It was so well organized and they made it so easy to make sure we got everything we wanted when we wanted certain songs played at certain times. Tasha was also wonderful and incredibly responsive. (He honestly saved the night in many ways!) Not to mention, his music selection was on-point, and kept people on the dance floor. My suggestion: leave most of the music choice up to the DJ. Tanya literally took care of my husband, myself, the wedding party, our families, you name it! She was so attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed on the wedding day. Nicholas, our wedding photographer was absolutely amazing. He got so many cool shots and made my husband and me feel so comfortable while also having fun. During the reception the entire photo and video team was literally everywhere capturing content without ever making us feel like they were right there or too close. The level of professionalism and expertise was truly unlike anything I had experienced before. Just top notch all around. Rich, our wedding Dj was so much fun!! Our wedding guests could not rave enough about the wedding playlist and said it was the best they had experienced at any wedding. Rich took my playlist inspo and absolutely crushed it. He also let my husband and myself jump int the DJ booth and try out our DJ skills, which I had never seen done at a wedding before and it was SO MUCH FUN. Rich created a wonderful atmosphere for our guests and made my husband and myself feel like royalty. I am forever thankful to this wonderful team of talented individuals. They made my wedding day the best it could have ever been and beyond my wildest dreams. Our wedding guests are STILL talking about how amazing our wedding was and many have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

d he was fantastic coordinating with our other venders. He helped us so much during the set up and gave a lot of tips for how to do certain things that we never would have thought about. Not only was he great at the wedding but he was the most helpful person we had in setting up everything. If we had questions or last minute adjustments, he would respond to our emails in literally a few minutes to give us our answers. I can not give him enough praise about how great he was for us. Having him as our/your DJ is the best possible choice.

We gave Rich and James (his assistant) free reign with the play list even though we did submit a tentative play list, and they kept the dance floor full and the party going right up until the end of our reception. That being said, as soon as we requested a song, it was the next one played. He is also gifted with lighting which made our decorations and the party vibe really pop. We had a great time planning our wedding with him, he's extremely easy to work with, and we HIGHLY recommend him for any wedding.

He’s funny, he’s unique, nothing he does is cookie cutter. What he did at my wedding won’t be how he is at yours. He tailors EVERYTHING to each wedding every. single. time. He makes sure everyone no matter how big or small the wedding is, feel involved and having fun. He tells you what he thinks would work best but isn’t pushy and honestly, if I didn’t take his advice, my wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was. Rich is an amazing DJ but also an amazing guy. Get off the fence and choose him you literally cannot get a better DJ he brings life into the party when things seem like they are dying down and made my wedding the best day of my and my wife’s life. . There was light and fog effects that really made it feel like we were a real sports team at home getting introduced. Having the ability to request music via an app was great it was very easy to request the songs we wanted to hear. The lighting effects that he had to go with the music really made it fun to be out on the dance floor. We felt like we were in the best dance club in the area. They also made me and my wife's first dance really special by using a fog machine that made it look like we were dancing in the clouds. We highly recommend having Rich as the DJ at any wedding. During the reception it was obvious it was this guys first year doing it, or maybe he was just that bad... He wasn’t paying attention to us at all while we were giving our speeches and kept cutting us off. Then there was the music, I don’t think he played anything we hand on the list, nor did he read the crowd. We had multiple comments on how amazing and perfect everything about the wedding was, except for the DJ. It’s quite devastating that this was the only thing that kept it from being a perfect wedding. Something I will never forget. Please do your research and choose a DJ you can actually meet.

We also hired Mark to be our videographer. We were on the fence about hiring one, but after Tasha helped me make a pro/con list, we knew we truly wanted our day captured on video. Mark was nothing short of amazing. He was so easy to talk to and made the whole bridal party feel super comfortable. He was all over the wedding, and he even had a handful of our guests leave personal messages to be included in the final video. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Vital Image for my wedding coordinator and videography every time.

They are professionals in every sense of the word and go above and beyond to make the couple's special day the BEST it can be. Their attention to detail is amazing, from adjusting the bride's dress and veil so she looks her best at all times, to making sure that every photo has the best light and angle. Rich went as far as already knowing how to bustle the bride's dress, fixing and adjusting her hair and helping to style her, teaching the wedding party how to pose to look their best, showing us ladies how to hide our tissue in our flowers in case we cry, communicating with all vendors and planners of the event to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was awesome. I've never experienced anything like it! I'm so disappointed that I had my wedding first and didn't get the chance to work with this amazing team. I would recommend this company to ALL Brides and Grooms. If you don't use them, you are doing yourself a disservice. They are truly the BEST!
