Vision in White Events

was organized, proactive, and truly the best money we spent in the entire wedding planning process. She kept me on track every step of the way and helped me think through so many details I wouldn’t have even known to consider. Honestly, I’m not sure our wedding would have happened without her. She helped us navigate so many unforeseen circumstances with total calm and confidence, and everything came together seamlessly because of her and her team. My only regret is not hiring her for more of the planning process. She went above and beyond at every turn—even continuing to help us after the wedding with a few lingering vendor issues, which meant so much. I can’t recommend Vision in White and Lindsey enough!

came to hiring a wedding coordinator, I just knew I needed some help! WOWWWW did she exceed all expectations!!! After our initial meeting I was so excited to work with her- I just had a good feeling about putting such an important day in her hands. She walked us through every step and detail from 6 weeks out all the way up to the wedding day. I couldn’t sign the agreement fast enough!! She truly handled every single aspect of our big day. From the very beginning, Lindsey was professional, extremely responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and not to mention went above and beyond for us. She made sure every single detail was taken care of and most importantly made sure we were stress free and happy. Lindsey, we cannot thank you enough for everything. If you’re in the market for the most incredible wedding planner or coordinator there’s no need to look any further. Lindsey is your girl!!! 10/10 experience! We will miss our meetings and check-ins! 🥹🤍

lists leading up to the day. Alex made our year of planning so enjoyable and allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day due to the behind-the-scenes work of her and her team! We loved working with Alex and cannot recommend Vision in White enough!

to feel discouraged. Then came Alex, and from our very first meeting with her, we could tell she was a true expert and that we would be in good hands. She was, of course, communicative and detail-oriented, but what made the biggest impact for us was that she was truly the calm in our storm. Whenever we were indecisive or behind schedule, she met us with kindness and patience. She always had an answer to our questions, a solution to our problems, a vendor for our ideas, and we just trusted her completely - we knew she would take care of us. On our wedding day, Alex and her team executed every detail behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment together without ever wondering if things were being taken care of. It was genuinely hard to say goodbye to her after our wedding, and we cannot recommend her enough. We love Alex!

s and businesses, and Lindsey with Venue in White stood out immediately and without question. I had the privilege of working with Lindsey for well over a year while planning our wedding. She was there through it ALL — every single vendor meeting, venue tour, food tasting… EVERYTHING. She has the best energy in the world and is unbelievably talented. She responded to my endless emails (even the numerous silly questions), tracked down our marriage license from a rental car we had already returned, and stood by my side every step of the way. We cannot recommend Lindsey Rogers with Venue in White enough. Lindsey, you made all of my dreams come true. 💛 i am soooo jealous of all the future brides that get to work with Lindsey - she was just incredible

to pick out things like chairs, venue walk throughs, and rentals. It was great to have an experienced professional with us to make sure we weren't forgetting anything. She thought of things that I would have never thought about and had honest answers to every question I asked. I would her services to anyone!

with tasks and budget. Alex kept a monthly to do list to make sure we stayed on pace leading up to the wedding day. She handled issues ahead of us and ensured a fair negotiation with vendors on our behalf. Alex has a variety of vendors she has worked with to meet any budget and style and helped us capture the vision for our day. We had many moments where we needed to get on a quick call to discuss concerns or figure out plans and she found a way to make herself available within 24 hours.  On the wedding day everything flowed beautifully. Us and our families were unaware if anything went wrong as Alex was behind the scenes taking care of everything as we just got to truly enjoy the day and be present. She coordinated the vendors on the day of with such balance and ease and ensured guests were accommodated. The only glitch we had was a bus that did not show up at the end of the night but Alex solved the issue swiftly and took the initiative to reach out to the bus company while we were on our honeymoon to get a refund for the missing bus. This example speaks to the industry knowledge and pride she takes in her couples. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a calm, organized, and joyful planning process and wedding day to reach out to Alex and her team!

discussed, and nothing was overlooked. On the wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly, and I was able to relax and enjoy it knowing everything was under control. They anticipated needs before I even thought of them and made what could have been a stressful process completely enjoyable. Our day was perfect, and I know it wouldn’t have been without their expertise, creativity, and care. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and choose them. It was truly the best decision we made for our wedding!

d THAT many more emails. She found great vendors, set us up with people that we loved and created a wonderful experience for my husband and me. We got a ton of compliments on the wedding, mostly on decisions that Alex made! I would have been lost and an angry shell of myself if I had not had her on this journey. She found a unique venue we loved and I was truly stress free the week of my wedding--unheard of! Recommend to everyone--even from someone who didn't wear white and had no white at the wedding--Vision in White Events rocks.

