When it came time to switch from talking with Valery to discussing with a photographer, there was a slight delay with getting in touch with our photographer. We had Trish as a lead photographer, Luca as a second and Mark for video. Trish gave us many prompts for photos and had lots of ideas for poses and places she wanted to take shots of. Luca was very calm and had a lot of fun with the groom and groomsmen taking their photos before the ceremony. They kept our requests in mind and we had a good mix of formal portraits and candids. At first the editing of the photos were not what we originally thought we wanted, but Trish continued to go back and make any edits that we requested on large batches of photos, until we felt they were what we wanted. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services received from Vital Image!

us through the process of booking a package and got us connected with our DJ & photographer. Any time we had a question, Valery was super, super responsive! For our DJ/MC services, we had Craig! Craig was an amazing DJ/MC! The app Vital Image has you use for your music selections makes everything so simple & smooth! Craig ended up having three different set ups at our venue, and he managed all of them like a pro! The ceremony went so smoothly and Craig made sure the correct music was playing at the right times! Although we never got to hear the cocktail hour music, our guests seems to really enjoy the music Craig played! For our grand march, Craig double checked the details with us so he made sure the introductions went smoothly! He was great at communicating with us throughout the night and helped us follow our schedule perfectly! When it came to dancing, Craig knew how to keep the dance floor busy! He was able to read the dance floor and adjust the genre to get more guests out dancing! Overall, having Craig as our DJ/MC was a phenomenal experience! As for our photographer, we had Julie! Although there were some hiccups with scheduling our initial meeting with Julie due to scheduling conflicts, she was a rockstar photographer! During our meeting with Julie, she was fun, bubbly, and made sure to listen to everything we had to say! You could tell from the initial meeting that Julie is passionate about what she does! When it came to our special day, Julie showed up on time, and got right to work! She did NOT mind helping out when we ran into some hiccups with getting my dress on! Julie went ABOVE and BEYOND the whole wedding day! During photos, she continuously asked if we needed anything (a break, a drink, something to eat, etc). She did not hesitate to stop taking photos to fix someone's hair, dress, etc! The moment Julie really went above and beyond was during sunset photos. Our venue had a pond, which Julie did not hesitate to go into! It was all her idea! She took off her shoes and socks, rolled up her pants, and went right in! Through doing this, Julie got some AMAZING shots and we cannot wait to see them! Julie even faced her fear of frogs to get some amazing photos for us! I could go on and on about how amazing Julie was! Overall, our experience with Vital Image Entertainment was phenomenal!

We really appreciate how they would tell us to fix hair/makeup/posture/poses/etc. so that the pictures will turn out well. Our families and wedding party also made comments to us about how amazing they were! We were obsessed with our engagement photos that Trish did, and we are so excited to see our wedding photos!

