Rich went above and beyond for my daughter's wedding. He has the greatest MC/DJ voice too and kept the crowd on the dance floor. Perfect DJ for a wonderful reception. It just would not have been the same with any other DJ:) Rich communicated directly with our wedding coordinator too, so that was a huge/amazing plus!

Rich was our DJ and he was the best! He went above and beyond for our wedding to make sure it was everything we asked for. The professionalism and communication with not just rich but other vital image staff stood out compared to other DJ companies we considered as well. We also loved the app vitalimage uses to help plan the whole night and it gave us a ton of peace of mind with how organized it was! The dance floor was packed all night. 10/10 would recommend vital image

Our DJ Chris was phenomenal. He was easy to work with and understanding when we had difficulties pop up in the planning process. He was very professional and had the right vibe for our wedding. After the event we had several friends asking where we found him because he did an outstanding job.

Vital was so easy to work with! They really made all the difference for us. Mia was our photographer and she really went above and beyond. Our DJs were also amazing! Rich kept everyone dancing all night and was a fantastic MC! Highly recommend Vital!

Review for DJ Craig We got married on 9/27/2024 at the Milwaukee Public Museum, and Craig was our DJ for the big day. Communication with Valery before the wedding was great—she was very responsive to any questions I had, and we felt well-prepared after our meeting with Craig about two weeks before the wedding. He seemed confident, and we were excited to work with him. However, on the wedding day, things didn’t go as smoothly. When Craig arrived, he seemed rushed while setting up, likely due to his own time management. Throughout the night, there were moments when he would disappear or pace around, which felt odd, and even other vendors noticed. It was frustrating because, at times, it felt like he was just playing our playlist and stepping away rather than engaging with the event. Craig also seemed to struggle with reading the dance floor. For example, when a slow song wasn’t resonating with the crowd, he followed up with another slow song instead of something upbeat to get people back on their feet. Each time we talked to him during the night, he appeared flustered, though in fairness, there were changes to the timeline due to issues with other vendors that may have contributed to this. Overall, Craig was very nice, but the execution wasn’t quite what we had hoped for.

Our DJ Chris was amazing! We spent hours adding songs to the app for each part of the day and he played everything on cue all at the right time! He played all our must play songs at the reception and was able to play most of our guests requests. He made it almost impossible to leave the dance floor because he kept playing all the hits! When my 86 year old Grandmother made her way to the dance floor, he played her requested song immediately, it meant so much to her! I can’t recommend Chris and Vital Image enough! We had the best experience!

Dj James Mariscal was a 10/10 at our wedding...personable, responsive, collaborative and attentive. He really offered a sense of relief to me and my bride. If you don't know, anyone that can do that on the wedding day is truly invaluable.

Reviews are not something I normally do but I feel like a review on wedding vendors is a must. There are so many out there and Vital Image deserves to be raved about. When I was looking for photographers I landed on three. Vital Image stood out for two reasons. One: they guaranteed that a photographer would be at your wedding, and two: they offered more than just photography. Looking back at my first reason. You might think well no sh*t they better guarantee a photographer, but here is what I really mean. They have so many photographers to choose from that if for any reason the photographer you chose could no longer work your wedding there would be a backup who had access to all of the information your original photographer talked with you about. This saved me the stress of worry about a photographer who may get sick or have a family emergency or anything else on the wedding day. I was able to look through portfolios and we landed on Mia as our photographer. We provided a second choice too but Mia was amazing and perfect in every way. She helped us feel comfortable, which is hard to do when you don’t enjoy having all the attention on you. As for the second point, Vital Image has more to offer than just photography. We decided to go with them for our entertainment purposes as well. Rich is who we landed on for our DJ. He was wonderful and did everything within his power to keep our wedding timeline on track. He had a big task ahead of him. Emceeing for a wedding with over 330 guests can be daunting. The age range of our guests was enough of a challenge. How do you reach guests as young as 6 (to be fair they tend to dance to anything), teens, young adults, adults, older adults, grandparents? I honestly do not know but Rich sure does. The dance floor had someone on it at all times which is all my husband and I wanted. Rich was quick to respond when we had questions and checked with me for any changes on the day. All in all Vital Image helped keep our wedding day a smooth one and we are forever grateful for that. Oh and an additional shout out to Valery, on of the wedding planners, who worked with me from day one. She helped me to connect with my chosen photographer and DJ. She checked in leading up to the wedding.

