We just had our wedding reception at Visions of Greatness last Saturday, May 3 with about 150 guests (married in a church beforehand). This place is absolutely incredible. I know s...
ome people don’t like the all-inclusive type of wedding where they provide food and drink vendors, but it was the absolute best wedding food I’ve ever had, the staff is incredible (Melinda is the venue coordinator and she’s amazing), and you will also not find a better venue. They have an entire room and shipping containers full of decorations that they allow you to use for no extra charge, linen room full of a bunch of different color linens - no extra charge. They do all set up and tear down even if you bring in extra decorations you just tell them where you want them and they will put them out and also pack them up for you to pick up at your convenience. Outside of food and alcohol you are allowed to bring in your own vendors, but they do offer some optional in house entertainment options including a DJ, band, and quartet of singers. We used their DJ and everyone raved about how good he was as well. Do not let their low price fool you, this place is top notch and it’s better than weddings I’ve been to that were double the price. My wife and I still can’t stop raving about how incredible they all were to work with. They went above and beyond in any way and we more than once said “wait, you’ll seriously take care of that for us for no extra charge?”
We booked Visions of Greatness at the Blind Center of Nevada with our total of 55 guests and I'm so glad we did. Melinda & Megan are the coordinators and they have an amazing team....
They catered the food, baked the cake, and included the DJ. The food was top tier, five star restaurant quality food. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about it and although we ate a lot, I wish we took some home! We had a cream cheese filled, funfetti, naked cake with fruit and flowers - it was delicious and a true stunner! We also collaborated with them on colors and features during the planning process. They worked so incredibly hard and you can fully tell they put their hearts and souls into making our wedding so special for us. We really couldn't have chosen a better team to share this experience with. They truly made our night. It should be noted that we live in New Jersey and did all of the planning via long distance. We never actually saw any of the space we booked before we arrived in Vegas. We solely trusted our Melinda and Megan and were not disappointed.
