The venue itself is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! The facility is very well kept and gorgeous. We had a wonderful experience with Kelley and the rest of the Vista Cielo Rosa staff. They were all very helpful and friendly! They answered all of our questions and helped our day run smoothly and beautifully.

Our wedding at Vista Cielo Rosa was absolutely perfect!! Kelley and her team were so awesome the weekend of the wedding. Her communication and responsiveness was great the entire year leading up to the wedding. She is the sweetest! Oh and not to mention the venue is gorgeous! I would highly recommend Vista Cielo Rosa!

The venue it’s self is absolutely gorgeous and she keeps it in tip top shape! In my opinion, it is the best venue in the San Angelo area with its great price point and great amenities!

This was an absolute dream. Kelly was so kind and accommodating. She let me reach out with anything I needed ad if we had been friends forever. I had a prefect stress free day because of it and I cannot be more thankful. The venue is so beautiful. We got the best photos and so many compliments. This venue is amazing! The events coordinator (Kelley) and her team are absolutely phenomenal. My wedding was gorgeous; sunset views, natural beauty, and the reception hall itself had a farmhouse charm! Definitely 10/10 recommend for any bride who loves a country aesthetic.

My husband and I got married here in May 2021, and I am SO happy I chose Vista Cielo Rosa for our wedding venue! The scenery, landscaping, and event building is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for any wedding theme/decor that you can imagine. There are several ceremony location options to choose from, which lessens the stress for any bad weather that may occur on your big day. Rain was in the forecast on our wedding day, and there was a plan B ceremony location ready to go just in case (luckily we didn't have to use it). Kelley was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the whole planning process. I highly recommend using Kelley as your day of coordinator. The day of our wedding went as smooth as it could have possibly went! The goal for me was to be stress free, and because of Kelley, I was exactly that! I was really able to just take in all the joy and excitement of getting married and live in the moment instead of worrying about every detail. I also highly recommend staying in the Night Nest the night before your big day. It was so incredibly nice and convenient to just wake up and start getting ready right there at the venue. It definitely lessened the stress of travelling with all your important things and fearing of forgetting something. It also gives you a chance to spend some quality time with loved ones before the big day. We have gotten so many compliments (even many months later) on how beautiful our wedding was and that was all thanks to Vista Cielo Rosa! I highly recommend this place for all future brides!

To start off, the venue is absolutely beautiful and was what my dream envisioned for my special day. The day turned out PERFECT. I hired Kelley as the day of coordinator, and to say it was well worth it. Kelley assured to make sure everything was in place prior to the ceremony/reception starting. She also kept everything on a running schedule. It allowed me, and my friends/family to enjoy the day and not to have to worry about anything. She helped decorate, cut the cake for guest, kept everything on a schedule, and made sure the cutlery, napkins, etc was stocked for guest. The day was perfect, stress free and absolutely beautiful and I would forever recommend Vista Cielo Rosa to anyone getting married.

I could not say enough good things about Kelley, the owner, and her staff and beautiful venue. First of all the venue is GORGEOUS and second, she and her staff are the most professional, kind, well oiled machine when it comes to the wedding business. They have it all down! I was in communication with Kelley throughout the year and a half of wedding planning I did and she was always easy to contact and so nice and helpful. I was sure I was bugging her with my millions of questions but she never made me feel that way and helped in every way she could! I wish I could go back and relive that day and if I could do it all over again this venue is the first thing I would book! If you’re looking at this venue, seriously, don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it, I promise.

Vista Cielo Rosa was the perfect venue and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing it! Kelley was EXCELLENT in communicating in a clear and timely fashion from the moment we expressed interest to after the big day! She is very sweet and cared so much about making everything look just how we wanted. She’s full of helpful ideas on how to maximize the space and make it look it’s best. Also, they have lots of rental furniture items that really simplified what we had to bring ourselves from town. Also, we rented the nest for the night before and it was so convenient to wake up and already be there! It was simply perfect!

