st started the planning process, the Vision Team organized a zoom with us and provided a comprehensive portal which listed every task we had to do and by what day we had to complete each task (they think of EVERYTHING). They also attended venue visits, zoom calls with our band, etc. The weeks leading up to the wedding they called EVERY vendor and made sure they knew exactly when each vendor was coming to the venue. We didn't have to deal with one vendor in those final weeks leading up to the wedding (which is crucial)! The day of the wedding they kept us on a schedule to ensure we did not miss anything. They went up to the bridal suite hundreds of times and they were always an ear shot away throughout the night - making sure we were well fed and hydrated. We cannot recommend them ENOUGH. The Vision Team is truly a necessity - they make sure that you actually can enjoy your wedding and not get bogged down in the details.

From the pre-coordination with our wedding vendors and venue, to the timeline meetings and the late night text messages about the most random things, the Vision team was there every step of the way. The owner/founder, Daniela, was a wonderful and incredibly resource throughout my entire wedding planning process. My Day-of-Wedding coordinator, Allison, was phenomenal and made sure everything went smoothly from the very beginning to the end of my wedding day. There wasn't any issue that she couldn't handle or help fix. For example, my wedding dress bustle came undone, and she knew exactly how to fix with safety pins (without the safety pins even showing) so I could enjoy dancing at my reception without having to deal with my long train. Ashley, who also assisted on my wedding day, was terrific and made for a great team with Allison. I am forever grateful to Vision Event Co. Even though I don't plan on getting married again, I would certainly use them again for another major event like a milestone birthday party.

new right off the bat that she was going to be incredible. Marissa put together a detailed timeline (~20 page long Google doc) that was shared with all vendors. If you are not a wedding planner, there is no way you would be able to put something of such detail together on your own. It included details I never would have thought of, and helped ensure that my wedding day went smoothly. Marissa was always available via text or call and was always able to answer my questions promptly. This really took the guess work out of wedding planning. I got married at Architects Golf Club in Phillipsburg, NJ on August 3rd 2019 and I honestly don't think it would've gone as smoothly as it did without Marissa. I didn't worry about a single thing throughout the entire day knowing that Marissa was there to handle anything and everything. She was so efficient. Bridal party members and wedding guests kept telling me how great she was and I know my mother and mother-in-law appreciated not having to worry about anything either. I honestly just can't recommend her enough. Marissa and our venue coordinator arranged for a private cocktail hour just for my husband and I in the bridal suite and this might have been one of my favorite moments of the day. It meant a lot to be able to step away and enjoy a moment alone with my husband. Marissa was present from the moment I started getting ready to the very end, when she sent us off to the hotel. She really was a saving grace and the BEST money spent throughout the entire wedding planning process. Trust me when I say, YOU NEED HER!!!

After meeting Daniela, all my doubts disappeared! She completely got my vision for an easy going and fun day because she herself was easy going and fun!! She planned a timeline perfectly, suggested a trolley (which was more affordable than a limo and much more “us”), got us an emcee, helped booked a late night snack, and gave me ideas for decor and even suggested a Mother-Son dance idea that my mother in law really appreciated. During the day of our wedding, she was literally there for EVERYTHING. I had no worries at all. A few minutes before walking down the aisle, I got nervous and a little hungry and she brought me a grilled cheese. I mean, talk about hospitality. We hired Chris Shelley as our officiant, Art Strings Ensemble for the ceremony, Cress Floral for the flowers, and the Rhythm Dogs for the band. Having the wedding at the Club limited the number of choices left to make in terms of food and set up, so we turned to Daniela for our day-of planning needs. She and her team (Anita and Rebecca) did an amazing job from the very beginning. We sat down to meet with her at her office a few months in advance and she was really patient listening to our story. Calm, thoughtful, decisive and flexible from the beginning. We really felt like she was a great combination of smart, experienced, and even keeled. It was obvious she would be great from the start. As the planning process took shape, she was always incredibly responsive over email and always available over phone. We got a little disorganized here and there but she always keep us on track and ahead of all the deadlines. When the day finally came, she smoothed out a number of bumps in the road that came up and we never even knew about them. The wedding dress arrived a little late and we were late to make the table cards - but she took care of all the little things before we even knew about it. The most memorable part came at the end when Daniela helped us get changed for the after party. Everyone was exhausted, happy and overwhelmed. I heard after the wedding that the steamer broke while they were steaming my wedding dress and they somehow hand pressed my dress. I had no idea!
