Vital Event Group

d went above and beyond for us. We are forever grateful for him! 10/10.

al Events did an amazing job at getting our guests involved and gently encouraging them to take photos/leave us video messages. Truly 10/10 - Vital Events will be our go-to for our next event, already looking forward to working with Seth again :)

at we had to find someone that would complement what we were looking for. We did have meetings with numerous DJs but no one's mixes really compared to Seth. He was a little bit over our budget but he was worth every single penny and we would hire him again anytime! Seth was incredibly warm and welcome from the very beginning. He clearly showed that he knew what he was doing and his confidence was reassuring to us during the hectic wedding planning. He has a huge added plus of allowing us to pick out our entire song list for ceremony and reception, which was important to us as we had a specific playlist in mind. He gave us the option of only playing from our list or having him add his own flare. Having these options to choose from was great for us to make sure we got the vibes we wanted for our wedding. His MC skills also kept our reception lively, fun, and organized. My parents were even impressed despite their language barrier at his ability to keep the party going. We would recommend Seth a thousand times over, for his professional, comforting, and confident personality. Thank you Seth!!

the weddings we've attended. He was super easy to work with during the entire process, quick to understand our needs and preferences (for example, understanding the perfect balance of including specific songs we wanted played, and then using his own discretion to mix in similar songs based off of the songs we provided), and very professional. During the actual event, he did an amazing job of reading the dance floor and picking the right song at the right time. He also does an amazing job of knowing just how much of a song to play before transitioning to the next, and knows how to make the transitions themselves sound good. He provides an entirely different and much better experience compared to other DJs who might just come in with a relatively fixed playlist and play each song in its entirety. We also recommended Seth to our friends who ended up using him for their wedding. That one was also lit. Last thing I'll note is Seth does a great job MC'ing as well. He's very professional and knows how to command guests' attention without overdoing it and being intrusive, which can sometimes happen with other MCs. We highly recommend Vital Event Group!

ed the wedding venue and its layout so that he could ask us what our thoughts were on setup/DJ location placement etc. Our second meeting was then focused on how to set up the wedding playlist using the Vibo app. The app is fantastic, and an excellent way to keep track of the songs you wish to have played at certain time points (bridal processional, grand entrance, pre-ceremony, etc.). In the app you can request starting timepoints and leave extra notes for Seth to look over weeks before the wedding. Aside from these aspects, Seth went above and beyond to help us with other non-music related aspects of the wedding such as our wedding slideshow (that he helped give us step by step instructions so that the quality of the slideshow would be good for when it was projected on the wall of venue). He also created a mashup for my husband to dance with his mom ("Dance with me" mixed with "Just Dance"; it was amazing!). Even during the week of the wedding, when I had a mini-freak out, he was so kind and understanding. In the end, I 100% recommend Seth (and Matt too! He was at the Photo Booth, and he was so kind and was ready to help folks if any technical help was needed)! Seth's team is professional, kind, and has great attention to detail; if you can, book DJ Seth and his team for your wedding!

dance party! So many of my guests came up to me complimenting him! Definitely amazing to work with, and gets in the details as well!

is professionalism really shined through during our planning process, and we received infinite compliments on how great his DJ style was from our guests. Would HIGHLY recommend the Vital Event Group for all your event/wedding needs!

We couldn’t be happier with how it all went and would highly recommend to anyone!

lso, the photo booth was probably one of the best quality photo booths that I’ve used. We also used up lights that were included with our package- they made the world of difference in the space we used. 10/10 would recommend for any important event!

ensuring all our questions were answered thoroughly. He also ran the photobooth, which was a huge hit! The high-quality images gave us and our guests fun keepsakes to remember the night. Tyler, our DJ, was absolutely amazing! He kept the dance floor packed all night, creating an unforgettable energy that had our guests dancing from start to finish. The uplighting they provided transformed our reception space, adding a beautiful ambiance that elevated the entire experience. Beyond their amazing services, the team was a dream to work with—helping us fine-tune our timeline, making seamless music adjustments on the fly, and ensuring everything flowed effortlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the service Vital Event Group provided and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a professional, fun, and stress-free wedding entertainment experience!

incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. He took the time to understand our musical preferences and the vibe we wanted for our special day. During the wedding, Seth was simply amazing! His upbeat energy kept the dance floor packed all night long. He seamlessly blended our favorite songs with crowd-pleasers, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time. His ability to read the room and adjust the music accordingly was impressive. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much fun they had, and a big part of that is thanks to Seth. If you're looking for a DJ who will make your event unforgettable, look no further. We highly recommend Vital Group for any occasion. Thank you for making our wedding day so special!

using him again for our next party!

to help make the party really fun!

ighly recommend!

io and light setup that made the dance floor pop. He was so collaborative and helpful with all vendors, and truly brought the energy and good vibes! You're lucky if you get Seth as your DJ to your event! I

ning process and wedding day.  He seamlessly guided us through the wedding process of things we needed to consider and had a helpful app to actually plan the playlist for the event.  Although I'm the typical EDM person, I do enjoy R&B and pop songs, especially to cater to my wedding guests who may not always enjoy the hard hits. I put together the playlist but Seth added other songs that worked really well had great transitions and flow to all the songs. Many of my guests (and even my mom!) enjoyed the music and his DJ style. I couldn't help but hit the dancefloor more than I probably should have that night :) Thank you Seth for helping us celebrate our special day!

g I had with them they got me more hyped and excited, which is exactly what you want from a DJ. And the Photo Booth we booked through them was a huge hit. The photo quality was out of this world, even in the dark. Thank you Vital Event Group!

his sound system and his ability to mix the selected soundtrack live. Seth is very communicative. In our first meeting with Seth, it was already immediately apparent that he was very experienced and very passionate about making our wedding day special and everything that we wanted it to be. We felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing, and on the day of the wedding he executed flawlessly. As for the preparation work, Seth schedules multiple meetings with you leading up to your wedding day which eases a lot of the nerves heading into busy planning season. Seth also has an app that you can download on your phone which is awesome because it allows you to edit details of your wedding day timeline and playlist on-the-go as we were making decisions during the planning months. On the day of the wedding, Seth came prepared having downloaded all the music that we talked about ahead of time and he kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT (over 3 hours). Seth responded to the audience and was able to mix a variety of genres that we had requested (like country, pop, spanish music, musical songs, etc) over various sets across the evening. He also coordinated our photo booth which was a nice touch that all the guests really enjoyed and had a second person stationed there for help all night. We couldn't recommend Seth enough to other couples who are in need of a DJ! Thank you, Seth!

process so much fun. He helped us pick out the perfect songs, really took the time to understand our vision, and was incredibly attentive to our wants and needs. Also the app he uses during the planning process is so easy/organized and made such a difference in the entire process! Our wedding incorporated both Indian and American traditions, and Seth flawlessly blended the two cultures with the music and vibe throughout the day. He even brought in a saxophonist and pianist, which added such a unique touch! On the day of the wedding, Seth showed his true professionalism by quickly adapting when we had to change the locations for our ceremony and cocktail hour. He pivoted without missing a beat, making sure everything ran smoothly. The reception was an absolute blast, and we owe so much of that to Seth. He set the vibe high, read the room like a pro, and made sure the music was always spot on. His MC’ing was perfect, and the energy he created was just amazing. We cannot recommend Seth enough to anyone planning their wedding! Thank you, Seth, for making our day ABSOLUTELY UNFORGETTABLE.

th Emmett's work. Music was really high on our list of priorities for our wedding and, honestly, we couldn't be happier. Personally, I wanted to make sure the music felt like more than just a playlist running and Emmett's mixing did just that. My husband and I were having some trouble with pinpointing exact songs we wanted played so we talked to Emmett about a certain vibe we wanted and artists we liked. He worked with that and perfected the whole evening, from the pre-ceremony music through the reception. Seth was so incredibly organized and helpful leading up to the event which we were so grateful for. Having a vendor that we could trust was priceless!! They also invited us to an app where we could answer questions and add music to that was really helpful. I'd honestly recommend Vital Event Group to anyone!!