Before the ceremony, she helped with getting the venue ready, helped the photographers, helped keep our dog entertained while taking pictures, made sure everybody was where they were supposed to be, took out a stain in my dress, and so much more. During our actual wedding, I didn’t even notice her because he was doing so many things like replenishing the dessert table, making sure our timeline was running smoothly, making sure our vendors knew where to go and when to set up. Everything ran SO smoothly because of her, truly. During cocktail hour, my husband and I were busy , and she pulled us away for a minute and handed us a plate of appetizers that she made for us to eat. It was so simple, but my husband and I still talk about it to this day about how much we needed that, and how lovely Valery was. If you get lucky and get the chance to have her as your wedding coordinator, just know that you are in SUCH good hands and your wedding day will run so smoothly. Trish was our lead photographer. We met Trish 3 months before our wedding and talked to her about our vision and the kind of pictures we wanted. I am PICKY with pictures, and I wanted a very certain style. I even sent Trish a “must have pose” folder on Pinterest 10 days before the wedding. I swear she memorized every single pose I ever sent her or even talked about, because we have a photo of every pose I sent her. She captured our day the exact way we wanted it, and we are completely in LOVE with our pictures. She also edited them, and got ALL of our pictures back to us so quickly. She was extremely sweet and you could tell how much she loved what she does. We are SO lucky that she was our lead photographer for our big day. Amber was our second photographer, and she was just as amazing! Ryker kept saying, “Amber is great” and “we had fun doing the pictures” which is something that never comes out of his mouth haha! Amber was super cool and chill, and made us feel comfortable during the entire day. Jameson was our videographer. He was so very nice, and so fun the entire day! He made us all laugh, which turned out to look so genuine in our wedding video! The footage from our wedding day that Jameson captured was absolutely incredible. We did not meet Jameson before the wedding, but just by listening to us throughout the day, he captured the most important parts of our wedding, and everything that we wanted included in it. The videography was so smooth, and he was great to work with! Rich was our main DJ. I could NOT recommend Rich enough. We did meet with Rich before the wedding day and he got a feel for what we wanted and didn’t want the day of. He absolutely NAILED it! Not to mention, he was so fun and all of our guests loved him! He was also super kind and was a great announcer. He has that voice that you want at your wedding and does a truly perfect job with the music throughout the whole entire day. I would choose Rich over and over again! Kevin was our editor for our wedding video. I truly am not over exaggerating; he got our video back to us in one day after receiving what we wanted in our video and what kind of music we also wanted. ONE DAY! I have probably watched it 50 times already. Thank you everyone!

Keep our schedule, helping fix my wedding dress before the ceremony, all while capturing all our little and big moments on camera...she really does do it all.

were lucky enough to be able to work with Holly, Caroline, and Jamison the day of. All three had great energy and were so fun to work with, which showed through all of our photos. They all listened to what we wanted to see with our photos and had some ingenious ideas for the best shots (included the bubble photos). All of our photos were stunning and captured the fall season and our colors so well. The whole process was seamless and well worth using Vital Images!

Vital Image and Holly immediately made us feel comfortable. Holly could immediately tell that we are a couple that likes to be silly so it was great we got to incorporate that into our photos. When the wedding day came, it was nothing short of amazing to work with Holly. She definitely has a good eye behind the camera. When we received our gallery, all the pictures turned out amazing. ugh the full process. While I was getting ready before the ceremony she was very matter-of-fact and totally comfortable with what I needed to do to get ready. That itself brought me tremendous comfort.The last thing I would have wanted to do on my wedding day was worry about an awkward person in my space. Prior to meeting our vendors in-person that had been a very real fear of mine. Lucca did a great job of explaining posture and angles… which was great because cute, camera-friendly poses do not come to me naturally. She had a lot of great ideas to make the most out of the lighting, scenery, and poses. She was also sure to capture all the group/family/candid photos we wanted despite loads of requests. We didn’t realize just how little we knew about wedding photography going in… but are incredibly grateful Luca was the professional who walked us through it all! I do not have pictures back yet but intend to update this review with photos when able.

I had lots of requests in photos I wanted and he made sure to capture them all with ideas of his own. Erin was our videographer. Her and leo worked great together. She had ideas of her own to make this a great experience. James was our dj who had guests dancing all night. If we had requests that were maybe on the do not play list he made sure to double check first. I cannot wait to see all the photos and video! Everyone was extremely kind and easy to work with. If your looking for your one stop shop to not hesitate booking with vital image.

and if something went wrong I have no knowledge of it. We had a couple communication hiccups on the back end but we were able to get them resolved. Would certainly recommend them to future couple.

Amber was hilarious and knew how to make us genuinely laugh for pictures. I would recommend both! They made a good team together.

Tom did a great job assessing when we were “done” and even went the extra mile to grab refreshments for us after a longer photo session before the ceremony - it was so appreciated and helped put us in the right frame of mind to walk down the aisle. Amber was our second shooter and she was an absolute delight. She helped keep the groom calm during getting ready photos, tolerated a sometimes rowdy group of groomsmen with saint-like patience, and was a blast to do the fast table walk with. We are so happy with the experience and cannot wait to get our photos back!
