Not only was it discounted for every service you bundle together, but it’s all through one company.. we knocked out three things in one. I have nothing but great things to say about Trish and her team (Leo, our second photographer, and Bri, Trish’s assistant). She took control of our rather rambunctious wedding party and had the day planned out perfectly. She had so many different ideas for pictures and I can’t wait to see them all! We hiked through muck and mud just to get those wow shots and Trish made sure my dress never touched any of it. Rick was our DJ and he was so great! He called us on the Tuesday before the wedding, to make sure he was saying our names correctly, going through our timeline, and getting to know us. During dinner he went around to each of our tables and introduced himself, asked anyone if they had any requests for the dance floor, and I loved that! Not only did it give people the option to request a song (without having to go up to the DJ table) but they could also meet our awesome DJ. He kept track of when it was time for speeches and brought everyone their microphone when it was time. Valery was our photo booth assistant and we have heard such great things from our guests about what fun they had! If you’re thinking about booking with Vital Image, 100% do it! From the moment they arrived to the time they left, they were amazing and felt like we had known them for years. We can’t thank them enough for being part of our special day!

e had these feelings even after our initial engagement session. We knew we made the right choice by going with Vital Image! Nick made sure you were laughing and having fun. On our wedding day, we even had other vendors comment on how great he was to work with. The assistant photographer Koby was great to work with as well. Both kept me (Bride) calm on my day. I had a lot packed into my day, and Nick especially kept the flow going and helped make things go smoothly. Tasha at the Vital Image office was also great to work with. She was very responsive to e-mails and quick to answer questions. I couldn't image our day without Vital Image. They helped the planning process up to the day of be the best day ever.

st and didn’t understand what type of music we wanted. It was pretty obvious the genre we liked and already knew it wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience. During the reception it was obvious it was this guys first year doing it, or maybe he was just that bad... He wasn’t paying attention to us at all while we were giving our speeches and kept cutting us off. Then there was the music, I don’t think he played anything we hand on the list, nor did he read the crowd. We had multiple comments on how amazing and perfect everything about the wedding was, except for the DJ. It’s quite devastating that this was the only thing that kept it from being a perfect wedding. Something I will never forget. Please do your research and choose a DJ you can actually meet.

We spoke prior to the wedding so all of the songs and information was prepared before going into wedding week. Everything went perfectly. ention to detail was first class. From the very start, Tasha has always gone above and beyond for us, especially as our day of coordinator. She was amazing to work with and helped make the entire process easy from day one. Anthony was our photo booth attendant and he made it a huge hit with our guests leaving us with some hilarious memories! Shamonte was our DJ and he absolutely kept the party going! He was fun, energetic, and definitely knew how to read the crowd! At no point was the dance floor empty and it was exactly what we wanted! Adam was our videographer and he did a fantastic job with the drone and capturing key moments for us! Rich and Leo were our photographers and they exceeded any expectation that we could have possibly even imagined. Rich’s experience and expertise was on full display as he took us and our wedding party for photos. Everybody loved him and we got so many compliments! He gave us the direction we needed but kept it light and fun the entire day. He made sure I stopped to take breaks and really live in the moment and take it all in, especially with my mother, maid of honor and now husband :) He and his team were incredible to work with and we truly are grateful for all of their hard work capturing our day and making it one we will never forget. Vital Image is a first class organization all around and we will never be able to thank them enough for all that they did for us. We’re still on cloud nine with memories of our special day thanks to them and we will cherish it for the rest of our lives!

I had the windiest outdoor wedding, I'm sure things were knocking over and breaking throughout the night, but Tasha took care of everything. Every worry I could have possibly had on that day was taken care of. And instead of coming to me if things weren't going perfectly, she took it upon herself to smooth everything out so that I could relax and enjoy the day, because it goes so fast!! We also hired Mark to be our videographer. We were on the fence about hiring one, but after Tasha helped me make a pro/con list, we knew we truly wanted our day captured on video. Mark was nothing short of amazing. He was so easy to talk to and made the whole bridal party feel super comfortable. He was all over the wedding, and he even had a handful of our guests leave personal messages to be included in the final video. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Vital Image for my wedding coordinator and videography every time.

akes all the pressure off the bride, groom and wedding party! They are so much more than just photographers. They are professionals in every sense of the word and go above and beyond to make the couple's special day the BEST it can be. Their attention to detail is amazing, from adjusting the bride's dress and veil so she looks her best at all times, to making sure that every photo has the best light and angle. Rich went as far as already knowing how to bustle the bride's dress, fixing and adjusting her hair and helping to style her, teaching the wedding party how to pose to look their best, showing us ladies how to hide our tissue in our flowers in case we cry, communicating with all vendors and planners of the event to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was awesome. I've never experienced anything like it! I'm so disappointed that I had my wedding first and didn't get the chance to work with this amazing team. I would recommend this company to ALL Brides and Grooms. If you don't use them, you are doing yourself a disservice. They are truly the BEST!

