We reached out to David in March of 2023 to do video of my daughter's wedding in November of the same year. We sent a $1,000 deposit in early April. He arrived with his son the morning of the wedding upon which I had to pay him immediately before he started to do anything-And he received another $3500. He was extremely pushy and obnoxious and did not want to listen to a lot of our suggestions but That is not the issue at hand I think he just has a very different type of personality than we all do. He was everywhere and I know my daughter was starting to get annoyed because we were losing the spontaneity. We were promised a little clip synopsis of the wedding the very next day but it did not come. On the 15th of November he did email the little clip but in order to download it the site wanted $399. He then reformatted it and he had my daughters name as Mia instead of Nina. Now the fun begins. Heard nothing from him so we reached out in March about the wedding video- we were told we would have it by the end of the month, We continued to reach out every two weeks. I would text, my daughter would send emails. He did respond promising us the world and even claimed that he had left a thumbnail video in our mailbox. Would you put a little thumbnail in someone's mailbox and not tell them you were doing that? Anyway he has promised us promised us promised us -we have even asked for the uncut version and figured we would cut our losses. We were promised definately the end of May. I am so fed up I am going to file a claim with a department of consumer affairs which I told him I would do. He has $4500 of our hard earned money and we have nothing. The little quick was never able to be downloaded and we can't even see it anymore. It has been 6 months!