We had James as our DJ and we did not have a great experience. After spending hours completing the app that was provided in order to specify the ceremony and reception music, James played the incorrect songs for the ceremony. I was on the verge of tears before walking down the aisle. During the reception, most of the songs that were played were not ones that we selected. When a bridesmaid asked James to go back to the music we selected, he asked me to step into the hallway and told me that the music my husband and I picked was not going to get people dancing, so he needed to improvise. We selected a lot of our music based on guests' requests when they RSVP'd. There were also many inappropriate comments made by James to our bridal party and guests. When I called to tell Vital Image about our experience, I spoke with Trish and she was absolutely lovely! Trish was very apologetic and did all she could to make up for our experience. If it weren't for her, our rating would've been much lower.

Craig did such a wonderful job as our DJ for our wedding! Craig played music for our whole wedding, from ceremony up until last song at midnight! He read our crowd so so well and kept the dance floor busy all night! Everyone continues to tell us how amazing the music was, and how much fun they had on the dance floor! Craig was able to play all of our requests throughout the night and even threw in a few for our guests! I really did love the app they use to allow the couple to customize their whole day and the music to go along with it! It was great to be able to go over all of that with Craig and be on the same page about everything! I would highly recommend working with not only Vital Image, but Craig as your DJ!

Craig did an amazing job as our DJ on our wedding night! We had him play music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and he made sure to include all of our requests. Our DJ experience was all we hoped it would be. Rick was social and upbeat plus he read the crowd well. My husband and I had been a bit concerned about finding the right mood / genre to best suit our guests but Rich chose songs to establish moods perfectly. Rich contributed great ideas when we had none and was very receptive to our vision even when unconventional. We are very happy we were paired with Rich and he fit our event and style perfectly.

Paul was hard to work with and probably the hardest vendor for my wedding. He seemed like he didn’t know a lot of things that a typical wedding DJ should know. He didn’t know how to do the Photo Booth that I paid an extra $500 for, and Vital Image has this awesome App you use to put all your songs in to make it easier. Oh but don’t worry because Paul with spend over an hour on the phone confirming that you did indeed pick those songs and you want them at the times you put them in for. Maybe people like that extra confirmation but we knew what we put in and I thought that was the whole point of the app. Literally no one danced at our wedding and spend the time outside on the patio, so kind of a wasted service, but oh well.

We found vital image at a bridal show shortly after getting engaged. Every wedding I have been to before ours I was never impressed with the dj’s. (So that made my process of picking on really hard) Vital image stood out to me because they offer soo much with their dj packages and that alone made us ready to book them. Dj Rich was our dj for our wedding and when I say he is the BEST dj I have seen at a wedding… I mean it. Our dance floor was never empty, and if a song came on that made people want to walk off the dance floor he would instantly do a smooth transition to a song he knew would get people to stay. I knew from our meeting over the phone a couple weeks before the big day that he was gonna be awesome! We got a lot of compliments on our vendors and he was definitely a highlight! Highly recommend!

Chris was an amazing DJ for our wedding! Our meeting was very helpful in picking our special songs and figuring out our timeline! Come day of the wedding, he had a great way of combining songs to make transitions from songs seamless! He played such a wide array of music (some of which were our personal requests) but otherwise took requests from our guests and literally had people on the dance floor until the very last song of the night! Everyone was so bummed out that our wedding was over because everyone was having so much fun! I would absolutely recommend Chris and Vital Image if you are needing a DJ for a wedding!