was anxious about putting my day into someone else’s hands, but knew it was A Need for a stress-free day. Booking ViW was the best decision we made for ourselves in the whole process! The entire ViW team was a dream to work with. Lindsey stepped in 6-weeks out and took all the stress and anxiety off my plate, and was so attentive to every last minute change and question we had, no matter how small. My day was perfect, and I couldn’t have done it without her and her team coordinating the chaos!

ventional ideas to life. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend without having to worry about a single thing! Her attention to detail allowed us to be the guests of honor, instead of the hosts, and we couldn't be more grateful!

!

e utmost care and professionalism. She put so much time leading up to our wedding date into making sure everything was perfect-- I can't thank her enough.

esome. She went above and beyond. On time and on task. She helped coordinate everything with the vendors and provided key industry expertise. She even has a great design eye, which we appreciated! Sydney always remained positive and was never stressed. She simply got things done. Highly recommend and would use again!

ng reality. Alex was constantly working behind the scenes to ensure the planning process was smooth and stress-free, which was a huge relief for us as we balanced work and other responsibilities. Over 90% of our guest list was traveling from out of town, so it was nice to know that things were handled and under control on the wedding day by Alex and her team. Our wedding was truly unforgettable, and we owe so much of that to Alex and her team's incredible work. Highly recommend to any couple looking to have a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience!

icative throughout the entire process and connected us with amazing vendors. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and stress free thanks to Alex and her team!

would also research vendors for us based on what we wanted and also knew some that were great to work with and would be reliable. She knew all the right questions to ask (many of which I didn’t know to ask, and I consider myself a type A planner) she handled problems day of on her own (which was great so I could enjoy myself) and only came to me when larger decisions needed to be made and was down for whatever choice I picked. We are so happy we went with partial planning—she kept us on track during the beginning of the process and completely took the reins towards the end to handle all of the details. She and her team went above and beyond to help make it the wedding of our dreams.

d the VIW team!

a venue that required using numerous different vendors but then I found VIW and my mind was put to ease. The communication and organization of the planning documents made the entire planning process so easy. Then came wedding day and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Lindsey and her team took care of every detail so we could enjoy the day. I can’t recommend VIW enough!

x and her team are professional, fun, organized and straight forward with all responses and questions in the planning process. I never felt alone and always trusted we would get to a perfect day. They are truly experts in the biz!

, everything was perfect. Her advice on Vendors was excellent! What a hard worker you are Lindsey Rogers!

p dreaming of her wedding day. I was very overwhelmed by all of the details and choices. Alex helped keep us on track and gave us a reasonable number of tasks to complete on a monthly basis. When it came to flowers and decor, she helped me figure out what would look best within our budget. On the wedding day everything looked better than I could have imagined. We had some rain and other timeline issues arise on wedding day and Alex's team handled it so well. There was as little stress as possible and once we got to the ceremony everything went smoothly the rest of the night. We were able to fully enjoy our ceremony and reception in big part thanks to Alex.

verything done on time. She was so pleasant to work with as well as organized and communicative. We could not recommend VIW more! My partner and I always say our biggest regret is not hiring them sooner!

one to the Big Day was very helpful. Sydney was always a ray of sunshine and our wedding day ran seamlessly. We told her from the beginning we just didn't want to have to worry on the big day and she completely understood the assignment. They have a lot of great contacts for vendors and are very hands-on. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and I have no regrets. I would recommend VIW to brides and grooms looking for a comprehensive wedding planner who will organize things down to the most minute detail and make the entire experience fun and unforgettable.

ved working with her and Vision in White. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little help and peace of mind with wedding planning!

to checking in with me on not only logistics but how I was feeling during the process, I cannot recommend her (and her team's help) enough! So grateful to have had my wedding day be as special and magical as it was - and it wouldn't have been possible without her expertise.

