Rich was our DJ/MC from Vital Image at our wedding. Rich kept the party going all night long! He was phenominal at keeping the playlist fresh but also making sure all age groups at our wedding had a beat to vibe with. Rich gets it. He also went above and beyond and made a fun remix for my dad and I to dance to as a surprise dance after our father/daughter dance. Rich also told us by the end of the night, everyone would be begging for more. He wasn't wrong! At the end of the night, everyone who stayed until the end chanted for one more song. You will not make a mistake booking Rich at Vital Image for your DJ needs. He made the best day of our lives extraordinary. Thanks for everything, Rich!!

Rich went above and beyond for my daughter's wedding. He has the greatest MC/DJ voice too and kept the crowd on the dance floor. Perfect DJ for a wonderful reception. It just would not have been the same with any other DJ:) Rich communicated directly with our wedding coordinator too, so that was a huge/amazing plus!

Our DJ Chris was phenomenal. He was easy to work with and understanding when we had difficulties pop up in the planning process. He was very professional and had the right vibe for our wedding. After the event we had several friends asking where we found him because he did an outstanding job.

Review for DJ Craig We got married on 9/27/2024 at the Milwaukee Public Museum, and Craig was our DJ for the big day. Communication with Valery before the wedding was great—she was very responsive to any questions I had, and we felt well-prepared after our meeting with Craig about two weeks before the wedding. He seemed confident, and we were excited to work with him. However, on the wedding day, things didn’t go as smoothly. When Craig arrived, he seemed rushed while setting up, likely due to his own time management. Throughout the night, there were moments when he would disappear or pace around, which felt odd, and even other vendors noticed. It was frustrating because, at times, it felt like he was just playing our playlist and stepping away rather than engaging with the event. Craig also seemed to struggle with reading the dance floor. For example, when a slow song wasn’t resonating with the crowd, he followed up with another slow song instead of something upbeat to get people back on their feet. Each time we talked to him during the night, he appeared flustered, though in fairness, there were changes to the timeline due to issues with other vendors that may have contributed to this. Overall, Craig was very nice, but the execution wasn’t quite what we had hoped for.

Our DJ Chris was amazing! We spent hours adding songs to the app for each part of the day and he played everything on cue all at the right time! He played all our must play songs at the reception and was able to play most of our guests requests. He made it almost impossible to leave the dance floor because he kept playing all the hits! When my 86 year old Grandmother made her way to the dance floor, he played her requested song immediately, it meant so much to her! I can’t recommend Chris and Vital Image enough! We had the best experience!

Chris did such a great job making our wedding run smooth and making us and all our guests happy. He even put up with us wanting to still do the outdoor ceremony when it was drizzling. He played so many great songs that we requested and followed our instructions to a T. He also was very thorough in our phone call before and seemed genuinely interested in the small details. Without Chris and his wife being good at what they do, the night would have gone differently. We had a wonderful time, thank you so much.

Dj James Mariscal was a 10/10 at our wedding...personable, responsive, collaborative and attentive. He really offered a sense of relief to me and my bride. If you don't know, anyone that can do that on the wedding day is truly invaluable.