James was amazing from start to finish. He was very in touch with the reading the crowd and followed up any time he thought I (the bride) would not like a song somebody requested before he played it. He went above and beyond to not only make sure my husband and I were happy but friends and family happy too! He made last minute changes for us for our father/daughter dance, literally 1 minute before first dances were supposed to start and was happy to do it. We got multiple compliments on how personable James was and how well he did reading our group! The dance floor was full all night long, even though it was a bazillion degrees. Thanks James!

James was the best choice for our half Mexican half white wedding! We met James at one of the many bridal shows we attended and knew immediately that he should DJ our wedding. His energy was so inviting and exactly what we were looking for. We were nervous about finding the right DJ for us considering it isn't easy to blend the cultures in a way that keeps everyone on the dance floor. James knew just the right way to do it. Our dance floor was busy all night! He was great at taking the millions of song requests we had throughout the night. He was only very kind and asked if we were comfortable with certain songs earlier in the night that weren't completely kid-friendly since kids were still present which I thought was very thoughtful. We had just a few slight issues that were taken care of by the Vital Image team. The first issue was that something happened with his equipment at some point in the night which caused the music to stop. James fixed it as quickly as he could and got everyone right back out to the dance floor. The second issue was that our photobooth wasn't working all night. We didn't realize this until later on in the night when someone pointed it out and we had to let James know so he could try to fix it. Unfortunately it was something that wasn't able to be fixed that night, but honestly it wasn't something anyone seemed to miss. Everyone has smartphones these days and can take plenty of photos to make up for it. Vital Image (specifically Valery) was quick to respond to my email regarding the photobooth issue and took care of things. Through it all, I would still highly recommend the Vital Image team!

Do you want to throw a wedding celebration to wow you and your spouse, as well as your Wedding guests??? Vital Image has it all! We chose the RAVE Package which includes an LED light-up dance floor (our favorite), Sparktaculars, CO2 Cannon, Magic Phone Booth, and an awesome sound system! The app they provide for wedding couples is awesome – this is where you can add your playlists, timeline, and so much more info to provide the team so they can execute the day of your celebration! Super user-friendly as well! Rich was very prompt in responding and helped us “tighten up” our timeline for the day with great ideas. His awesome DJ “sidekicks” (who rocked out great tunes) were so friendly and accommodating; we loved seeing them have fun as well!! People cant stop talking about what a blast they had!! Thank you!!!

Rich and James got the party going right off the bat and keep the dance floor packed and the energy high. The bride and groom loved the how they let them play dj during the reception. That is a memory they won’t forget.

Rich was great to work with and very helpful in the planning process. He took it upon himself to reach out to the venue and other vendors we were working with to execute a timeline for the day. He was so helpful and made the day go by so smoothly! 10/10 recommend for your DJ needs!

James kept the dance floor going all night and played good music. James played music from all generations and got everyone was out dancing. However, our first dances (bride/groom, bride/FOB, groom/MOG) were too loud. It seemed the base was turned up and you could hardly hear the lyrics. We also requested that our parents songs which they danced to at their weddings were played and dedicated to them. Only one song was played and it was not dedicated to the parents.

Justin was amazing! He kept the dance floor alive all evening and had a solid stream of our favorite music coming all night long. The planning process was easy and we were able to start requesting our favorite music 90 days in advance. Would 100% recommend!

We had James as our DJ and he was great. He responded to all of our emails ahead of time super quick and made sure everything went smooth. He had no problem adjusting the schedule as needed on the fly. It was a warm day, but he still made sure everyone had a great time on the dance floor. Highly recommend James!

We hired Vital Image for our DJ, photo, and video. Having a single vendor for all three services was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to work with. Having a good DJ was a top priority for us. Once we met with Rich and discussed the RAVE package, we were sold. If you want a DJ that goes above and beyond and knows how to keep the party going, Rich is the guy for you! We still have people raving about the dance floor and how fun the reception was. We would recommend Vital Image for any of their services!

