About this vendor
About my services:
Prices start around $3800.00 and vary based on your individual needs. Factors that will make the investment change is the guest count, where the wedding is taking place, what type of service you need. EVERY wedding package is customized, so I like to chat with my couple first before providing a quote so I can see what YOU need. No two weddings are the same.
I am huge on communication. I will always response ASAP, if you are a good communicator we will be more than likely be a great fit!
I don't want to get hired to " do a job" This is super special I like to build relationship, so I enjoy working with people that want someone that cares about their wedding and not just in in to make a buck.

Her warm and bubbly personality, great attention to detail, and passion shined from the start and throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was always so willing to share any of her resources and professional advice while keeping our best interest a priority. She is extremely talented in this industry and our wedding is just one of her many successful events that serves as a reflection of that.
Our wedding day truly wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without her and her amazing team. GO WITH RO, we wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

personality is the perfect balance to make you feel reassured that you are in great hands. We were late to hire her, about 6 months before our wedding date. Since the get go she was helpful in vendor referrals and planning (technically outside the scope of our contracted services). She also attended our venue details meeting with us and asked questions we didn’t think to ask. In the months leading up to our big day we met (via phone) several times. Our accountability calls were critical in keeping this procrastinating bride and groom on track. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she became the point of contact for our vendors so we could focus on the items on our to do list. The day of, she took care of every detail for the venue and handled all hiccups that came up (which we weren’t even aware of until after the wedding). We truly felt we were able to enjoy our wedding, carefree, because we knew Ro would take care of anything that came up. Her amazing work was evident not only to us but also to our wedding party and guests. We received multiple compliments about Ro and the level of service she was providing throughout the day. If you want to fully focus on enjoying your wedding day, hire Ro! Not only for weddings, she will also help make any event a success! Thank you RO/new bestie!

e limited ideas we had and blew them up into a beautiful rendition of our love. She was always available to us, I was able to communicate openly and honestly with her. And she was right there every step of the way. Whether it was to take on the many tasks we didn’t want to handle or assist us in the things we did, our wedding weekend went off without a hitch and I’m so glad we hired her. I’m looking forward to seeing her build her team out and produce more brilliantly lavish events.
We are so grateful we found Rolanda! Ro did an outstanding job of bringing our dream wedding to life and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our special day.

g can be an overwhelming task, but working with Ro made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her ability to understand our vision for the day made all the difference. Ro was able to work with our needs and we chose a combination of her Gold and Silver services. This allowed us to take a more hands-on approach to planning our wedding and we appreciated the extra effort we put in and were grateful for her guidance throughout.
From the very first meeting, Ro was attentive, professional, and easy to work with. She took the time to really get to know us and understand our vision for the wedding. She listened carefully to our wishes and provided her expert advice to make our day even more special.
Ro was incredibly organized and kept us on track with our timeline and budget. She was always available to answer any questions we had and provided regular updates on the planning progress. We felt completely confident in her ability to handle anything that came up and make sure our day went flawlessly.
On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely perfect thanks to Rolanda's attention to detail and careful planning. The decorations were gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Ro made sure that every detail was taken care of, so we didn't have to worry about a thing and could just enjoy our special day.
We highly recommend Ro to anyone looking for an amazing wedding planner, especially if you're getting married at the Mission Inn in Riverside, California. She went above and beyond our expectations and helped make our wedding day the best day ever. Thank you so much, Ro!
Love,
Kyle & Terrah

on who always feels like they need to be in control, I was able to relax the day of the wedding knowing that Rolanda had everything handled. From coordinating the vendors, to making sure they arrived on time, making sure everything was in the place it needed to be, and even staying on top of the wedding party- she had everything running so smoothly. I didn't have to stress over a single detail because I could trust that she had everything under control. I feel like she is responsible for me being able to just enjoy my day. She also made sure the groom and I had water and a drink at all times- which was SO helpful while being busy talking to guests! She also made sure we had food at the cocktail hour. She also ran back and forth to our room for us to get a change of shoes, put away things from the reception, and any other little errands we needed that day. There are so many little details that she made sure came together that ended up making our day absolutely perfect and stress free. I could not emphasize hiring her enough! She is truly an angel and the best at what she does!

landa really heard and understood my vision for our wedding. She was great in facilitating all of the necessary conversations with vendors. Planning a wedding has such a mental and emotional component to it, and Rolanda was so kind and supportive towards us. My husband and I formed such a lovely relationship with Rolanda, and she will be in my life forever! I Highly recommend working with her, and choosing her to be by your side for the most important day of your marriage

al pandemic added extra challenges to our wedding, but thanks to Ro, the planning went off perfectly, and my husband and I were able to have the wedding of our dreams! She connected us with incredible vendors, managed all of the contracts and timelines, and made the day of the most special and relaxing experience. If problems occurred, my husband and I were made unaware of them the entire time, they were solved without us needing to do a thing.
About six months out from our wedding, we even needed to change our wedding date to the weekend before because a racing event that had been postponed by covid was rescheduled and interfered with our wedding, and Ro handled every aspect of that situation.
At every wedding post ours, our wedding has come up as the ideal event, and that is thanks to Ro’s hard work.
It is impossible to express all of the ways Ro goes above and beyond for her clients, but she is truly wonderful as a planner and makes you feel as though each detail of your event is important and and every concern is valid. You will not find a better event planner around!