Reviews are not something I normally do but I feel like a review on wedding vendors is a must. There are so many out there and Vital Image deserves to be raved about. When I was looking for photographers I landed on three. Vital Image stood out for two reasons. One: they guaranteed that a photographer would be at your wedding, and two: they offered more than just photography. Looking back at my first reason. You might think well no sh*t they better guarantee a photographer, but here is what I really mean. They have so many photographers to choose from that if for any reason the photographer you chose could no longer work your wedding there would be a backup who had access to all of the information your original photographer talked with you about. This saved me the stress of worry about a photographer who may get sick or have a family emergency or anything else on the wedding day. I was able to look through portfolios and we landed on Mia as our photographer. We provided a second choice too but Mia was amazing and perfect in every way. She helped us feel comfortable, which is hard to do when you don’t enjoy having all the attention on you. As for the second point, Vital Image has more to offer than just photography. We decided to go with them for our entertainment purposes as well. Rich is who we landed on for our DJ. He was wonderful and did everything within his power to keep our wedding timeline on track. He had a big task ahead of him. Emceeing for a wedding with over 330 guests can be daunting. The age range of our guests was enough of a challenge. How do you reach guests as young as 6 (to be fair they tend to dance to anything), teens, young adults, adults, older adults, grandparents? I honestly do not know but Rich sure does. The dance floor had someone on it at all times which is all my husband and I wanted. Rich was quick to respond when we had questions and checked with me for any changes on the day. All in all Vital Image helped keep our wedding day a smooth one and we are forever grateful for that. Oh and an additional shout out to Valery, on of the wedding planners, who worked with me from day one. She helped me to connect with my chosen photographer and DJ. She checked in leading up to the wedding.

We had James as our DJ and we did not have a great experience. After spending hours completing the app that was provided in order to specify the ceremony and reception music, James played the incorrect songs for the ceremony. I was on the verge of tears before walking down the aisle. During the reception, most of the songs that were played were not ones that we selected. When a bridesmaid asked James to go back to the music we selected, he asked me to step into the hallway and told me that the music my husband and I picked was not going to get people dancing, so he needed to improvise. We selected a lot of our music based on guests' requests when they RSVP'd. There were also many inappropriate comments made by James to our bridal party and guests. When I called to tell Vital Image about our experience, I spoke with Trish and she was absolutely lovely! Trish was very apologetic and did all she could to make up for our experience. If it weren't for her, our rating would've been much lower.

Craig did such a wonderful job as our DJ for our wedding! Craig played music for our whole wedding, from ceremony up until last song at midnight! He read our crowd so so well and kept the dance floor busy all night! Everyone continues to tell us how amazing the music was, and how much fun they had on the dance floor! Craig was able to play all of our requests throughout the night and even threw in a few for our guests! I really did love the app they use to allow the couple to customize their whole day and the music to go along with it! It was great to be able to go over all of that with Craig and be on the same page about everything! I would highly recommend working with not only Vital Image, but Craig as your DJ!

Our DJ experience was all we hoped it would be. Rick was social and upbeat plus he read the crowd well. My husband and I had been a bit concerned about finding the right mood / genre to best suit our guests but Rich chose songs to establish moods perfectly. Rich contributed great ideas when we had none and was very receptive to our vision even when unconventional. We are very happy we were paired with Rich and he fit our event and style perfectly.

Paul was hard to work with and probably the hardest vendor for my wedding. He seemed like he didn’t know a lot of things that a typical wedding DJ should know. He didn’t know how to do the Photo Booth that I paid an extra $500 for, and Vital Image has this awesome App you use to put all your songs in to make it easier. Oh but don’t worry because Paul with spend over an hour on the phone confirming that you did indeed pick those songs and you want them at the times you put them in for. Maybe people like that extra confirmation but we knew what we put in and I thought that was the whole point of the app. Literally no one danced at our wedding and spend the time outside on the patio, so kind of a wasted service, but oh well.

We found vital image at a bridal show shortly after getting engaged. Every wedding I have been to before ours I was never impressed with the dj’s. (So that made my process of picking on really hard) Vital image stood out to me because they offer soo much with their dj packages and that alone made us ready to book them. Dj Rich was our dj for our wedding and when I say he is the BEST dj I have seen at a wedding… I mean it. Our dance floor was never empty, and if a song came on that made people want to walk off the dance floor he would instantly do a smooth transition to a song he knew would get people to stay. I knew from our meeting over the phone a couple weeks before the big day that he was gonna be awesome! We got a lot of compliments on our vendors and he was definitely a highlight! Highly recommend!

