took no responsibility, only giving excuses and spewing sailing conditions. His apology was not genuine and lacked empathy. His crew was not trained in emergency situations as guests had to direct a young crew to disperse life preservers, help with an evacuation of an injuries party and provide triage aid to the injured. The wedding planner/GM poorly organized the event such as; offering two choices of wine when promised five, failed to stock the bar properly, did not complete the decorating, failed to hand out meal cards resulting in incorrect entrees served, poorly cleaned bathroom facilities, etc.

nce. That’s not to say it feels impersonal or scripted. Every second of the wedding was a blast, from boarding, to finally docking. We were initially worried that 4 hours on a boat would seem like a long time for some people, but honestly we were all surprised and a little sad when it came to an end. All of the staff aboard the boat was extremely professional and were very nice at every occasion! Everything went perfect! The partners they have for catering, entertainment, and decor were all fantastic as well. Because of the package deals, there really isn’t a whole lot to worry about from the planning perspective, which really reduced the stress of wedding planning. We wish we could personally thank every individual who was on board with us during our wedding for contributing to such an amazing experience!

detail. I merely had to arrive. Everything was taken care of both before and after. Our officiant, Mary Fox, was wonderful. She was bubbly and performed our ceremony with such enthusiasm. Captain Mike was wonderful. He even let my new husband steer the boat. He was quite happy with that great honor. The day could not have been more perfect. The crew, food, atmosphere, and decor made our wedding on Lake Superior spectacular. If I could I would give the Vista Fleet wedding package a 100 star review!