Vital Image did a really nice job at our wedding in Wisconsin. Justin was easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed his upbeat, fun personality. He fit the vibe of our wedding perfectly and did a really great job as the DJ and MC. For Vital Image, there were a few areas that could be improved for next time. There were a few technical difficulties with the equipment: the microphone cut out during one of the speeches and the speakers did not play music at the conclusion of our ceremony, despite us spending hours on our song list. Finally, I found the music selection software hard to use and not user friendly. Somehow our “do not play” list played entirely, all because of a miscommunication in the software. I would 100% hire Vital Image again, but I would triple confirm if you have a strict playlist to make sure what you put in the software is also reflecting on the DJs end.

I used Vital Image for a DJ service for my wedding this past weekend. Craig was our DJ for the ceremony and reception and he did an AMAZING job. The app used to help organize the day and link songs was such a great tool to help keep open communication between Craig & I. He was organized, followed all of my requests, kept the dance floor packed, and helped create the perfect wedding day/night. I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work and time. :)

We had Chris for our wedding DJ and he did great! We submitted all the songs we wanted played and songs to avoid on an app prior. He was very response and open to our input while still giving his advice on what typically works best. He was able to keep the dance floor packed and the party going.

We had Rich, James and Glenn for our DJ package as well as the add-on RAVE package. First off, if you are even slightly considering the RAVE package just do it!! The dance floor and lights are honestly all you need to turn your wedding into your dream. The entertainment this package comes with took our wedding to an unreachable level. Aside from the amazing visual outcome the team was personal, attentive and on top of everything from the timeline, MCing and assuring everything went as planned. Rich is so passionate over this industry we had no worries at all. He takes charge, communicates and made the entire wedding go so smoothly. James and Glenn were so good with checking in and honoring all of my last minute requests. I have never been so satisfied in services until working with Vital Image in general.

Our DJ for our wedding on 7/22 was amazing! James did such a great job, and was so awesome to work with. He kept the whole wedding on track, made the whole night a blast, and everyone at our wedding loved him! He was great and I can’t recommend James enough, we’re so lucky he was our DJ for our day.

DJ Craig was great; he played all the music requested and our guests all enjoyed themselves. Our guests LOVED our photo booth as well.

Craig was amazing to work with, I changed a few songs last minute and he was able to accommodate my changes for me. The music was exactly what we envisioned and he had people on the dance floor all night. We even had an emergency happen during the night and Craig was very helpful with stopping the music and getting people out and then starting the party back up again once everything was ok. Craig is a great DJ and I highly recommend having him DJ for your party needs. He was super nice and helpful the whole entire day and night! Thanks Craig!!

Rich was amazing! We did not give him much music, but he knows how to read the room. He got everyone dancing even those who I thought would never get on the dance floor. Even my great grandma was dancing and I have never seen her dance before. Rich made sure everyone no matter the age had a great time. We have people from our wedding still talk about how he made them dance on that dance floor and have a blast. He truly communicated well with us to make sure it was done how we wanted it. He did an awesome send off as well even though we did not plan well he said we deserved it and made it happen. Thanks so much rich that meant a lot.

We got married June 10, 2023 and we are still receiving compliments on our DJ. Rich went above and beyond for our day. All that we asked of him was to throw a party and he threw us a hell of a party. Everything was beyond our expectations and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The dance floor was NEVER empty. Rich was so involved in our day and did everything he could to make our dreams into reality. He was invested in us since the day we booked with them. We can't recommend them enough! We also had Valery as our Day of Coordinator. She also exceeded our expectations! We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, which gave us more time to mingle with our guests! Highly recommend a Day of Coordinator, especially if you are having a bigger wedding. Valery was a LIFESAVER.

I don’t even know where to begin with explaining how amazing Rich was! Rich was wonderful to work with leading up to the wedding. We talked on the phone and he easily settled my nerves, because I knew when I spoke with him, he was going to make the a blast, and he did! His communication along the way was fantastic. He came to 2 different venues for us which I really appreciated. During the reception, he basically ran the entire thing. I felt like I could sit back and enjoy my wedding night because I completely trusted that he would take over and run the timeline. We received so many compliments that night about how no one has seen such an incredible DJ/MC at a wedding before. I feel really lucky that we ended up getting Rich! I loved the way he remixed the music also. I also noticed how attentive he was to the people dancing and really catered the music to what he saw us having a good time dancing to. He also let me husband and I dj at one point which was so fun. Rich, I can’t thank you enough for how special you made the evening! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you!