I can’t say enough how beautiful and perfect this venue was for our special day! It truly gives you a hill country feel in the middle of West Texas and is so stunning from the fire place , outdoor ceremony area , and the indoor barn. The Nest and grooms men rooms were absolutely perfect for getting ready and hanging out. Kelly is also amazing , she was so helpful in giving recommendations for vendors and helping the day of the wedding. I loved that I was able go so simple on decorating due to the venue itself already being so beautiful 😍 I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone getting married. My wedding wouldn’t have been the dream wedding it was without it 💕

If you are thinking about booking this venue for your wedding, I would recommend doing it now rather than later because it’s too beautiful of a venue to pass up. I had an October wedding and it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend going with the same day coordinator package. It’s so worth it!

Kelley was super friendly right off the bat. We took got to see the entire venue when looking. And every time we met happened to be after a wedding so I got to see it set-up differently every time. Kelley was always prompt to respond (email or text). I like clarification and would send novels (poor girl) and every question was answered! Everyone was always so kind. It was a beautiful venue. Lots of sites to choose from to make sure your day is how you want it. I didn’t have to jump through any hoops to get what I wanted.

Vista Cielo Rosa was the absolute perfect venue for our special day! The view from the altar is breathtaking, the barn is gorgeous with the warm lights from the chandeliers, and the covered pavilion was the perfect shady spot for guests to let their kiddos run around outside. We stayed in the Night Nest the night before the big day, and it was SO much fun; my girls and I had the best time together and it was so convenient not to have to travel to the salon the next day! Kelley is the BEST you could ask for! She was there every step of the way: she had excellent recommendations, she was upfront about everything we needed to know, and she was so much help the day of the wedding. I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding along with Kurt Hoffmaster out at this venue and I must say...STUNNING location! A photographers dream! All the staff were amazing to work with and made the whole wedding day run smoothly. This is definitely a must see and needs to be at the top of your list for your event! The view alone makes this venue the most perfect place but when you put the view along with the sunset...breathtaking! 5 stars for sure!!! I will recommend this venue to all my friends and family!

Vista Cielo Rosa was excellent. Kelley was there whenever we needed her and her staff was great. Our wedding weekend happened to blow in quite the storm. Snapping tree branches, breaking benches, debris everywhere, and a power outage throughout the town. Throughout all of the mishaps Kelley and her staff kicked butt and worked incredibly hard to make our day beautiful. We received such wonderful feedback from family and friends on how lovely and beautiful the venue was. We highly recommend Vista Cielo Rosa!

Vista Cielo Rosa is an incredible venue for any occasion, especially a wedding! The setup and tear down is easy as the venue provides tables and linens. Kelley is extremely easy to work with and is dedicated to giving brides the wedding of their dreams. We are so thankful we chose this beautiful venue! We were looking for something that allowed a suitable inclement weather plan, and this was just the place! You never know when the wind will pick up, the temperature will rise or fall drastically, or the rain should grace you with its presence... therefore, having a venue that allowed us to have the gorgeous outdoor (over the hill, at sunset, under beautiful trees) wedding we always dreamed of met the reality of possibly needing to move the ceremony indoors without losing a touch of the design and beauty! This is the perfect place for that! Every bit of this venue from the entrance to the bridal suite... to the gorgeous and functional pavilion or spacious and welcoming barn... adds to the event and creates the best backdrop for your special day!

One of the nicest venues of anywhere near the San Angelo area. Easy to get to, just a short 20 minute drive from San Angelo. The décor is light and airy, plenty of seating for any size party. An upstairs bridal room from a balcony overlooking the entire room, perfect for tossing the bouquet. Modern wet bar area, climate control for all seasons, a beautiful outdoor chapel, outside patio, lots of parking, this is truly a magnificent wedding and reception location.

I attended a retreat hosted at Vista Cielo Rosa and it was an amazing location. There are beautiful indoor and outdoor areas as well as a great suite with beds, a makeup/hair prep station, and a wonderful bar area. If you are looking for a place to hold an event or wedding-- call Kelley today!