m wedding. We are very happy that we chose her and we couldn’t imagine having anyone to experience our journey with us. She is very detailed, punctual, precise, and she does everything in her power to make sure your wedding is exactly what you envision. Not to mention her personality is wonderful and she was a true blessing in our lives. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we have Rolanda and her team to thank for that. The name of the business is “vision into reality events” and boy did she do just that. I highly recommend Ro she did such a fantastic job with my wedding that I will absolutely be referring her and using her for any of my future parties and hands-down she is the best wedding planner there is!!! There are not enough words to express our gratitude for her job well done! Thank you again for your hard work and just being you

s uncertain and she made sure that we signed on with vendors who would be fair if we needed to postpone... which we did.
But let me tell you, this lady gave me the wedding of my DREAMS within my budget! She made things work, found my dream venue, got all my visions into the room and found the perfect vendors to fit our vibe. Literally vision into reality.
My wedding was absolutely stress free from beginning to the end because of Ro. In our first meeting I told her "these are my ideas, I just want to show up" and Ro took that and executed, but also made sure we had input on decisions that would make our wedding ours.
Ro became part of our people the day we hired her, and I am forever thankful to her for making every detail stress free and perfect!
We can't say enough good things about our experience with Ro! Working with Ro was a breeze! When we contacted Ro we were in over our heads, planning a wedding is never easy and the...
se last few years have been exceptionally tricky for planning. We like many went through a reschedule and many questions about masks and protocols. With our families not being from the area, having a local to help guide us through every step of the process was incredible.
Words I would use to describe Ro- detail-oriented, energetic, organized, kindhearted, and all around someone you would be lucky to have on your side. Our day wouldn't have been the same without her help coordinating our wedding and all of the details leading up.
I would highly recommend hiring Vision into Reality Events to help plan your next day if you are looking for all of your dreams to come true.

I’m so glad I hired her as my wedding coordinator. I would highly recommend Rolanda Hardy; she is fantastic!

ight, talent, attention to the smallest of details made me look and my husband look amazing. She is the real deal. I can't thank her enough. The vendors she works with had the same level of professionalism. She works hard to make you feel special, to make you feel that for that moment, you are her only concern. Never rushed, always attended to. Every call, email and point of contact was genuine and without time restrictions. I love her....! planner, you also get a friend. Due to the pandemic, the whole process lasted almost two years and Ro was with us every step of the way, providing valuable advice and direction. She was always calm and resourceful even when we had to move our date, and had last minute vendor cancellations. She understood my vision from the first moment we spoke on the phone, and throughout the whole process she ensured that I never compromised on the things I thought were important for my wedding day. She is a sweetheart who loves her job and you can tell from how involved and dedicated she is to her clients. Ro ensured my wedding day was perfect and well executed. I literally was not worried at all throughout the day because I trusted Ro had everything under control, which she did! She did an amazing job working with the vendors to ensure that the decorations for the ceremony and receptions were perfect. Everything that day was fantastic!! Ro is truly the best and I highly recommend her and Vision Into Reality Events!!
My wife and I had changed our wedding date 3x before finally settling on 12-12-21. When knew regardless of what was going on in the world we were going to make that day our day. We...
were nervous about the many hurdles and challenges that laid ahead of us but it all subsided once we hired Rolanda! From Day 1 we truly knew Rolanda made OUR day, her day as well. She was caring, thoughtful, honesty and invested EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. She took time with us, she laughed with us, and she in turn became part of our Family! Our day is as much hers and if you are looking for someone to be that guiding light and go getter to make your day the best day ever, look no further than Rolanda! I’d get married again if it meant Rolanda would be the ring leader running the show!
Ro is an absolute dream to work with. She was heaven sent and completely instrumental in seeing my wedding planning through to fruition. We met Ro after our engagement in 2019 and ...
planned for a 2020 wedding. Ro not only stood by us through 3 pandemic scheduling dates but genuinely supported, cheered, and cared for us through this experience until October 2021; when we were finally able to have our ceremony. The only thing grander than the service and support that Ro provides is her heart. My wife and I are beyond grateful for having had the absolute privilege of having met Ro. She is professional, incredibly detailed and thorough, a fearless advocate for the wedding couple, and an incredibly resourceful problem solver. She goes above and beyond to support and coach a couple through the process and normalizes typical as well as unusual headaches, obstacles, and the occasional family/friend dynamics that can present throughout the wedding planning process. She is a gift to the industry and a dear friend, who knows not only how to make a bride feel special but a groom feel pretty special too
We hired Rolanda to be our day of coordinator through a recommendation from a friend who got married the same year. She was amazing and went above and beyond for us. She connected ...
us to our amazing photographer and DJ and she even helped me troubleshoot a number of vendor logistics issues and proposed solutions that worked. On our wedding day we felt truly relaxed because we knew Ro had everything well under control and our wedding was on time and everything moved smoothly on schedule. Even though she has a large book of clients and events we always felt like a priority. My only regret is not hiring Rolanda for the full planning package because she is worth it!!!
Ro was wonderful to work with and made sure my big day went off without a hitch! Thank you Ro for all your help!