t Seth, but for the sake of brevity, I'll stick to certain qualities that really stood out for me. Seth was very time efficient when we were planning for the wedding. There's a million things to do when leading up to a wedding, that I really appreciated how efficient Seth communicated, listened to our requests, and executed our vision on our big day. On the day of the wedding, Seth was fully prepared in attire and professionalism. He wore a big smile throughout the whole day, and had a energy level that matched the energy of our wedding. Seth also showed great flexibility throughout the day. As with all wedding, the schedule that is planned for the day of often has delayed due to various reasons. Seth was masterfully able to keep the energy level that we were looking for with no awkward pauses throughout the day due to other scheduling issues that occurred. Overall, we were super pleased with Seth. If we need a DJ for any future event, we would definitely use Seth again. If you hire Seth, prepare for a great DJ!

m the planning process through the wedding day itself. Between an intro call, emails, and a planning app, we shared our vision for the wedding, and we could tell Seth was listening and reacting to what we had to say (vs some wedding DJ's we've seen who seem to be going through the motions and playing the same songs they always do). We always felt like we were in good hands. On the wedding day, Seth did a great job of playing a variety of songs that appealed to different age groups and kept people on the dance floor, while steadily building up the energy through the night to more of a party vibe. He weaved our song selections together in interesting ways and was super receptive to a few special requests we had. We also rented a photobooth, and while we didn't get to spend much time there as bride & groom, our guests seemed to enjoy it from the uploaded pictures we saw. Again, Seth was accommodating as we designed a printout tailored to our wedding aesthetic.

ple and fun. Not to mention he had an incredible dance floor suggestion that will forever be etched in our memories as the entire party went crazy.

o life. Seth’s pre-event process included multiple meetings and check-ins. Every time we met with him, our stress levels surrounding the event planning went down. The app that he uses to organize the process was intuitive and helpful in creating our vision. On top of that, Seth helped us with a few add-ons, including uplighting and a photo booth, which were both huge hits with our guests. On top of being a great DJ, Seth is a kind, caring person and an absolute professional. Our day would not have been the same without him and we are grateful to have been able to party with him!

to make our camera shy guests feel relaxed and comfortable! Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

ve and helpful. He guided us through the entire process with ease, and together we crafted our perfect playlist. Seth flawlessly executed every song and transitioned between tracks seamlessly. Even some of our friends who are DJs themselves were impressed by his skill, selections, and smooth transitions. On top of that, I can really see he enjoys his craft! As an MC, Seth brought an energy and aura to our wedding that elevated the atmosphere. He knew exactly how to engage with our guests and keep the momentum going throughout the whole night. I know that any wedding that Seth DJs and MCs will be lucky to have him and be well taken care of!

g to your needs. We had two meetings with him, and during those times, he ensured that we knew how to utilize the app he uses. Extremely simplified and has a timeline built in for optimal use. It can pull music from Spotify and YouTube, as well as a few other sources. He also made sure to understand exactly what type of wedding we wanted, and built the playlist accordingly. During the entire wedding (ceremony and reception), he had perfect timing when it came to song transitions, and knew exactly when to play what. When making announcements, he could easily grab everyone's attention and brought up the energy even more so! And most importantly, he knows how to get a crowd onto the dance floor and keep them dancing all night long! He is AMAZING!! Shout out to Cody who assisted with the photobooth! Awesome pictures!

up a virtual call with him. He was recommended to us as a preferred vendor through our venue, so we gave it a shot. Once we conducted the interview we knew right away, he was IT. He was very responsive through the ENTIRE way. He provides great add-on options at a great price. We selected his uplighting & picture booth package & the guest absolutely loved every minute of it. Seth was highly organized, professional & attentive. He even provided us with his own app to fill in our music with a timeline template. He exceeded our expectations by a long shot, and we would use him time & time again if needed for any event. The app can feel overwhelming at first, but Seth reiterated to us to just fill in a couple of blanks on our music and he will take it from there, and so he did. My wife & I were on the dance floor ALL night along with our guest, he created an amazing environment for all who attended, and we really could not have asked for more. Thank you again Seth, you truly made our wedding day incredibly special to us!