DISCLAIMER: They do NOT use a professional printer, and thankfully I found that out before I ordered. Though it's a ripoff anyways. I finally got my high resolution photos back after bugging them a few more times, but the customer service employees are rude, and it honestly felt like they only cared about themselves and getting their money rather than helping the customers. Once I received my photos I noticed a few missing (the photos that were part of my sneak peeks, and some of my favorite ones that I was waiting for when we took photos at night by the fire). Come to find out they only gave me about half of my photos, not sure where the other ones are, but I guess I'll never see those. I really caution anyone looking to go with Vital Image, they may do a nice job day of, but customer services before and after is horrible. There are better options out there.

ing a dance with his mother at our wedding, and Karl noticed that we did not have a song listed. He asked my husband during dinner to chose a song if he wanted, and my mother-in-law said that their dance was one of the best moments of her life. Without him prompting us during dinner, we would have skipped that dance. The song choices were fun, creative, and easy to dance to. Karl definitely kept the crowd going, and we would highly recommend him!

SO GLAD I did! Trish was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She brought out the confidence in me that I didn't know I had, calmed all my nerves and helped guide me through some poses to do that would highlight the most flattering areas :) She also gave me encouraging feedback throughout the shoot which made me feel more and more relaxed. Trish is extremely talented and would highly recommend her! I can't wait to see my soon to be husbands reaction when he sees the album!!

The whole team was excellent at communicating leading up to the big day, helping us plan our day-of timeline, and making sure we got all the shots we were looking for. Larry, Tom, and Edith worked so hard throughout our wedding day to capture all the most beautiful moments. We really appreciate their hustle and attention to detail.

a professional way. Hardy was the second photographer who was friendly and very helpful. Sam, our videographer was fabulous, really easy to get along with and made everything so comfortable. Bridgette was the assistant and our photo booth attendant. She was friendly to all of our guests and kept the photo booth hoppin'! Lastly, Paul was our DJ. The dance floor was packed the whole night. He was so wonderful to my husband and I, really listening to what kind of music we wanted to hear. We received so many compliments from our guests on each other them individually saying how friendly and professional they each were. We are SO excited to see our photos and watch the video.

Our photo booth attendants were amazing as well; we love the photo book they put together for us! The days following our wedding my husband and I could not stop raving about how much we not only loved our team, but how thankful we were to work with them. We were in awe of their professionalism and positivity throughout planning and during our wedding day. As my husband kept saying, "They were just incredible!" We will never be able to thank them enough for all that they did for us and for making our day what it was: perfect! It says one thing if the bride and groom love their wedding vendors, but it says something so much more if their guests loved them all as well. We received so many messages and comments during the wedding and after from our guests telling us how much they loved the Vital Image team, how they kept them laughing, and how excited they were to see our photos and video. If you are considering booking Vital Image for any of your wedding needs, definitely book them; you will not regret your decision! greatest to work with. For starters I had trouble contacting him to touch base with what I wanted prior to the wedding. When we finally talked over the phone I requested three or four polka songs since this was a predominantly polish wedding. He said he didn’t have any and he would have to find them if that’s what I wanted. I said it was important and he said he would find some. When it came to the day of the wedding he played one polka which got the dance floor hopping, so I requested another a bit later and he said that was all he had. I was extremely disappointed. He was also taking requests from the guests which was fine, but there was no rhyme or reason to how he took requeats. My sister (who was maid of honor) and my father (who was father of the bride) requested a song and he said that he couldn’t play it because the bride said no, which was a bold face lie! Overall I was extremely disappointed by our DJ and would not recommend him. But we loved Trish! She was amazing!