Vital Image wasn't just any DJ they went above and beyond making our day the best it could be. From the time your event starts to the time it ends Rich and his crew make the day special. The music is great, he keeps everyone on the dance floor all night. Our wedding happend 3 weeks ago now and people still are talking about how they have never seen a dance floor busy all night and that it was one of the best weddings they have attended thanks to Rich and Vital image. 10/10 would recommend the photo booth mirror and the sparktaculars it will leave all your guest speechless. Vital Image makes it easy for you to set up your music for the whole day through their app. Vital Image was also able to play Hispanic music and mix it well so everyone could dance to the music they liked! I would recommend anyone having a party big or small to use Viral Image. Hands down best DJ I have ever seen or worked with!

Rich and James were absolutely wonderful to work with! Prior to booking, Rich was able to talk with me about my vision and give me an idea of pricing. He also has a lot of knowledge in multicultural weddings, which was important to us! A month out from the wedding, he was very involved in our final planning meetings and getting everything verified for the big day. On the day of the wedding I did not have one thing to worry about. They brought all of the amazing equipment they provide that we decided we wanted and had the venue set up perfectly. The whole night Rich and James were engaged with our guests and truly helped make the day even more stress free. I would highly recommend hiring Vital Image to make your day perfect!

We had vital image for our photography and videography for my daughters wedding on June 16, 2023, and June 17, 2023. This was a two day event. All of the photographers and videographers were very professional, and did an excellent job. Trish, Nicholas, Anastasia, Wes, and Mark were all great to work with. I have not seen all of the pictures, but I trust that they will be great when they become available. Most importantly, I was referred to a DJ by the name, Rich by vital image who filled in a very critical role at the very last minute and did a fantastic job. I cannot thank Rich enough for his outstanding and timely, communication and service.

The team was absolutely amazing. We are still hearing from friends and family that this is the best DJ they've seen (heard). Thank you for making this such a perfect day!

Top to bottom the team at Vital Image Entertainment is truly exceptional. We had the privilege to work with Rich who was absolutely incredible - he was personable, genuine, and immensely talented. His time management and guidance were so impeccable we moved through the evening of speeches with such ease and grace it made the night so memorable. On top of managing the timeline, the speeches, and our well-being as the bride and groom (making sure we had time to breathe and HAVE FUN) he kept the energy in the whole venue at an all-time high from start to finish. He knew how to play the right music at the right time - keep the positive energy high, and never lose control of the party. Rich, and his entire team, are the definition of class and professionalism - we could not have asked for a better team to work with for our Wedding day to make it the unforgettable experience it turned out to be! Paul was a great DJ. He was able to play the right music to get the party started. He was also a great MC and had a lot of pep in him. Very nice guy and was able to play all of the songs we wanted. If you need a DJ/MC for your wedding. This is the guy.

Justin did a great job feeling out the crowd and playing the right tunes to keep the dance floor packed. We and our guests had a blast dancing the night away! We had a call with Justin about 2 months before our wedding to go through our music needs. In retrospect we should’ve saved that chat for the week of the wedding, as we ended up having to reconfirm details that we’d already gone over (and we had to do so in between the ceremony and reception, while trying to finish up photos and get to cocktail hour). Our grand march didn’t go 100% smooth and we had something a little different in mind for our anniversary dance, but Justin recovered from there and absolutely killed it with the dance floor jams. Overall I would recommend Justin, but I think a week-of chat and review of plans would’ve made the experience 10/10!