o a great job!! He had a wonderful app that we used to upload all of our songs and our music was really tailored to us. Our guests loved the music and we loved hearing all the songs we picked. Seth had great advice and knew what songs to play at exactly the right time. It was important that the music fit our personalities and were songs people would actually enjoy and dance to. Our guests commented on how great the music was. It was exactly what we wanted!

s before the wedding to tie up all loose ends and really bring our vision to life. His app for organizing all of our songs and timeline was super helpful and easy to use. Now on to the wedding day! Seth did all of our music and MCing, from the ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception. It all went perfectly! We had a really fun dance party. I 100% recommend Vital Event Group to anyone looking for a DJ

ving the perfect atmosphere accompanied by music was of utmost importance. Seth exceeded all of our expectations. He has the most amazing setlist that perfectly matches the energy we wanted to portray. He is easy to work with and works directly alongside you to ensure your vision comes to life. Our dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night - from start to finish. People of all backgrounds and generations had an absolute blast, from our youngest 6-month-old guest to our 97-year-old grandmother. Seth reads the room incredibly well. He knew exactly when to cut a song a little shorter and when to let songs play out. As an emcee, he is articulate and captivating, without being too over the top as you see with some DJs. He saw his role as the facilitator of the evening and that is exactly what he did.  In addition to his DJ services, we booked Seth's photobooth which was a BLAST. The quality of the photos was amazing. At the end of the night, the photobooth attendant noticed that my husband and I never got a photo just me and him in the booth - so he quickly pulled us aside before packing up to make that happen. The whole team truly went above and beyond. We felt so heard, validated, and loved by them in this process. I can say with absolute certainty our wedding day would not have been as amazing as it was without Seth and his team.

ttable atmosphere. The dance floor was always alive, and his song choices were spot on. He played a significant role in making our special day even more memorable. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

one had a blast dancing and we received many compliments on the job Seth did. Thanks for helping make the day special!

we immediately trusted him and felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. A true professional who takes his job seriously. We hired Seth because we read reviews from other mixed race couples who said he blended music from all cultures perfectly. It was important to us that he honor both cultures, while keeping everyone on the dance floor all night. I also had a very specific request for him, that the music be "clean" and free of any disrespectful and derogatory lyrics towards women, and he FULLY embraced that request. I'm not exaggerating when I say that our very diverse crowd stayed on the dance floor ALL NIGHT (me and hubs included). All songs were mixed flawlessly, no awkward pauses in between. What an amazing party, and Seth gets a huge part of that credit. A text message from one of our guests: "I went to a wedding in Lake Arrowhead. It was boring. DJ was no bueno. Your guy had all the tunes dialed in. Bad Ass!" Your guests will remember a boring DJ. Do not skimp on the Entertainment! Seth is your guy! 15/10 Seth, we can't thank you enough! Talin & Tomas

ed promptly to emails and walked us through all the details on Zoom. He also has a super helpful custom phone app for organizing both the timeline and song playlists. And most importantly, we had full and complete trust in Seth's DJ abilities---we just told him the vibe of music we like, and he took it from there. And boy did he deliver. Our family and friends packed the dance floor the entire night because Seth knew how to play to the crowd. On the fly, he even included the song from my best man's toast speech. We would recommend Seth in a heartbeat to any friend or family of ours looking for a DJ!