Chris was an amazing DJ for our wedding! Our meeting was very helpful in picking our special songs and figuring out our timeline! Come day of the wedding, he had a great way of combining songs to make transitions from songs seamless! He played such a wide array of music (some of which were our personal requests) but otherwise took requests from our guests and literally had people on the dance floor until the very last song of the night! Everyone was so bummed out that our wedding was over because everyone was having so much fun! I would absolutely recommend Chris and Vital Image if you are needing a DJ for a wedding!

James was amazing from start to finish. He was very in touch with the reading the crowd and followed up any time he thought I (the bride) would not like a song somebody requested before he played it. He went above and beyond to not only make sure my husband and I were happy but friends and family happy too! He made last minute changes for us for our father/daughter dance, literally 1 minute before first dances were supposed to start and was happy to do it. We got multiple compliments on how personable James was and how well he did reading our group! The dance floor was full all night long, even though it was a bazillion degrees. Thanks James!

James was the best choice for our half Mexican half white wedding! We met James at one of the many bridal shows we attended and knew immediately that he should DJ our wedding. His energy was so inviting and exactly what we were looking for. We were nervous about finding the right DJ for us considering it isn't easy to blend the cultures in a way that keeps everyone on the dance floor. James knew just the right way to do it. Our dance floor was busy all night! He was great at taking the millions of song requests we had throughout the night. He was only very kind and asked if we were comfortable with certain songs earlier in the night that weren't completely kid-friendly since kids were still present which I thought was very thoughtful. We had just a few slight issues that were taken care of by the Vital Image team. The first issue was that something happened with his equipment at some point in the night which caused the music to stop. James fixed it as quickly as he could and got everyone right back out to the dance floor. The second issue was that our photobooth wasn't working all night. We didn't realize this until later on in the night when someone pointed it out and we had to let James know so he could try to fix it. Unfortunately it was something that wasn't able to be fixed that night, but honestly it wasn't something anyone seemed to miss. Everyone has smartphones these days and can take plenty of photos to make up for it. Vital Image (specifically Valery) was quick to respond to my email regarding the photobooth issue and took care of things. Through it all, I would still highly recommend the Vital Image team!

Rich and James got the party going right off the bat and keep the dance floor packed and the energy high. The bride and groom loved the how they let them play dj during the reception. That is a memory they won’t forget.

Rich was great to work with and very helpful in the planning process. He took it upon himself to reach out to the venue and other vendors we were working with to execute a timeline for the day. He was so helpful and made the day go by so smoothly! 10/10 recommend for your DJ needs!

James kept the dance floor going all night and played good music. James played music from all generations and got everyone was out dancing. However, our first dances (bride/groom, bride/FOB, groom/MOG) were too loud. It seemed the base was turned up and you could hardly hear the lyrics. We also requested that our parents songs which they danced to at their weddings were played and dedicated to them. Only one song was played and it was not dedicated to the parents.

Justin was amazing! He kept the dance floor alive all evening and had a solid stream of our favorite music coming all night long. The planning process was easy and we were able to start requesting our favorite music 90 days in advance. Would 100% recommend!

We had James as our DJ and he was great. He responded to all of our emails ahead of time super quick and made sure everything went smooth. He had no problem adjusting the schedule as needed on the fly. It was a warm day, but he still made sure everyone had a great time on the dance floor. Highly recommend James!

We hired Vital Image for our DJ, photo, and video. Having a single vendor for all three services was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to work with. Having a good DJ was a top priority for us. Once we met with Rich and discussed the RAVE package, we were sold. If you want a DJ that goes above and beyond and knows how to keep the party going, Rich is the guy for you! We still have people raving about the dance floor and how fun the reception was. We would recommend Vital Image for any of their services!

Vital Image did a really nice job at our wedding in Wisconsin. Justin was easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed his upbeat, fun personality. He fit the vibe of our wedding perfectly and did a really great job as the DJ and MC. For Vital Image, there were a few areas that could be improved for next time. There were a few technical difficulties with the equipment: the microphone cut out during one of the speeches and the speakers did not play music at the conclusion of our ceremony, despite us spending hours on our song list. Finally, I found the music selection software hard to use and not user friendly. Somehow our “do not play” list played entirely, all because of a miscommunication in the software. I would 100% hire Vital Image again, but I would triple confirm if you have a strict playlist to make sure what you put in the software is also reflecting on the DJs end.