We chose Vital Image partly due to the very affordable price they offered, but we were extremely happy with the quality of photos we got, the customer service we received, and the other options they offered. They let us look at samples of photography and pick the style of photographer we liked best. We did engagement pictures with them as well which were very affordable and very well done. This also allowed us to get to know our photographer, Seth, ahead of time and build a relationship with him. Seth was great with our engagement pictures and really made us feel comfortable. We aren’t really a selfie/picture couple and feel awkward taking pictures, so the fact that Seth made us very comfortable is really saying something. He immediately showed us what the pictures were looking like during the shoot, asked for and took any feedback we gave him, took pics of any ideas we had, and gave us ideas we hadn’t thought of. He stayed until he was sure we got all the pictures we wanted. Seth also met with us a few weeks before the wedding to get the timeline down. We hadn’t really thought of any timeline so he helped us through what most people do and we used that timeline when other vendors needed it and it worked out great. The day of the wedding Seth was always on time and right where he needed to be. He fit right in with my guy friends and was able to joke around and make us laugh, and he made the girls feel comfortable as well. He got a bunch of good solo shots, groomsmen shots, bridesmaid shots, and group shots. He got a bunch of shots of our niece and nephew who were the flower girl and ring bearer. He was great at the posed shots as well as the candid shots. He seemed to get a photo of every couple that attended the wedding. It poured on our wedding day so we were concerned it would ruin the photos, but they all turned out great. He did whatever it took to get a good shot or angle, so much so we were worried about his safety at times. Our favorite pics were the ones at night where he got the rain drops and us in the foreground and the city scape in the background. He took every shot we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed before he left for the night. Would recommend anyone that books with Vital Image that they ask for Seth. The office customer service was also excellent. Any call or email I sent was promptly returned and they offered flexible payment options. We booked our party bus through them and they were exactly where they needed to be at exactly the time we asked. The bus had plenty of room for 16 people and the driver was professional and courteous. I shopped around for party busses and limos and they were the same price or better than everything offered in the area. They also offer photo booths, which we didn’t get because we needed to cut costs where possible, but when I shopped around the price they offered for the photo booth was also the same or better than what other were offering. I would recommend Seth and Vital Image to any of our friends getting married in the area.

He captured alot of great photos of the men getting ready prior to the ceremony as well as during the field photography! Erick was our DJ and he was a pleasure to work with. We had two different phone calls to discuss our song list and kept the dance floor packed all night! We had multiple people tell us that they haven't seen the dance floor that packed at a wedding EVER (kudos Erick)! Kevin was our videographer. We haven't gotten our video back yet, but we can't wait to see it! Also thanks to Jason who manned our photobooth and Jordan who was Trish's assistant! Thanks to everyone for being a part of our special day!!!

ere. We had been there a few times before and were very excited about our outdoor gazebo wedding. Well, it rained and rained and rained on our wedding day. It rained so much there was flooded parking lots and streets on our way home. So we did not get our outside wedding, but I have had a preview of Larry's photos from our day and they are simply beautiful. And he worked with us through the entire evening. He and his wife even watched the weather and ran us outside for some evening pics. Larry's wife also kept me company and helped me stay calm. I am.very very pleased with Larry and vital Image.

You could tell that he really loved what he was doing and wanted to make your experience with him as special as the day was. The photos that we have received so far are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Nicholas was fun and easy to work with, even for my husband who does not love getting his picture taken! Paul, our DJ, was a hit and made sure to play everything that I had wanted to hear. He made the event enjoyable for guests of all ages. Our Photo Booth attendant, assistant photographer, and videographer all from Vital Image made our wedding truly an unbelievable experience. Nick was very laid back and up for whatever we wanted to do, even if that meant climbing aboard the party bus and hovering over a cooler to get some pictures and capture the bridal party on the bus. knew I wanted Vital Image before we picked a date, so you can imagine my hurry to pick one to lock them in. Once we locked in our deposit (SUPER flexible payment plans by the way) it was time to pick our engagement pictures photographer, who they then told me would also do the wedding. After reading all the profiles, we decided let’s give Seth a try. We did not realize at that time that was going to end up the best investment we made of the entire wedding. For our engagement photos, he listened to some pretty quirky ideas (now looking back on it) and took it in stride and did them anyway, while also doing his thing to make us look fantastic. Mind you, he was also climbing trees amongst other things to get the right shot — if that’s not passion I don’t know what is. Okay fast forward to wedding day and the man was a superhero. I cannot tell you how stress free it was to have him as our photographer as well as how on top of his A game he was. He had to deal with some pretty not fun wind and rain for our field photography but it was all laughs. He was exceptional the entire day and always had a game plan. And although the sky did not cooperate for a sunset, he got an AWESOME storm cloud shot which we think is better anyway! We saw our sneak peek pictures and I cannot tell you the amount of people who asked who our photographer was. Worth every cent we spent, have zero regrets.

Guests at the wedding mentioned to us about how friendly he was and how he honestly seemed to be having a good time at the party as well. The pictures and video turned out wonderful. After the wedding, Tom submitted one to the Huffington Post (which was a great surprise to learn while we were on our honeymoon). I've recommended Vital Image to others planning a wedding because they really offer the complete package.

Months after the shoot, I ended up calling Vital Image because we were 60 days out from the wedding and no one had been in touch with us about timeline or anything. That is when I found out we would be with Bonnie. Bonnie was absolutely awesome. Very creative and fun. She is the absolute only reason I hate I have to give 3 stars.

The only downfall is where we had to set up the booth. Not a ton of people knew it was there. I wish it would have been mentioned more throughout the night.