sked for a more dedicated visionary, working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The flow and execution of the day did not provide us with any worries or stress. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special! Rolanda leading her company Vision into Reality Events has a gift and those who experience her become richer because of it.
Rolanda was absolutely fantastic. She helped us plan our wedding in 6 months during COVID when restrictions were still all over the place. Originally we planned an outdoor mirco-we...
dding (since that was the only thing allowed at the time). But as restrictions got lifted, we were then able to expand our wedding! She scheduled my dress, venue and vendor appointments quickly and efficiently and helped manage my stress throughout the process. She was very honest about what was realistic with our budget and would tell us what price range was reasonable for various wedding items. Rolanda also recommended the most amazing photographer, florist and bridal shop. Additionally, she handled the coordination and details with the DJ, photo booth, and other vendors. I can honestly say that I could not and would not have planned a wedding without Rolanda. My husband absolutely loved her too and she helped made our day absolutely perfect and stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone for an event!
I cannot say enough good things about Vision into Reality Events and its owner Rolanda Hardy. She made my daughter’s wedding day perfect. She made the wedding planning stress free ...
for me. She kept me in the loop with the planning details, but her help allowed me to avoid micromanaging the event. She listens and works cooperatively with the bride and groom to ensure that she understand their ideas and helps them transform them into a memorable wedding.
She thought of everything. No detail was too small and she solved issues before they could become problems. Rolanda and her team are the consummate professionals. She provides the highest level of organization and customer service. Her list of preferred vendors is excellent.

Events has been the MOST attentive, compassionate, understanding and helpful coordinating team I have ever dealt with (I have dealt with a lot of coordinators through other weddings I have been a part of as a bridesmaid). Rolanda specifically would constantly check in, help wrangle all of the vendors, contracts, etc. when it came to postponing. Trying to navigate getting married during COVID has been an absolute nightmare, however Vision Into Reality Events made it so stress-free and I am forever grateful. If you want someone who cares about your big day as much as you do, you cannot go wrong or find better than Vision Into Reality Events.

ow great she has been. From the beginning she has been fantastic .
She started with a lot of communication and has been consistent throughout the experience thus far.
I honestly had a hard time giving her any control but I'm glad I did. Especially when I had to postpone my wedding with only 3 weeks before the date dur to COVID-19. I was so stressed out and as soon as I let Ro know she handled it. She took the biggest weight off my shoulders and made the process of changing my date so easy. I am so glad we met her. If you're thinking about hiring her, just do it, you won't regret it.

didn’t know we needed to ask. Ro coordinated with our venue, our vendors, hair and makeup. Because of her professionalism and expertise the weeks and days leading up to our special day were carefree. A few weeks before the wedding I Ro made sure all vendors communicated with her only. It was great! I honestly didn’t have to worry about anything. On the day of I was able to sit back, relax, get glammed, get married and enjoy our special day. Thank you for providing us with such phenomenal service!
I'm the Mother of the bride and I can honestly say that hiring Ro (Rolanda) was one of the best decisions we made! So precise and detailed, Ro knew every vendors name and number. W...
hat time they were arriving and what they were delivering. She knew who was getting their make up and hair done and how long it would take to ensure no one would delay the photographer. I'm serious!! She is that detailed! Ro had a timeline for every detail of the wedding from the photography, church ceremony and what guest would be doing when the bridal party was taking pictures etc. Ro is so easy going too! Everyone at the Mission Inn knows and loves her. Any request Ro had they were so kind and attentive to oblige. No one said no to Ro! i.e during the wedding rehearsal it was important for us to have a communion table up front. There wasn't one in the chapel. Ro immediately worked with staff and before we new it we had a perfect round table with a nice covering. Ro even stood late on the night of the rehearsal because she wanted to make sure everything my daughter envisioned for her wedding ceremony would be done. Needless to say everything ran seamless. I think my husband and I danced to every song played that night. We enjoyed every moment of the wedding because we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ro had everything under control! For my daughter and son in law, their wedding day truly was their dream come true. Thank you Ro, we will forever be grateful.

inding some of the remaining vendors that we needed. I would send over quotes or contracts, and Rolanda immediately responded with her recommendations and additional questions to ask the vendors. I loved that whenever we had a question, Rolanda was a call or text away. She is very knowledgeable about the ENTIRE wedding process. When Rolanda went on our venue walkthrough, she asked questions that we didn't even realize needed to be asked! Having her with us definitely made the process and wedding day such a breeze. She is awesome at what she does, and is highly recommended!

We are forever grateful for all her services. Thanks Ro.