I used Vital Image for a DJ service for my wedding this past weekend. Craig was our DJ for the ceremony and reception and he did an AMAZING job. The app used to help organize the day and link songs was such a great tool to help keep open communication between Craig & I. He was organized, followed all of my requests, kept the dance floor packed, and helped create the perfect wedding day/night. I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work and time. :)

We had Chris for our wedding DJ and he did great! We submitted all the songs we wanted played and songs to avoid on an app prior. He was very response and open to our input while still giving his advice on what typically works best. He was able to keep the dance floor packed and the party going.

We had Rich, James and Glenn for our DJ package as well as the add-on RAVE package. First off, if you are even slightly considering the RAVE package just do it!! The dance floor and lights are honestly all you need to turn your wedding into your dream. The entertainment this package comes with took our wedding to an unreachable level. Aside from the amazing visual outcome the team was personal, attentive and on top of everything from the timeline, MCing and assuring everything went as planned. Rich is so passionate over this industry we had no worries at all. He takes charge, communicates and made the entire wedding go so smoothly. James and Glenn were so good with checking in and honoring all of my last minute requests. I have never been so satisfied in services until working with Vital Image in general.

Our DJ for our wedding on 7/22 was amazing! James did such a great job, and was so awesome to work with. He kept the whole wedding on track, made the whole night a blast, and everyone at our wedding loved him! He was great and I can’t recommend James enough, we’re so lucky he was our DJ for our day.

DJ Craig was great; he played all the music requested and our guests all enjoyed themselves. Our guests LOVED our photo booth as well.

Craig was amazing to work with, I changed a few songs last minute and he was able to accommodate my changes for me. The music was exactly what we envisioned and he had people on the dance floor all night. We even had an emergency happen during the night and Craig was very helpful with stopping the music and getting people out and then starting the party back up again once everything was ok. Craig is a great DJ and I highly recommend having him DJ for your party needs. He was super nice and helpful the whole entire day and night! Thanks Craig!!

Rich was amazing! We did not give him much music, but he knows how to read the room. He got everyone dancing even those who I thought would never get on the dance floor. Even my great grandma was dancing and I have never seen her dance before. Rich made sure everyone no matter the age had a great time. We have people from our wedding still talk about how he made them dance on that dance floor and have a blast. He truly communicated well with us to make sure it was done how we wanted it. He did an awesome send off as well even though we did not plan well he said we deserved it and made it happen. Thanks so much rich that meant a lot.

We got married June 10, 2023 and we are still receiving compliments on our DJ. Rich went above and beyond for our day. All that we asked of him was to throw a party and he threw us a hell of a party. Everything was beyond our expectations and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The dance floor was NEVER empty. Rich was so involved in our day and did everything he could to make our dreams into reality. He was invested in us since the day we booked with them. We can't recommend them enough! We also had Valery as our Day of Coordinator. She also exceeded our expectations! We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, which gave us more time to mingle with our guests! Highly recommend a Day of Coordinator, especially if you are having a bigger wedding. Valery was a LIFESAVER.

I don’t even know where to begin with explaining how amazing Rich was! Rich was wonderful to work with leading up to the wedding. We talked on the phone and he easily settled my nerves, because I knew when I spoke with him, he was going to make the a blast, and he did! His communication along the way was fantastic. He came to 2 different venues for us which I really appreciated. During the reception, he basically ran the entire thing. I felt like I could sit back and enjoy my wedding night because I completely trusted that he would take over and run the timeline. We received so many compliments that night about how no one has seen such an incredible DJ/MC at a wedding before. I feel really lucky that we ended up getting Rich! I loved the way he remixed the music also. I also noticed how attentive he was to the people dancing and really catered the music to what he saw us having a good time dancing to. He also let me husband and I dj at one point which was so fun. Rich, I can’t thank you enough for how special you made the evening! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you!