We used Vital for all aspects of our wedding (DJ, photography, videography and wedding coordinator). The team is top notch and we were SO happy we selected them. Our wedding had zero issues and the team performed flawlessly from start to finish. There is a reason they get 5 stars time after time. These are seasoned professionals who know how to do weddings. I didn't know a single thing I wanted for my wedding when I got engaged, except for a STELLAR DJ. We found Vital Image when I Googled searched for dance floors and the rest is history. To put it in perspective, we booked Vital Image before we booked our venue. That's how sure we were we wanted to work with them. Rich is a true professional who takes his job very seriously, going into every little detail about the day to make sure he understood us as a couple and our vision. The man even threw himself on an open flame to ensure our venue would allow sparktaculars! I had specific requests for videos during certain dances and even threw in a surprise guest appearance for my husband. Rich took care of everything without question. I have had an absurd amount of guests AND other vendors contact me to comment on our dance floor and how packed it was the entire night. Guests from the other wedding happening in the same hotel even tried to crash ours because of it!! If that's not a review in itself, I don't t know what else could convince you to book Vital Image for your DJ!

We used Vital Image for our photos, event planner and DJ. All three of them were phenomenal. We had a conversation with DJ Craig prior to our wedding and felt like we clicked immediately and laughed during a lot of the conversation. He kept us dancing ALL night. He listened to everything we wanted and added a bit more. I had a lot of people tell us they didn't want the night to end. THANK YOU CRAIG!

Our DJ, Justin, took a little while to get into the groove of the playlist we were looking for, but once he started playing the songs that we had requested in their DJ Tool, the party and dance floor were amazing! Justin also had a little bit of trouble with running the speeches and the couples dances, however overall we were very happy with how the DJ and the party turned out. The DJ and entertainment at a wedding is so important and set the mood. We were blown away by how great Vital Image and our DJ Rich were! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Rich was! Such a fun person and created an app to help with the process. We had guests coming up asking for Rich’s contact information because they loved him so much!

Vital Image was outstanding! Our DJ was Chris, the online planning tool makes getting all your ducks in a row and your songs selected. Chris did an amazing job keeping the party alive and reading the energy of the room. I have no plans to get married again, but I would book with vital image again in a heartbeat!

James at Vital Image was amazing to work with! He was on time, professional, and everything went extremely smooth. Our ceremony was outdoors and the rest of the wedding reception was indoors and he had no problems on either side with the songs, timing, announcements, etc. I would Highly recommend working with him for your big day! James was the DJ for our wedding. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He made the pre-wedding setup very easy to do. However, there were a few hiccups at the actual event. The song we were supposed to have our recessional to was not the one we discussed. It was the second one listed as the option. In addition, he did not have our glow sticks out and available for our guests to have. He didn't give them to us until after the wedding was over and we were leaving which was disappointing. Finally, even though I allowed to have requests at the wedding from our guests, they were taken as more of a priority than the pre-requested songs or our must play songs in our online DJ planner. Regardless, everyone had a good time at the wedding, and he was knowledgeable and fun to have.

We had Tom Smith (Photographer) and Craig Mueller (DJ) for our wedding and they were great! They both made sure everything went smoothly and that all our requests (no matter the size) were met! Tom is a fantastic photographer and super friendly (have already seen some of the photos and they're gorgeous). Craig is a great emcee and really tries to make sure the dance floor is dancing all night long! Would definitely recommend both of them for your wedding!

Vital Image was great to work with during our wedding planning. They were quick to respond to emails and utilized a helpful online platform for couples to manage their ceremony and reception song selections. It was well organized and helped us see all of our music selections in one place. I knew as soon as I saw a highlight video of Rich on Vital Image's website that he would make the perfect DJ. He absolutely made our wedding night a success. He kept guests on the floor ALL NIGHT. There was never a moment when the dancefloor was empty. His experience and knowledge played a large part in making a night full of events run very smoothly. He knows how to play to the crowd and balance the bride and groom's vision. He is not only a great DJ, but a fun person to involve in your wedding planning process. We always looked forward to our phone calls leading up to the wedding with Rich. He knows how to make you feel special and supported. Other vendors on our team noted his self sufficiency and expertise. I'm so happy that Rich was a part of our wedding day.