wedding, we rated what was the most important to us that would make our wedding special and memorable...music being one of them. We started browsing around early on in the process, researched and interviewed with many bands and DJ's and came across Seth Vital as a recommended vendor from our venue. Not only did we instantly connect, but he lived up to the high expectation we had for our music. HE KILLED IT!! We got SO many compliments from our guests...whom some actually work in the music industry. From the very beginning, Seth worked with my husband and I and helped curate a set tone for the wedding. He provides an app that makes it easy to add songs that you like or dislike in order to make the wedding truly YOU. The transitions, the variety of genres, the flow, was ALL seamlessly in line with our expected tone of the night. Seth is not only a great DJ but a great person. We highly recommend Seth for your wedding. He will listen and provide you the best experience for the most special day of your lives. It was the greatest pleasure working with Seth Vital and we will refer him to all our loved ones and friends! Thank you, Seth!

ly organized and promptly replied to our emails, calls, and messages. The app he provided made the planning process so easy. He actively listened to my preferences and understood the mood I wanted to set. At the wedding, Seth's ability to read the crowd and adjust the music accordingly was extraordinary, and the transitions between songs were so smooth that it kept the energy high, ensuring the dance floor was never empty. He played the songs I had requested and added his creative flair, blending in unexpected yet delightful tunes that enhanced the overall ambiance. It was evident that he genuinely cared about making my event special and unique. He was also fantastic, making all the necessary announcements and keeping the event flowing smoothly. If you're looking for a DJ who will take your vision and turn it into a dream come true, Seth is an absolute must-have for any event.

DJ the reception, he curated the entire event to make it the best experience for the guests and an unforgettable night for us as newlyweds. We all loved his selection of music and it showed, from cocktail hour to the dance floor. We all know how heavy of a burden weddings can be on the support staff— Seth exceeded our expectations and did it all with a smile on his face. He guided us from start to finish & read our crowd extremely well. He was the one vendor that all our guests could not stop raving about. 100% would recommend for your wedding, or any other event you have.

for planning the exact songs you want at truly every moment of the night. We used a different song for each person/group who walked down the aisle, which we thought would maybe be a bit complicated, but Seth knew exactly what to do and timed them all perfectly. We also wanted a song to play right as we kissed at the end of the ceremony and Seth knew exactly when to start playing it -- it was perfect! So many people came up to us complimenting our choice of DJ -- saying things like, "This is the best music I've ever heard at a wedding!" Safe to say, Seth and his team crushed it 😎 And it really comes across that he truly loves what he does, which is always great to see :) Definitely recommend!

r rocking all night long. From start to finish, he had everyone excited, wishing the night could go on forever. DJ Seth curated a playlist after we used his custom app. His seamless transitions between songs were top notch. We can't thank DJ Seth enough for his dedication and professionalism. His talent and passion transformed our wedding into an unforgettable celebration. If you're looking for a DJ who will make your event exceptional for you and your guests, we wholeheartedly recommend DJ Seth. He exceeded our expectations and left us with memories that will last a lifetime.

g team. From the first meeting, we were impressed by how professional and organized he was. Seth was honest and open about his services and pricing, even giving us honest feedback about his up-lighting vs the venue's. Planning meetings with Seth were easy to schedule online and building our wedding playlist was really easy through the app he used. As for the reception, once the dance floor opened, people never left! Seth took our random assortment of music and built a really great playlist for the night that keep the party going right up until the last song!

ere all on the same page. Seth uses an app where you can link/upload music. This made everything so easy to communicate changes or requests. He also kindly sent us videos from the night.

ors takes time and effort. We are so happy we found him! His professionalism and DJ skills are beyond what we could have asked for. Seth offers such an amazing and organized process that he truly made our party come to life just as we imagined and hoped for. He takes the time and effort to get to know you as a couple, he makes the best recommendations when appropriate, he follows up as promised and executes what you plan with him just as you request. We had a special request for our ceremony in that we really wanted our song to be from our favorite Disney Pixar short film. We weren’t sure if it could be done because of the timing and editing required. Seth literally said “don’t worry I got you” and made it happen!!!:) It was an actual dream come true. What we appreciate the most though, is how easy he was to work with. He was very helpful and he truly is such a kind person! We didn’t have to chase him down with any questions because he is so proactive about giving the best experience to his clients. We could go on and on about how great he is but, point being is - book him now! We promise you won’t regret it!! :)