Vital Image wasn't just any DJ they went above and beyond making our day the best it could be. From the time your event starts to the time it ends Rich and his crew make the day special. The music is great, he keeps everyone on the dance floor all night. Our wedding happend 3 weeks ago now and people still are talking about how they have never seen a dance floor busy all night and that it was one of the best weddings they have attended thanks to Rich and Vital image. 10/10 would recommend the photo booth mirror and the sparktaculars it will leave all your guest speechless. Vital Image makes it easy for you to set up your music for the whole day through their app. Vital Image was also able to play Hispanic music and mix it well so everyone could dance to the music they liked! I would recommend anyone having a party big or small to use Viral Image. Hands down best DJ I have ever seen or worked with!

Rich and James were absolutely wonderful to work with! Prior to booking, Rich was able to talk with me about my vision and give me an idea of pricing. He also has a lot of knowledge in multicultural weddings, which was important to us! A month out from the wedding, he was very involved in our final planning meetings and getting everything verified for the big day. On the day of the wedding I did not have one thing to worry about. They brought all of the amazing equipment they provide that we decided we wanted and had the venue set up perfectly. The whole night Rich and James were engaged with our guests and truly helped make the day even more stress free. I would highly recommend hiring Vital Image to make your day perfect!

We had vital image for our photography and videography for my daughters wedding on June 16, 2023, and June 17, 2023. This was a two day event. All of the photographers and videographers were very professional, and did an excellent job. Trish, Nicholas, Anastasia, Wes, and Mark were all great to work with. I have not seen all of the pictures, but I trust that they will be great when they become available. Most importantly, I was referred to a DJ by the name, Rich by vital image who filled in a very critical role at the very last minute and did a fantastic job. I cannot thank Rich enough for his outstanding and timely, communication and service.

The team was absolutely amazing. We are still hearing from friends and family that this is the best DJ they've seen (heard). Thank you for making this such a perfect day!

Top to bottom the team at Vital Image Entertainment is truly exceptional. We had the privilege to work with Rich who was absolutely incredible - he was personable, genuine, and immensely talented. His time management and guidance were so impeccable we moved through the evening of speeches with such ease and grace it made the night so memorable. On top of managing the timeline, the speeches, and our well-being as the bride and groom (making sure we had time to breathe and HAVE FUN) he kept the energy in the whole venue at an all-time high from start to finish. He knew how to play the right music at the right time - keep the positive energy high, and never lose control of the party. Rich, and his entire team, are the definition of class and professionalism - we could not have asked for a better team to work with for our Wedding day to make it the unforgettable experience it turned out to be! Paul was a great DJ. He was able to play the right music to get the party started. He was also a great MC and had a lot of pep in him. Very nice guy and was able to play all of the songs we wanted. If you need a DJ/MC for your wedding. This is the guy.

Justin did a great job feeling out the crowd and playing the right tunes to keep the dance floor packed. We and our guests had a blast dancing the night away! We had a call with Justin about 2 months before our wedding to go through our music needs. In retrospect we should’ve saved that chat for the week of the wedding, as we ended up having to reconfirm details that we’d already gone over (and we had to do so in between the ceremony and reception, while trying to finish up photos and get to cocktail hour). Our grand march didn’t go 100% smooth and we had something a little different in mind for our anniversary dance, but Justin recovered from there and absolutely killed it with the dance floor jams. Overall I would recommend Justin, but I think a week-of chat and review of plans would’ve made the experience 10/10!

We used Vital for all aspects of our wedding (DJ, photography, videography and wedding coordinator). The team is top notch and we were SO happy we selected them. Our wedding had zero issues and the team performed flawlessly from start to finish. There is a reason they get 5 stars time after time. These are seasoned professionals who know how to do weddings.