I had vital image for photography videography and DJ at monona terrace in madison wisconsin. Our DJ Chris was there for our ceremony reception and dance and did such a wonderful job getting everybody on the dance floor. He made our night amazing with all the music from ceremony to close and taking all the requests we had.My whole team Leo, Anastasia, Adam, and Chris did a great job going with unexpected changes and switches to the wedding. I loved every part of my wedding and am so excited to see how our photos turn out as we got to see some in the moments they were taken and was already so blown away by their attention to detail and capturing our special moments! Would highly recommend all of them.

Holy cow! Rich was our DJ for our wedding Sept 17 and he helped throw one heck of a party! If I could give 10 stars I would. During the planning process he talked with my husband and I for a good hour learning what we are like as a couple, what our parents interests were, and our entire wedding party. He asked us stories of how we met and our friendships with our wedding party. He did audio for our ceremony and it was perfect, cocktail hour he had great recommendations for playlists, and well the reception was just the best. He’s very enthusiastic, well spoken, very organized and a fun time. We were able to get behind the set up and do a little dj ourselves. Our guests have continued to say days later how awesome he was. our dance floor was packed from the moment it opened until midnight when it closed. Rich- THANK YOU AGAIN

Having Vital Image take lead on DJ/Photo/Video, as one package, was by far, one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning! Not to mention that having Brigette as our Day of Coordinator, was essential; we really do not know how we could have pulled off the day without her. VI was more than a vendor. We really felt that they were a part of our overall planning process as well as our wedding party! Tom, who handled our engagement/wedding photos, truly captured what we envisioned our day to be. Rich, Glen, James and the team delivered an epic performance with the RAVE package (highly recommend and definitely worth the value) and every other aspect of the event. VI is now a part of our family!

If I could rate this company more stars I would. We used all of their services (wedding planner, day of coordinator, two photographers, DJ, and videographer). We had to move to California part way through the process and they were able to adjust and accommodate all of our needs! Our DJ's were Rich and Glenn. Rich was the MC for the night and I cannot tell you how many people came up and said he was the most engaging, interactive, hilarious MC they have ever had. We asked for our wedding to be a party and he delivered! The energy created in the room was palpable and created such a wonderful environment to party hard! Glenn kept everything on the DJ booth end running smoothly and made it difficult for people to leave the dance floor. I would absolutely adore working with this company again! This company has incredible communication between all of the different staff members and run a tight ship. I felt like I could be at ease through the whole wedding because I knew each and every one of them knew what they were doing. They also made us, as a couple, feel incredibly supported and taken care of. They were a part of our family for an evening and wish them all the best. We love this crew and would highly, highly suggest them for all your wedding needs.

James was awesome! He was patient, understanding, helpful and supportive. Did not get upset or skip a beat even though we kept throwing him curveballs. Music was just as we wanted and he had a great personality! James killed it. Thank you

RICK!! Absolutely incredible knew exactly what music we needed to keep the dance floor packed! He helped pick out songs because we did not have everything figured out and made our day so special! He always double checked before announcing anything and the worst part was knowing he was done for the night! My guests created their own song to finish the night while Rick packed up for the night. He also made the effort to meet before hand to discuss details and made the process extremely dummy proof.

There is something to be said for a one stop shop. We picked Vital Image for our photographer (Nicholas), DJ (Rich), Day of Coordinator (Valery), and Videographer (Sam). They are ALL incredible. It was so nice working with a team of people who already knew each other and have a “groove” rather then separate vendors. It was like working with a well oiled machine! The day flowed flawlessly and the few hickups we had were ironed out very quickly. Our dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT! (Thanks Rich!) Nicholas is an extremely talented photographer with a unique and creative eye for field, candid, and even posed photos. His ability to guide us and our wedding party was so fun, gentle but also assertive when necessary. (Thanks Nick! We can’t wait to see the rest of our photos!!) We are so excited to see our video from the day! The Vital Image Team was so kind, attentive, assertive and went above and beyond for us. Thank you VI!

We used Chris for our DJ services for our wedding reception. He did a great job! From the booking all the way through until the end of the night they made the process very smooth. Chris did great answering emails or texts we sent in a timely manner. He was very flexible with how the night went and made us feel comfortable. Making a schedule before the event was nice and made us feel more prepared for how the evening would go! Would definitely recommend booking with them.

