them to everyone, we have attended other weddings they’ve done and they were just as good there! They make planning with them a breeze!!! We love virtual sounds!!!

Virtual Sounds was an incredible vendor/DJ/MC and I would recommend them to any of my friends! I can't explain how huge of a role Virtual Sounds played in our big day. From the ceremony to the reception, the great tunes to the Photo Booth, they were spot on in every aspect. Our guests danced the entire night and by the end I realized I hadn't danced at all from trying to greet everyone- SO THE PARTY WENT ON (an extra half hour or so)! We used them in two separate locations and Amber and I worked tirelessly over the phone months in advance to make sure we had everything set and ready to go. I even asked her to please be the attendant for our Photo Booth AND SHE DID IT! Dustin was incredible and leads his staff in professionalism and expertise- I didn't sweat a thing! I would recommend them in every way and to be honest my husband and I are in the wedding of two of our wedding party members next May and we'll be swinging the night away again with them. I know where these guys came from, as my father-in-law sold them their first piece of equipment back in the 90's, and they deserve every bit of the recognition they have rightfully earned as experts in the DJ service industry. You will not be disappointed and you can trust that they will engage your crowd, feed your needs, and walk you through the entire timeline of you big day; not a worry in the world on the bride and groom's part!

My husband and I can not thank Dustin and Mike enough. We chose a Sunday wedding and were nervous about how our reception would be compared to a Saturday or Friday night. Our guests had a blast and were all over the dance floor. They also did the music for our ceremony and made it flow so well. We had many guests compliment them. I had a phone meeting with Josh and then even two days before was having to text him to change a few things and he had it all down pat. There are not enough words to say just how amazing Virtual Sounds was to work with! We had seen them at another wedding, and knew right then we had to have them at our wedding on October 1st. Josh (MC) and Nick (DJ) were awesome and professional throughout the whole process. They were fast to respond to messages or questions we had. We even added an hour onto the reception the week of, and it was no problem. People were out on the dance floor the whole reception, and it wasn't just the younger kids, younger and older men/women were out dancing until the reception was over at 11. I would recommend then over and over again, and the amazing experience we had that made our wedding so memorable!

The best decision of our entire wedding was our DJ! We received so many compliments about how awesome our MC Errin and DJ Bays did at our wedding! They kept everyone entertained and up beat! Virtual sounds was one of the easiest decisions I had to make about my wedding. They were very organized and made me feel so comfortable that my reception would run smoothly. Everyone we talked to or dealt with was extremely nice and we had no problems. Dustin (our MC) was amazing to work with, he was quick to respond to anything I needed, would walk me through anything I asked, he even said typically they get the wedding planner to go relax at the reception and let them take it for there. He lined us up, announced us, and kept the reception going on time and we had so much fun, the circle up of the entire crowd to sing "Don't Stop Believeing" was amazing!!! Micah (the DJ) played what we asked for and plus some depending on what was happening at the time, he took request easily and kept the crowd dancing the entire time! We didn't want our time to end!! Also, we added on the photo booth option which was a great hit with the guest! We received a book at the end of the night with all the photos trips in it at then end of the night! So much fun! Virtual Sounds is a one stop shop for anything you may need! I can't say enough good things about this DJ service!!

Virtual Sounds did an amazing job at our wedding! The team was great to work with and their online planning tool made things easy planning from out of town. The DJ and MC kept the wedding flowing and took special attentention to crowd cres - when to play a fast or dance song, when people needed to slow down, requests, etc. The MC made sure to keep the photographer in the loop when things such as the cake cutting was getting ready to happen. He also made sure that my husband and I were ready for the next thing even if it wasn't the exact time we planned. Dustin and Mike at Virtual Sounds did an amazing job with our wedding. We picked them since they were a preffered vendor at our venue, but most importantly because our photographer knew them personally and had worked with them multiple times. They were amazing. The flow of the ceremony and reception could not have been better and the challenge of keeping the dance floor packed was met and exceeded. Mike knew what to do and when to do it to keep the lulls at a minimum and highs at a maximum. Let's face it, wedding DJ's can come across cheesy but that is not the case with them.