ike Lindsey was always in my corner and made me feel heard and seen throughout the entire process. I felt so comfortable coming to her with any questions or concerns I had, and when all was said and done, our wedding was a dream. My only regret was not hiring them for full wedding planning instead of just the wedding coordination. <33

s, and she was always ready to help or answer one of my millions of questions during our entire long planning process. Alex and the rest of the Vision in White team went above and beyond throughout both the planning process and day of, and I can't imagine how much more overwhelming our planning process would have been. I know she stays crazy busy, but Alex always made us feel like a priority and highly responsive. Her expert vendor recommendations all turned out to be absolutely stellar, she served as a single point of contact for all things wedding, and helped us make smart choices that kept budget in mind while making amazing design choices. VIW was actually recommended to me by another planner who was out of my price point, and I was honestly hesitant to sign up for full planning help due to the cost, but I could immediately tell as soon as we hired Alex that her help was going to be invaluable and absolutely worth every penny and more! On the day of, the VIW team was seemingly everywhere at once and made everything flow incredibly smoothly. I'm so appreciative of Alex and VIW for helping us to plan what many guests told us was the best and most fun wedding they've ever been to.

right away that we were going to go with VIW to plan our wedding. That communication and organization stayed consistent over the course of the seven months that we planned our wedding. Lindsey was magnificent! She helped us finalize nearly all our vendors, was realistic with setting expectations, and gave us feedback and guidance on the many decisions we needed to make - all with our best interest in mind, and good attention to detail. You can tell Lindsey really loves her job because it was clear in her interactions with us (the couple), our parents, and with the vendors she's established relationships with throughout the planning process. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and more! Thank you, VIW and Lindsey!

ndors, she made sure those we signed with gave us the best deal and everyone had only positives to say about Vision in White. We worked with Alex for almost two years and the entire time she made us feel like we were her only client. She made sure every little detail was thought of. I don't think I could have planned a wedding without her and her team. She took all of the stress and left us with all the fun. I would recommend her a million times over. Thank you Vision in White for giving me and my now husband a better wedding than we could have imagined.

Alex and her team offered. Lindsey was our dedicated planner and she was nothing short of amazing! She was very attentive to my daughter's vision and every detail of the planning and execution of the big day. Lindsey's organization, communication and professionalism took away the typical wedding stress and made the planning process and wedding day enjoyable. She was a pleasure to work with and it was apparent she is truly passionate about helping create memorable events for her clients. I highly recommend Vision in White and Lindsey!

My wedding ?!! I was an out of state bride and had no clue how to even begin . The first time I met with Alex, I just knew her calm personality was going to be a good fit for my high strung self !!!! She was soooooo organized and detail oriented . She was always multiple steps ahead snd keeping me filled in with our timelines . I am the biggest Dolly Parton fan and wanted to incorporate our QUEEN in every way I could without being tacky . She really helped bring my quirkiness and obsession to life . I even had some wild ideas for party favors and decor and she hit the ground running and made it all happen . I often times made her pivot away from some projects she worked hard on simply because I changed my mind and she handled that like a champ . When my creativity was running dry , she was there sending me links and options and carrying the heavy load where I lacked ! Not to mention how much stuff I had to ship her !!! We had plenty of face time sessions while she was at vendors and always made the best decisions when I couldn’t be there to make them . I trusted her 10000%. We had a few people that I wanted to work with as vendors that proved to be a little challenging and she helped me navigate that and took complete charge ! She actually has the best sense of humor too, and I loved all of our emails and chats . I feel like I hit the wedding planner lotto, and even gained a friend I can come see for a drink when I’m in Nashville ! I Would HIGHLY recommend hiring Alex and her team . Take that from a a highly creative perfectionist who never thought she would find the right person to execute her dream day . Thank you Alex and Vision In White , you are simply the best !

a wedding planner: she is an amazing communicator, reliable, professional, efficient, HIGHLY organized, she thrives in chaos, and she genuinely cares about your wedding as if it were her own. That means you can count on her to be your advocate with vendors and look out for your best interests. She goes above and beyond at every turn, and she answers your questions and meets your request with such speediness that you start to wonder if she somehow has more than 24 hours in her day! Lindsey is kind and funny and confident and caring - in the last month leading up to our wedding she would occasionally text me just to check in on how I was feeling and to ask if there was anything she could do to help me feel less stressed. She is truly such a gem. My family and I have nothing but gratitude for Lindsey, and now that our wedding is over, we miss working with her!!

our own creativity, and she kept our interests as a top priority. Would definitely recommend Vision in White!

here were ZERO issues and everything went flawless. we did not worry about everything and were perfectly taken care of. I would recommend VIW to everyone and anyone. Sydney is the beset and even the vendors were all telling us what a great coordinator choice we made.

ept us informed of upcoming tasks and used her experience to help us in our decision making. Everyone who attended the wedding commented that it was seamless, and it was. Vision in White helped the planning process feel like a breeze and our wedding day go off without a hitch.