It was wonderful to work with Craig! I loved the online portal to choose all of the songs we wanted to hear at the reception, and it was super easy to use. Craig was very helpful and organized when it came time to go over all of the details, and on the day of, he was very punctual and clear about how things would happen!

Vital Image (VI) was the best wedding planning decision we made for our wedding. We hired VI for all of our major wedding vendor services (photography, videography and DJ), and all of them were spectacular. Nicholas was our photographer and Elijah was our videographer and we highly recommend both. They really made the experience fun and memorable and we’re so excited to see the final product(s)! Rich and Glenn were our DJs and wow did they deliver — from the professionalism to the grand march to the song selection and everything in between — we were so happy to work with both of them. The dance floor was packed all night and we received so many compliments about how fun the wedding was.

Craig Mueller was our DJ from Vital Image. He was professional and listened to our requests. He even accommodated last minute changes/requests. We couldn’t be happier with his service.

James with Vital Image was our DJ. While James was very polite, and enjoyable to talk to there were some things that did not go as well as they could have. We did not have a final talk through and confirmation as told we would, though that may also be on us for not reaching out, and some last things were finalized over email. The song that the wedding party walked down to was incorrect. The song that was played was by a different artist and not instrumental, as requested. We also noticed a couple of our chosen songs were delayed, including the ceremony exit song, and cake cutting song. Those small mishaps aside, James was able to deliver and we were glad to have him.

We were lucky enough to have Chris Moore and Vital Image as our DJ/MC for our day. Chris was absolutely wonderful. He was so great to work with planning ahead and accommodated some VERY last minute changes. He made sure we had everything so well planned and made everything perfect. We really enjoyed their process of selecting all our songs. It was so well organized and they made it so easy to make sure we got everything we wanted when we wanted certain songs played at certain times. Tasha was also wonderful and incredibly responsive. I highly recommend going with Vital Image and Chris!

My wife & I chose The Vital Image to DJ our wedding on Memorial Day weekend. Our DJ (Rich) was fantastic throughout the entire process! Rich was responsive to our calls and emails, and always double-checked with us to make sure he had all the details right. (He really didn't want to miss a thing!) Even though we were late at picking some of our music, and our schedule got slightly derailed the day-of, Rich handled it all professionally. (He honestly saved the night in many ways!) Not to mention, his music selection was on-point, and kept people on the dance floor. My suggestion: leave most of the music choice up to the DJ. They know what they're doing.

Vital Image and Rich was phenomenal!!! Super friendly and they made our special day so so fun!! Especially being an Indian wedding, we were worried about the music but Rich went above and beyond and played banger music! Even the little details were perfect. He had everyone swing their napkins around when we had our entrance and it made for the perfect video shot. I would hire this team a million times again

Rich was absolutely fantastic. From our initial meeting to the last song, Rich was professional, engaging, knowledgeable, and FUN. He put our needs first and knew exactly what elements of the wedding experience to heighten and how to give us honest feedback. Tanya literally took care of my husband, myself, the wedding party, our families, you name it! She was so attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed on the wedding day. Nicholas, our wedding photographer was absolutely amazing. He got so many cool shots and made my husband and me feel so comfortable while also having fun. During the reception the entire photo and video team was literally everywhere capturing content without ever making us feel like they were right there or too close. The level of professionalism and expertise was truly unlike anything I had experienced before. Just top notch all around. Rich, our wedding Dj was so much fun!! Our wedding guests could not rave enough about the wedding playlist and said it was the best they had experienced at any wedding. Rich took my playlist inspo and absolutely crushed it. He also let my husband and myself jump int the DJ booth and try out our DJ skills, which I had never seen done at a wedding before and it was SO MUCH FUN. We hired Vital Image with their Heirloom package for our daughter's photography, videography, DJ and Day of Coordination services. The entire team headed by Tasha, Nick and Rich were amazing.
